Had a tire blow on my husband's corvette happened at 1630 they came and loaded the car on flat bed. Was very careful not to damage front of car, it sits very low. Worked to get right tires at a decent price for car. Employee even gave us a ride home in Audubon. All after hours, great customer service. Nice to see at a time when customer service is almost nonexistent.

I refuse to do business here if I can help it. There customer service is abhorrent and they can be a bit petty on there pricing. I'd rather take my stuff to the morons at the Walmart Tire and Lube.

The service manager Jordan was fantastic...got me in quick, told me what needed to happen and suggested other things that could be replaced but didn't push the additional services on me (which was a welcomed approach versus other places in town) and kept me updated throughout the process. Picked up my car, had a slight issue unrelated to main diagnosis, he told me to come in when I could, he looked at the issue, took care of it and had me on my way. Great service. No pressure and they have won my business from here on out.

Honestly if negative stars were available I'd do it. Had a blown tire the tow for .30 of a mile they said was going to be a 100 tow less then a mile . And on top of that only went in for a 54.00 dollar tire fix came in around 12-1pm they told me it's be ready by 4pm I came back in they handed me my key I paid them and when I opened my key fob they had broken the metal piece holding my keys together. I've called my dealership almost a 300$ key fob and the owner/manager told me theirs nothing we could do it's wear and tear which it wasn't it was my newer key so I knew they were lying to me I've used it less than 3 months. And on top of that talking over you and trying to manipulate into thinking it's youre problem while hanging up on me I don't advise anyone to go here. Save you're money and go elsewhere.

The first time I went to this location I had great service. They took me to my job that morning. I had to find a ride on the way back.The second time I went there the man at the desk was rude. He didn't care if I came for the help that I needed. He didn't help me get to my job. He asked like it would take all day and they might be able to help. I walked from the location in temperature as 10 degrees about 15 blocks to my work that morning. It was freckening cold. I give them poor customer service. They want to have a business they need to get better service. They also wanted to put used tires site unseen tires on my car and charge 85 dollars. They are very expensive.

Cliff and team provide excellent service here. Great communication and fair prices. We haven't used any other shop in Carroll since we found these guys. Check them out!

Don t EVER EVER EVER take your car here, they will steal your stuff and over charge you. They kept my tools I provided to have security bolts removed, and only gave one piece back and only after I went in for it, I was also met with complete rudeness and u professionalism. Which I would understand had I been a jerk, but I was as nice as could be and was still met with attitude. Also CHARGED ME TO USE MY TOOLS TO REMOVE THEM. I know they have my socket, because it s unique and only works with the pieces I gave them. But that s fine, keep it you thiefs. I ll make sure that I, nor anyone I know, ever goes here again.

After an accident, and without any choice to call a different towing company, my small car was towed 23 miles behind a small wrecker for the cost of $300. Then, the car sat in storage from late Saturday night till Tuesday noon, less than 60 hours, to which I was charged another $140. If my calculator is working correctly, that's over $13/mile for the tow and almost $2.50/hour for parking. Writing with some sarcasm, it would had been cheaper if a towing company came out of Des Moines and returned my car to the international airport parking garages to be stored.

Have been taking my vehicles there for years... always very friendly and stand by their work. Have been very upfront and honest with me about what needs to be fixed and what can wait - always appreciate that!

Got stuck in a box truck called this company they sent a driver very friendly professional and grate customer service knew what he was doing made sure me and my company both was happy with his proformece before he left helped me out into the road before he ever got back in his truck I will recommend you guys to anyone

Oil change doubled in price paid more than $100 . Think covid-19 business must be made up. Well will be doing more shopping for car mantinace.
