I would give no stars! I paid Jeff's 300 to replace my front breaks which they did not. I took my car elsewhere and paid another 300 after I had called jeffs 3x about my breaks not working right. Huge regret on going to jeffs ..he really screwed me over! And did not make it right.

Great place to get repairs done! Been in twice for brake issues I'd have never figured out on my own. Quick to diagnose and let you know what's going on and then what the repair cost will be. Very fast turn around times on my repairs, and even let me know about a few future issues that could arise and need repaired. Don't let the little shop and lot size fool you. They're an asset to have on your side.

My whole experience with these guys was good from beginning to end. They treated me with respect, they were upfront and honest from the very beginning. They said they were booked out for a week but if I left my vehicle they could possibly get it in sooner. The next day they had it completed. It is my business truck so I was very happy to have it back right away. They didn t sell me anything more than I needed. I highly recommend these guys very respectful and very honest.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jeff and his staff are friendly, honest, and very reasonable pricing. They treat you like family.They are very accommodating. Stopped in the other day to have him look at my gas cap that has a lock which I couldn't open.He was on his way out to check another customer's car, but took time to check the gas cap lock....for free. He explained what I needed to prevent it from happening again.Got in my vehicle to leave

Great workmanship done knowledgeable technicians. I've been using Jeff's for 6 or so years and have no complaints. Yes, I would and have recommended Jeff's to a "friend"(s).

Jeff's came highly recommended from a friend of mine and I am very happy they shared their experiences with me. Jeff and his staff are very friendly and do a great job at a very reasonable cost. No reason I would ever go anywhere else.

I discovered Jeff's after I was tired of my truck's issues repeatedly not being fixed at Meineke here in town. Within the last 9 months, I have been here several times for several different repairs including engine misfires, electrical/window repair, tire rotation, and coolant starting to leak from beneath. Walking into this quaint little shop, you are immediately greeted and I love the friendliness and hospitality. It feels really good when they don't even have to ask for your name! Your vehicle's issues are diagnosed accurately and immediately and you won't be hassled for your money, they have very reasonable and affordable prices. I can say with 100% guarantee you'll be pleasantly surprised by how fast your car gets done; these guys at Jeff's are very timely! This review is my pleasure, these guys deserve it. If I ever move away, I will deeply miss coming here!

I took my 1997 Buick Park Avenue in to get serviced and dumped a bunch of money into it to get it running and driving. I didn t care how much it costed and I told them that. I TRUSTED THEM.They misdiagnosed the fuel rail issue; when in fact it was the fuel pump was what was going bad all along!!! I used to fix GM3800 engines with my cousin before he passed away, and they are among the easiest engines to get running perfectly.Mind you I had them work on the fuel system so had they tested the fuel pressure they would have known that the fuel pump was the major problem. Unless they know nothing about cars.That s true maybe they re just not good at fixing cars? Or maybe they enjoy having people come their not knowing anything about cars, and give them a run for their money!!!!I even called Jeff s today and explained what happened and the employee there laughed at me!!!!! Adding insult to injury I suppose; I was surprised because they act like they re really nice people.My car ran worse after this last repair before it broke down near an intersection; a major intersection, and it got impounded by the city while I was trying to get help. I ran out of money because I stuck all I had into my car that very same week.I Agreed to have my fuel pressure regulator replaced, my intake manifold replaced, my alternator replaced, I replaced my mass airflow sensor, So Thank you Jeff s West Avenue for your negligence.

Just had work done to my car here and they were upfront with me that the original repair didn't solve the problem. They solved it and only charged me for the actual problem. They earned my repeat business for being honest. They're busy for a reason.

Amazing experience! Explained everything and made sure my vehicle was in top shape before I picked it up. I will never take any of my vehicles to anyone else but Jeff's auto!! Have gained my business and will be telling everyone I know!

I took my car to jeffs for a problem with the ABS break system. Not only did they use used parts, it still cost me over $600 and the ABS system started acting up again 3 days later. I then took the car back, paid another $300, and the car still was not fixed. I then again took the car back and he told me it was the cracks in the road that made my car do that and he refused to work on my car again.

Been going to West Avenue Automotive for over 13 years and they have always been honest with me and fair priced! They can do almost anything there! I literally wouldn't trust my vehicle with any other shop except Jeff's!!!

They scheduled me an appointment 2 weeks out test drive my car only looked at my transmission when I asked for full inspection didn t fix it and charged me 35.42 to test drive my car very unsatisfied
