They told me they didn't have my vehicle when in fact they did. It took the police department and another towing company to find my vehicle for me and then Campbell's confessed that "oh, I guess we do have it." It had been towed by a private contract with another individual. Not doe to a loan or lein. But die to a reserved park8ng placard that was barely visible by me and I dod not see it in the dark when I parked that morning. It coat 267.50 to get it out. Had to be cash. By the time I found it they were Almont closed and I barely got it out without tacking on another $75 ( per day fee) and I would have had to find another way to and from work and try to get it out the next day as well. .missing some work again. I am in the medical profession. Very saddened and upset.

I have on 5 occasions taken my work trucks and a personal vehicle to Campbell's for major body work/repair. Every time I have gotten the vehicle back looking like it just came off of the new car show room floor. Yesterday I picked up my 4 year old pickup and it was just immaculate inside and out, I was not expecting the interior to be cleaned and it looked as good as the day I bought it new. I highly recommend Campbell'sServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

Recently just got repairs done with this shop after hitting a deer!!! What a great job they did!! Even after we went to get the van we forgot the correct key and out they came to our rescue to unlock our car after hours. Highly recommend using this company!-ethan~Lauren Butler

In my opinion do not use this tow company.My car broke down on 61 going from Burlington to muscatine. The highway patrol called and had a towed it was towed to Campbell's towing Campbell's then proceeded to charge me over $400 for the 2 So I could not raise that money so then I called and said you know I can't afford to pay $400 for the tow so I was going sign over title for that and ask them if I could get my tools out they said no you gotta pay the tow bill. So in my opinion they stole all the tools in it so they're thieves.

My car was towed to this business. I was never notified and when I called to ask how much the cost of picking up the vehicle was, after it was towed on a Friday and sat in their "storage yard" over the weekend, the receptionist said 406 dollars!!!! I didnt have that much until payday and had to wait until Thursday to pick it up. 574 dollars...... a 50 dollar admin fee (wth?), and they charged me a storage day for the day I picked it up. Crooked Establishment.Zero sympathy or interest in working with me on the price even with Christmas coming so soon.Do not let this business touch your vehicle or near it. I had prayed that the ratings and reviews were wrong and the whopping 3 good ones would be true, but nope. Go with anyone else but this business. Horrific. If I could leave a zero I would.

So thankful for the prompt & excellent service this morning! Brady was super awesome handling my early morning tow . Would most definitely call again if ever needed & highly recommend this company. Thank you again so much .

My Jeep sustained damages during a vendor market, from the neighboring vendors pop up shade tent. Mike's team of professional employees restored my Jeep to like new condition in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and transparency throughout the process. Will continue to use them for services to come!

My truck broke down 4 blocks from home. Police called this company to tow my truck. They wanted to charge me $120 for the 4 blocks. I asked if they'd take $70, and they refused. I later found out their prices are cheaper than the $120. I was given a bogus estimate and was told cash only. They kept my vehicle and scrapped it later on. Sounds like a major scam to me.

Mike and his crew has repaired many of my vehicles when I owned an electrical contracting business and he never once disappointed me. His work was immaculate and the turn around time was always faster than I expected. I wouldn t consider taking a vehicle to another mechanic.

They towed a car from my residence because it was parked in the street too long. I called them twice and they claimed they didn t have the car. After talking to the city they were the towing service on call that day and they did tow the car. They just kept it and refused to admit they had it. When I confronted them about it they then said oh they did have it and I needed to buy it back. They are so rude and terrible to work with.

Two of our tires were punctured in the sidewalls. They came and towed my car to their shop only because Wal-Mart wasnt open. At 11 AM they still didn't have the tires changed. Has had the car since 7 AM. How long does it take to change two freaking tires? I told them I had to work today. Obviously they don't care about that or the money I'm losing out on by not being at work. Would not recommend. If you need body work done take it to Wyatt's.

Over priced, poor quality, zero customer service. Tried to charge me for diagnosis when my insurance company said they would cover it and refused to return my vehicle to me.

Charged my dad almost $900.00 for removing vehicle from a accident scene under gear Ave bridge the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. And he wasn't allowed to retrieve his belongings out of his truck until the bill was paid in full for a truck that was totaled. And they also charged 35.00 a day storage fee and were closed the friday after Thanksgiving when we tried to go and retrieve the truck from their possession. So my dad got charged with 6 days of storage fees plus the cost of removing his truck from the accident scene. Now tell me how that fair to a man in his early 70's on SSI and still working to cover medical expenses !!!Heartless people, I hope someday a class action lawsuit for taking advantage of consumer's puts them out of business!!

Wish I could give them a o. They wouldn't even give me a bill. Said they couldn't give me a bill until I paid it. Does that make sense to anyone ? They had charges on that bill that my insurance co. Adjuster said were bogus and illegal. They wouldn't let me see my van or get anything out of it and even after I signed over the title they wouldn't let me have the license plates. Couldn't have anything until every penny was paid to them. If you have an accident in the city limits the police automatically call Campbells unless you tell them different. I was out of town but I plan to put a signed note in my paperwork to place in my car saying absolutely not Campbells. Just in case I'm knocked out or out of town. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone .

I was in a accident and the State Patrol had my car towed to Campbell's lot on a Friday night. I called them on Monday after I finally found out where my car had been towed. Campbell's told me there was no use in even picking it up I should just sign the title over to them cause it was unrepairablee. When I told him that I was not going to do that he told me that I need to get it off his lot before 7pm that day or he was going to charge me another day of storage. My car had front end damage when I showed with a trailer to pick it up there was a car with rear end damage same year and model as mine so his plan was to turn those to cars it to one sellable car to make money since he was would have been gettimg my car for little to nothing he was going to wave the tow if I would have signed it over to him. I took my car to another body shop they fixed it for $1000 and told me that if campbels would have lookes at they would have known it could be repaired.

Lady had a flat tire out by my house they came and they changed it man was very proficient had a air pump the woman's donut was flat fixed her up and sent her on her way I thought they were very nice and courteous

Not only did they keep my car for over a week theor also stripped paint off my mirror! On top of that they tried to tell me that they didn t mess up my carWhen they clearly did they said it wasn t Repainted when it was you could tell it was they messed up the paint I wouldn t recommend going to these people ever again and then when I brought it to the managers attention he told me just don t even come back anymore he don t want my business. It s like why because I caught you at your own game you want to do a half assed job and then when someone brings it to your attention then you get all butt hurt over it. Yeah I wouldn t recommend going to these people at all

I just watched a video of a mean old lady that works there and refuses to give a customer what they are being charged for. She was very unprofessional and should definitely not work there. If she owns this business, it needs shut down! You also don't make your customers stand outside your business to talk about any sortf of financial matters. Very unprofessional business.

Used Campbell s for towing. He was quick to arrive, had an easy solution when my Jeep was missing the needed towing kit. He is knowledgeable, professional and would quickly use him again if needed!
