My husband and I went to Wittrock Motors on a chance while traveling and came across a Ford f150 that caught our attention. From start to finish, we had a pleasant experience working with Nate and then finalizing paperwork with Misty. Very down to earth individuals that weren't trying to "work" a sale, which is one of my biggest pet peeves, most dealerships have become accustomed to. We ended up even trading in our car, which we had not originally planned to do, and they gave fair market value as well. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle and want to work with a dealership that puts an emphasis back on customer service, it's worth the drive!

We had a great experience with Wittrock & Nate, our salesman. Found a car online, called about it. Nate sent us more pictures. We live in northern MN and could not drive to IA for 2 weeks after we found the car we wanted. We put a deposit down. Upon arriving on the set date, the car was waiting for us to test drive. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. We'd buy another car there. Even the 8 hour drive home was worth the experience.

I drove all the way down to Iowa from ND to get a vehicle from the folks at Wittrock. Really enjoyed the transaction and would definitely buy from them again. Pleasant folks to deal and whole transaction was very simple and easy. Two thumbs up from me!

I have family that has bought SEVERAL new vehicles from this dealership for many years. Although I can t say I had a great experience with them. Went to inquire about a vehicle, the salesman acted like he wasn t interested in making a sale. Also the trade value I was offered was an insulting low ball offer.

Brock Jones at Wittrock provided the best service I have had from a dealership in many years. He handled the order for my new Jeep from start to finish, kept me updated on progress, provided great pricing and had everything ready for us when we came to pick it up. Brock and Wittrock exceeded expectations.

Jim alwasy treats me very well. They had me in and out for my oil change. My air filters were ready for a change. He brought them to me to show me and gave me the option of replacing them, as this is something i could have done on my own. I was leaving for vacation same day and opted for them to just replace them as I didn't want the hassle. He made sure I was aware of prices prior to replacing them. They always inspect my car thoroughly to ensure I am safe on the road. Thank you Wittrock Motor for always providing the best service on my vehicle and treating me as family!

Can't say enough about Wittrock Motors! Great service and very friendly employees. Jim the service manager always very friendly. Had to get the oil changed in my vehicle. Kooper the service advisor got vehicle right in and didn't have to wait long at all. Kooper was very outgoing and friendly. Will keep coming back to have it serviced here.

I ve always thought fairly highly of Wittrock Motors until I became aware of how one of the ladies that works in the office text customers on her personal phone. Harassing them about their bill and making snide comments about their personal life. That s VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! She should be fired!!! I will not be bringing my vehicle back here again.

Best new car experience ever. Dealer Principal, Kevin Wittrock, and his son Avery were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process - from ordering with Kevin's help through final delivery with Avery taking the lead. Car was immaculate when I arrived for pick up and Avery was extremely helpful and thorough as he walked us through the car's finer points. Our experience with Misty in the business office was every bit as good as the rest of the delivery - enjoyable yet efficient and professional.All in all an experience I would gladly repeat on the next new car. Wittrock Motor Co. is the dealer that I would recommend above all others.

I was looking for a specific used vehicle and after dealing on one with a big city dealership, I saw one listed at Whittrock. They beat the price by a mile and gave me a FAIR value on my trade in. Avery and Misty made it fast and easy and Jim in the Service Dept fixed the problem with the rear hatch quickly. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and pleasant to deal with. Just a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Wittrock Motor. Avery and the rest of the team were very knowledgeable and kind. I couldn t be more happy with the customer service and how easy they made the process of purchasing our first jeep. We will definitely do business with them again.

The easiest auto purchase you could ask for. I purchased a used Chevy Avalanche from Wittrock and Nate was my salesmen. The asking price was fair, the vehicle was in excellent condition and Nate had it washed just before I picked it up. He was outstanding, prompt to my calls and emails. Misty in Finance was also a joy to work with. Overall I am very pleased with my decision to purchase a vehicle here and I will gladly be referring others to this location. Thank you Wittrock and Great Job!

Service advisor sadly lacks customer service skills. My husband called before driving 20 miles for a fuse issue and an oil change. Was almost turned down at the service door. Need customer service training or a new jobMy husband did receive a call the next day from Jim in service, letting him now the issue with employee Cooper was addressed and his customer service will improve.

Went to the collision center after a car made quite an impact on my rear passenger door. The customer service was exceptional and quick. Joel was straight to the point on cost and amount of time it would take to fix. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for such a positive experience. Definitely my go to in town car place for all my automotive needs.

The most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. Nate was awesome to work with from vehicle availability questions right through the purchase process, to final delivery. If you are in the market for a different vehicle, give Wittrock a try. You won't be disappointed!!!

I would have given 5 stars but I had to wait for a part to be delivered. I waited several weeks, then called to see if they had an update. The part had arrived. I wonder how long it had been sitting on a shelf.

My first vehicle purchase on my own was through Wittrock Motors and I couldn t be more thrilled! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brock Jones helped me every step of the way with all the ins and outs of the options offered. Misty Jones was very patient and thorough with the financing aspect. I highly recommend and would definitely buy another vehicle from Wittrock!

My husband and I were on a trip from MN to Southern Iowa when our Chrysler mini van started having issues in Carroll. We noticed this dealership and pulled in hoping they could help us. In the past dealerships would ignore us or tell us that they didn't have time. With this dealership we have never been treated so good. Not only did they immediately look at the car but they were able to fix it. Their building is bright, airy and so comfortable. Never once did we feel uncomfortable or that we were imposing. Their staff went above and beyond for us. We plan to bring all our future business to them despite living out of state. They are so worth it!! Other dealerships could take lessons from these guys!

Wittrock Motor Company is one of our favorite businesses in Carroll, Iowa. Their customer service employees in all departments are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. I d mention names but I would be afraid I d leave someone out. We had both vehicles in for repair at the same time due to deer strikes, a very stressful time for us financially and disruption in routines, but everyone we had contact with was encouraging and helpful. Wittrock s will always be our first choice when purchasing a vehicle or when auto maintenance and repairs are needed. Thank you for your awesome service!

My husband and I had been shopping for apre-owned truck and Wittrock had what we needed! Brock and Misty were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and just plain awesome to work with! Brock sent us pictures and answered all our questions, without ever giving us any pressure! Misty got us a great deal on the financial side! We highly recommend Wittrock Motors and we will call them first, next time we are in the market for a vehicle!

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Our dealer, Nate, was exceptional, Misty in finance was great and I am TOTALLY in love with my new (to me) Chrysler Pacifica. The best part is they reduced the price even when they really didn't have too. Thank you for making this a great day. We will be back again even though it's a 50 mile drive for us

This is a testimony to the outstanding service from Wittrock Motors. My daughter was serving an internship in Carroll, when her car began having major mechanical problems. The car had an extended warranty so I called Wittrock Motors for help. I live over an hour away and needed support to identify and fix the car. Jim, Ashley, and staff got right on it. They took the time to listen to my dilemma and addressed all of my concerns; exceeding all of my expectations. They made sure she had a ride to work, well before morning business hours, and then provided a loan vehicle for an extended period of time. Jim advised me of the engine issues, their plan to fix it, and any outside warranty costs. Ashley and staff corresponded the progress of the repair, which gave me great confidence in the Wittrock team effort. Today, the service work has been completed and the car runs great. Jim and staff ensured the warranty met Wittrock Motors standards; which in my opinion exceeds the warranty itself. The professionalism and integrity received at Wittrock Motors is second to none. I will definitely drive back to Wittrock Motors when I buy or need any automotive support. Thank you , Mike

This is hands down the best dealership! I have purchased vehicles from just about every dealership in the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro area and this is well worth the drive. Purchasing a vehicle is usually a very stressful experience. Everything from going back and forth on price and payments to purchasing the extended warranty and signing 100 peices of paper. Nate and Misty made this the easiest and least stressful experience ever! They absolutely go above and beyond and bend over backwards. We will be buying all of our vehicles from here for the rest of our lives. If you are looking for a good dealer that will take care of you, look no more!
