Knowing that this business has been established in our hometown for quite some time, I decided to bring my son here to get new tires for his car and all of the staff was very friendly and took care of us right away. He had 4 new tires on the very next morning for a reasonable price. We will definitely be returning here for as needed service on all our family's vehicles!

Called them up, explained my situation, they got me in quick, fixed my tire right up and I was out the door! Great place to go and very friendly staff.

These guys are absolutely great! I ve taken in at least a half dozen tires off of our service trucks over the years and they ve always got what I need and get to it quickly. Thee best place to go by far

We scheduled an appointment because we had accidentally ran over a piece of metal that left us needing a replacement. I went in expecting to wait at least an hour but I was out within 10 minutes! And the cost was less than expected, too! I would recommend them to anyone who needs quick, friendly service!

Well they have actually always done a great job on personal vehicles and I also take my BNSF welding truck there but refused to put my tires I bought from Goodyear online on my truck, wouldn t even give me a chance to explain that for whatever reason the dealers were not popping up when I ordered them as they have in the past on Goodyear s website, so I had them sent to my home. I guess they think they re missing out on a few bucks I don t know they just hung up.Service: Tires

Told me to bring my tire over to patch when I arrived was told to bring back tomorrow when they not so busy lol. Used tires n more had me fixed and out the door in 10 minutes.

My boss took the work truck in for front brakes. Without a peep they made a 300 dollar job cost 900 by doing the back brakes we didn't ask to have done, and replaced both front brake calipers, again with no call for approval of the repair. Maybe all this work was needed, we weren't in the loop.I personally haven't got this kind of service from them, but I'm reconsidering using them as my tire service shop over this.

Bought 3 used tires from them. I know used tires aren't the best but you would think they would last longer then 2 weeks. 3 flates on all of them within 2 weeks. Don't buy used tires from this business!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I've been very pleased with the 2 tires I purchased for my Chrysler Town & Country Stow & Go; for the front tires a year ago. I have absolutely been so grateful to this place. Might be the first mechanic outside my Daddy and other family I've trusted. I've Ubered and Lyfted since 2017- 2021 in Kansas City. Can't tell you, the amount of car service I've had and how many times, I've been taken advantage of. It's nice and they are fantastic.. very refreshing to deal with honest people.

I purchased two snow tires for $200. They put one of them on a rim that was both bent and cracked so it was wrecked within a week and I was broke so couldn't use the vehicle. I bring the tire in. They say they can't do anything about the tire wrecked by their neglect AND further explained how it couldn't possibly have been their fault, but they'd try to see about a factory warranty.I checked back a week later, "they said they couldn't do anything."Service: Tires

This place is great. Family owned and operated. Professional. Well-managed. Helpful. I sensed they truly wanted to do a good job and help all the way from the guys in the garage to the owners in the office. I highly recommend this place. They've earned the good reviews that they have.

I love that I feel welcomed as I came into the shop and comfortable. The guys there are very easy to talk to and answered all my questions with ease. I was recommended there by many coworkers and I would definitely recommend them as well! I have issues with trusting mechanics because I am a female and have had many take advantage of that but not these guys. I asked for an oil change but they noted one's been done recently for my new-to-me vehicle that I wasnt aware of. Theyd rather be honest and have satisified customers than to be dishonest and dissatisfied customers bc happy customers come back and tell other people. Plus they are also really quick with service in and out!

Great Service... They were very honest with me about the installation time needed to install the six tires onto our RV.Fair Price.Would recommend everyone to call Roberts Tire for any type of tire and or mechanical service for their vehicle.

Very polite staff. They had to order my two tires. Brought my car in the next day to get serviced which took longer than the estimated time because my tires had to be delivered. I was ok with the wait. If they have your tires in stock they will get you in and out in about an hr our less. Also they do more work than just tires

Trustworthy!!!! Saved my life. My van was too rusted to go up on the lift to fix the brakes. They let me know. Thanks for not doing the labor and mainly for letting me know!

Super friendly and helpful. Was able to pick up tire quickly, and even exchange without any hassle when it turned out I got the wrong size. Love the small town vibe of the shop.

They took me in as a stray!! My van was towed to them, I was at their mercy! But those hard working gentlemen got me back on the road in less than an hour!! And they ran into SEVERAL challenges!! Thanks!! Roberts is the BEST!!!

I absolutely trust RTC with the safety of the people I love most. They are fast, knowledgeable, and professional. I can get anything from bumper to bumper fixed on my families' cars. Thank you to everyone who works at RTC! You make getting a car serviced less painful!
