I've used them, probably, for for over 20 years. I've NEVER felt used or abused and ALWAYS am happy going forward.

This store is amazing! It is never fun to purchase new tires. There are 1,474,122 different tires for your car. They did a great job giving me some options for tires, narrowing down the field. After choosing, they quickly ordered them in and got me scheduled. The worst part about car problems: most of us know very little and put a ton of trust in the people that work on our cars. I thought my car needed an alignment and asked them to do one for me. Upon picking up my car, they told me they looked and it did not need one. They could have easily said they made minor changes and charged me $70+ for it but they didn't. The guys there are trustworthy and know what they are talking about. It was a great experience and highly recommend them to everyone.

Purchased a truck called to see if they were the ones services this truck. So kind and caring under the circumstances! Made an appointment, for an oil change, great reception on arrival and great service! Very affordable! Thank you Eastern Iowa Tire!

The best place around !! Always so quick to get me in , super polite and very honest !! Example : I previously bought tires , had no idea what was covered and wasn t - I needed a new one as I ruined one . He got me in very quick and also called to let me know I still had a warranty on the tire ! Affordable prices and all around great experience every visit !

I dread vehicle maintenance/repairs because it s usually such a hassle. Working with the team at Eastern Iowa Tire in Burlington was a breath of fresh air. After purchasing two new front tires from them several months back, I scheduled an appointment to get new rear tires for my car. After taking my car back into the shop, Mark told me I still had a decent amount of tread and that I really didn t need new tires. He proposed fixing a slight leak my tire had instead. Thank you Eastern Iowa Tire for the great service and for saving me both time and money. I ll definitely be returning!

They were able to get me in fast. They changed all of my tires and breaks before lunch. Also very friendly service and very forward about the cost of all parts and labor.

Purchased the best set of tires at Eastern Tire, and the service was great. Been in twice for road hazard issues, and rotation, and the service has always been fast and well done.

Awesome place and awesome people! Had a flat while passing through on hwy 34 and got me in immediately to fix and get me on my way. Very careful and knowledgable staff that makes sure they do things right.

We went to drop off our car early. They amassed up, by getting the car done. It was scheduled for the next day. They got it done a whole day early. Awesome work.

First time ever using this tire shop as I always thought they were just for semi's and tractor tires. My mistake as they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Crazy fast great service!!!

I called Mark and told him that I had two flat tires that needed repaired and I was going to carry them in. By the time I got the second tire out of the truck the tech already started on the first one. The repairs were done and I was out of there in no time.

Won't stand behind there own cap makes you buy the next one when one flies apart after 2 days also had to wait 3 weeks for the next one I would not buy another tire from this criminals also takes your fet money but won't take scrap tires back sounds like a federal crime

Fixed tire which was going flat. Explained what the tire problem was and repaired it while I waited maybe 15- 20 minutes. Very happy with service.

Told the serviceman to inflate the tire to 44 to 46 lbs. Of inflation and he argued with me, I knoe what the proper inflation for those tires are : it's 44-46 lbs.
