Great experience. Lots of people in looking for a car and Taylor was awesome going between the customers within making me feel like I was forgotten about. I really enjoyed the tour of the place really made me feel like "welcome to the family." Very happy with my car at this time.

We got our 3rd car from here and we haven t had any problems whatsoever with anything in the last 2 years. The service team is amazing too, get you in and out quickly and super friendly!!

Very nice people! I told them the vehicle I wanted and drove it home a few hours later! With not great credit, other places told me the vehicle I could get but they got me what I wanted and that makes a difference in your experience!

Lafe in the service department will insure anything that is covered under warranty is replaced as it goes out. They replaced the cvt in my Sentra and did a very good job. Runs and drives great. Thanks

Great staff. They will make sure you are taken care of. It was a better car buying experience than I've had in a long time. The service department treats people right as well on repairs at a fair price.

Abby!! Yes all I have to say is Abby!! She is amazing!! We have purchased 3 cars from byrider they have always helped us bump our credit fast when we really need it! But Abby was the key for us she friendly helpful answered every question and even remembered us from our last purchase we were floored! She was absolutely wonderful and helped us do exactly what we needed and then some! Thanks again for the great service we truly appreciate the help!!

We bought a second vehicle from Cordell! He is always a pleasure to work with and really makes you feel like the only person he s worried about! We love our cars and our whole family LOVED Cordell!!Been with Byrider for over a year and the service department and Lafe are top notch! Even when you re a little over due for your oil change they talk to you just like dad would.

Would not recommend this place to my greatest enemy. I dont even know where to begin.We should have listened to other people warning us. We should have listened to the people selling their junk cars from this place on facebook. Most said they crapped out after a few months. But good credit, bad credit or no credit and still get approved sounded too good to pass up.My friend got a car, with in WEEKS the locks went out, the ac, the heater, the starter started going out. Then they were hit by a deer. Was told by the company the insurance we had to cover the car covered none of this. When asked what the insurance did cover they beat around the bush and never answered. They were told that if they didn't like it, we could get full coverage through an insurance company. Had a manager and an employee laugh at my friend's name because it has an inappropriate word in it and was even recorded doing this. When called out about they lied and gaslighted us to our face. They are charging us 8,000 for damages to the vehicle mostf which it came with. Also would remove reports from records and said no claims were ever made when the deer and stuff was reported.This place is bad news and i suggest avoiding it like the plague.

Not gonna lie, i was pretty hesitant to go through these guys to get a car. But, oh my god, am i glad i did! Cordell helped me step by step, and made sure i was aware of every single step of the process. He s freaking awesome to talk to, and makes sure to explain any question you might have, and you never feel bad for asking questions either. The process was super easy, albeit a little time consuming, but it only too about 3 hours because they wanna make sure you are totally aware of everything! Thank you Cordell! I love my 2013 Dodge Dart!
