I had a windshield replacement done on January 6th, 2023, in my driveway.. In doing so they removed my antenna , and lost it . I called immediately the next morning when I realized it wasn t there. They were unable to locate it, said they ordered me a new one, this was 6 weeks ago . I ve called numerous times and told it s not in yet. I called the Ford dealership in town , and they carry them in stock!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They replaced my windshield. The molding for the rearview mirror was broken i took it there and they were going to order a part. This was in April and it still hasn't happened. I usually don't give bad ratings, but by 4:20 no Message n went to the store which was right down the road from my friend, so we went down there n it was closed with a note on the door stating they only do remote.
