Went to pick up gaskets for a family member and the older guy Gail was rude tried telling me that they sent the part back already and my family member had just called and said he needed it and they said they had it in stock. Then was rude over the phone. I simply went in and said I was there to pick up intake gaskets and he said they sent those parts back which what he sent back was valve covers never said anything about valve covers just intake gaskets. Then he went off and just threw them on the counter and told the other person to deal with it and at least the other person working with him was a nice kid and didn't complain about his job. I can honestly say if I go back I will make sure not to have Gail wait on me again he doesnt not know how to deal with customers or the public.

Poorly managed store. Worst O'Reilly store I have been in over 40 years of doing business with them. I have always made my auto parts at O'Reilly because of the teams that are knowledgeable and willing to help. Most of the guys behind the counter at this location are great. To bad management isn't on the same level.

They tried to scam me into buying a new battery, and tried to say my 2 door coupe had the battery location changed by someone. Only the 4 door sedans of this model have the battery buried in the inner fender well, not my coupe.

This is my favorite parts store! They've always got better parts than the others guys! I've worked at them all & also a few spots so i know from experience! I know I'm getting a quality part & only have to do the job once!

Knowledgeable friendly staff who are always ready to help. If you're part is not in stock, they can usually have it shipped by the next day. O'Reilly Auto Parts is my go-to auto parts store.

I had the people there test my battery and said yes it was a bad battery. So purchased a battery and then they told me they don't install batteries when it is located in the truck of your car. They had to jump start my car and I had to take my car elsewhere to get the battery installed.

I always use AutoZone but they were out of my part. I purchased my core and took it to my mechanic and when he opened the box the part had previously been mounted. I was not made aware of the situation, just sold the part. The cashier then had a bit of an attitude when asking what I want him to do and when I replied I wanted a new part that has not been previously use he gave me a nasty look before turning away to go get the part. Then when I opened the box to make sure it was new he looked at me hateful the whole time.

Every once in a while u get an associate that doesn't know anything about the parts that they are selling or really about cars in general but most of the time they are courteous and helpful and very professional like...this is ny favorite parts store to shop at!!! I will only use the other stores if I have to!!! Say like if oriellys didn't have the part I needed and someone else did!!!

Ethan went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Stranded 2 hours from home with no clutch to my 5spd.. He took the 10 15 mins to help me out bleeding them. Great guys! Thanks for the help.

Poor Customer Service!! We bought over $600 in parts for a Jeep and we were told over the phone that we can not warranty return them. We have warranty out the head 2 times and now the 3rd one is bad (the top of the lifters collapsed).

My only complaint is that it really lacks professionalism. I understand it's a parts store but still show some customer respect. Other than that they always get the right parts!

Online website is great, employees lack a helpful attitude. No one said hello or even looked up from their phone when I was the only customer entering or in the store.
