I was on my way to a family emergency when I started having car problems. I was looking around for some place to go and I saw the Meineke sign. The level of customer service was exceptional from the moment I stepped through their door to the moment I left .They were very sensitive to my needs. They actually had time and availability to work on my vehicle And thank Heavens they had the part I needed. During my wait several other customers came in. Their level of kindness and customer service was the same for each and every person. I give them five star rating. It's hard to find places that actually care these days and take pride in the work they do. They fixed my car and checked everything over to make sure that my next stretch of travel would be done safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone local or otherwise

I called about my brake pads, I figured out they were completely wore out in the back and was essentially ruining my car. Eric Ford worked on my car even though it was a hour before close. He was kind and understanding of my circumstances. He returned my car in better condition than I bought it. I am very thankful for his services to my car, he is an amazing worker and person

Absolutely amazing service. They had me come in for what I knew was wrong and checked out what I thought might be wrong and they gave me amazing service and price. Highly recommend them for all car repairs

They were able to get me in to get my headlights and oil changed. They had a hell of a time getting the old headlight out and I ended up waiting 3 hours. They were very apologetic and were even able to find me a coupon to help compensate for the time spent. Communication is key, and they were awesome about keeping me update! Highly reccomend these guys for any and all work!

The guys at the Meineke here in Burlington were kind and gracious. I dealt mainly with Brad and was great to deal with. Our van came back as clean as we left it with them. They were able to resolve our exhaust issue in a timely manner.

Prompt courteous service. Shared photos of condition of parts needing replacement. Provided with a prompt and accurate cost estimate. Completed service within time frame promised. Quality of work seems to be fine. Brad was the Service Manager. Brad has a very polite demeanor. Highly recommend this business for auto brake repair.

My experience at Meineke on Agency and Roosevelt was Awesome! I received a free oil change for being a Veteran! And they were helpful and honest about the other repairs I needed. They will definitely get my future business! Thank you!

Brad and his team are reliable and friendly. They do not give you the run around. I took my old Honda there for years for muffler work and various things. I just bought new tires for my new Honda. I was in and out in a half a day. Top notch. I highly recommend!

My breaks went bad late Sunday night. I stopped at Meineke Monday evening and they had me an appointment early Tuesday morning. I was there by 8 that morning and they were done with my car by 9! Quick, super friendly, efficient, and they did an awesome job! Will definitely be a return customer!

I ll give it a two star because the gentleman up front was so nice, but don t trust these people to check your car before going on a trip because five hours into my drive to Texas my car breaks down. My alternator is bad, but it is currently getting it fixed at Goodyear. Also, I just noticed my Cadillac hub cap is missing on one of my tires as well. I usually have a good time at Meinekes, so I m a little disappointed.

Was there for muffler swap on my21 f150 .Brad ordered what I wanted and said come back next morning and they would swap mufflers. They got right on it and had me out of there in good time. Very satisfied with the work.

Friendly service they're fast and good mechanics. Great location and convenient scheduling. No problems with the pricing. Overall I think they took very good care of my vehicle problem. I would recommend to others and I will use them in the future. It's good to have a mechanic that you can trust. Update the shop a little bit and it would be a great place

I m truly so very grateful I found Meineke! I ve been having issues with my car for a couple years and the steering and sounds coming from it were getting worse. I was to the point I felt I was going to have to trade or maybe simply bury my old girl and I loveee my car! I had been to a couple places the last couple years and just seemed was never fixed. I called Meineke on a friends referral. They got me in fast and I walked out a few hours later and my car drove like it was new again! The shaking, loose steering, and brake squeeling was all fixed! Meineke sent me pictures of the parts as they were doing the repairs! It drives like a dream again!! Extreme gratitude! I love my car again!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my car fast and most importantly it s FIXED right! Thanks Brad and team!!

We have come to completely trust them to do the work needed, treat us fairly and advise us regarding the condition of our various cars. Meineke was awesome. Went in to have them look at my exhaust pipe and they were able to do the repair right then. They are very polite and speedy on the repair. Will recommend them to my freinds

I have been going to Meineke for my oil changes or whatever repairs I need for several years. From the moment you walk in the door, Brad , the manager makes you feel welcome and helps you get scheduled or with any questions you need answered.I am so glad I discovered Meineke, a few years ago I was tearing through tires and rotors, and nobody could figure out why, until I brought it to Meineke. After they replaced the first set of rotors, and the shaking continued, so I brought it back and thanks to their knowledgeable mechanic, they figured out it was the caliper. $100 later the problem was fixed for good! I really like working with the staff at Meineke and you really can t beat the prices. Watch for their specials they run several times a year.on oil changes, radiator flushes, etc.

To expensive charged almost $700 to fix my power steering and wanted to charge me almost $1,000 for front and back brakes and rotors and the labor alone is more then the service you are actually getting I will never ever go to them again and no I do not recommend their service to anyone....

Eric was wonderful. I was visiting from out of town and needed to return the next day. Eric took my vehicle in and got the problem fixed so I could drive back home safely. I can't thank him and his team enough.

The staff was very eager to help solve my brake issues. They went above and beyond getting me scheduled for parts and for service. The entire experience was positive, and I will definitely use them again.
