This was the best experience I have had dealing with a automotive business. They were so nice and I was kept informed several times a week on the process of my jeep. I would recommend Anderson Collison to anyone that is in need of repairs to their vehicle.Thanks again....it looks great!!

I was presented with an estimate in a timely manner, had no issues scheduling the repairs needed, and they were done well. Their communication was appreciated. I suppose the biggest surprise I had was when I picked up my truck and noticed they detailed my vehicle inside and out. I am very happy and their reputation was represented well from start to finish. :)

Anderson repaired our vehicle after a deer collision that caused significant front and side body damage. The estimate process was straightforward and accurate. Parts took some time to receive but that is the nature of the industry the past few years. Once the parts were received the repairs progressed quickly with many updates along the way. Once completed, our vehicle looked like new both inside and out!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used Anderson Collision since 1980 to the present (2022) and have had 10 vehicles repaired during this time. I never had even the slightest complaint on these repairs. The management and staff are great and take care of all my concerns and make all arrangements so I don't have to. When I pick up my vehicle, it is always perfect and immaculate both inside and out. Third time I have used Anderson, the only body shop that has ever gotten repeat business from me. They may not be the fastest but they do quality work and do everything right. They provided a reliable loaner vehicle for me while repairs were made at no cost to me. Worked well with my insurance company for efficient service with little to no inconvenience to me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jamie and Amanda were great to work with. I had a lot of hail damage on my car and they were able to get it fixed, handle a supplement with my insurance company all on their own and back to be within a week. Looked great and was super clean when I got it back. 5 stars from us! Highly recommend them!

The repair itself was great. The overall experience was not. It took over 2 months to complete the repair, most of which seemed like back and forth with the insurance company. I specifically asked if I could just come in for a quote and then keep the car until parts were in and everything was ready to do the actual work. The answer was no because the vehicle needed tore apart as part of the inspection. I drove by 3-4 weeks after I dropped it off and it was still sitting untouched in the parking lot. Once parts were in it was another month for repairs. They did communicate weekly with updates, but overall the timeline made it a very frustrating experience.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately, I have required all kinds of body work on multiple cars over the last 10 yrs - i wouldn't have anyone else do the job!! They do the best work and they take care of everything - i.e. insurance and they work with me and keep me in the loop on everything! AND they do an incredible job of cleaning the car up after. I can not say enough about the quality and attention to detail that this company displayed. My car looked brand new.I appreciated the continued text messaging letting me know what stage my car was in so that I did not have to call and check on them.They even had a rental car ready for me to take when I arrived to leave my "Deer In Headlights" car for repair.Thank You Amanda for dealing with the insurance company and your team for doing a perfect repair and paint job on my car!

I am paralyzed and Need my van for just about everything I do. I drove back from NC to have James Earhart work on my vehicle because I can trust it would be done right. I am blown away at the quality of work, professionalism, and overall experience with Anderson Collision. If you have the need for a body shop don t take chances, go to Anderson and sleep easy knowing the best people who truly care about the customers are fixing your vehicle.
