I ordered a large specialty pizza tonight and my online order showed original crust. However, after getting home I discovered we received thin crust. Please double check your orders when making the pizza. Not everyone likes thin crust.

Stopped from out of town for a breakfast pizza. After getting my slice and drinks the lady at the checkout tells me you can t use that referring to my credit card while checking out in a fairly rude tone. Tells me cash or check only as if I was supposed to know this. Their card reader is apparently down and when I ask about using the ATM she tells me that s down too. So she says she will take care of my things. Including the pizza I touched, got out of the rotator and put in a bag. At this point you might as well of at least given me the pizza that needs to go in the trash. Unless of course she put it back in the thing. Wouldn t be surprised though. Maybe find a way to let customers know this prior to checking out.

The women working the night of 7/3/19 are rude and unprofessional. I called @6:30pm looking to order a few pizzas for my family, when the woman answered she states You re going to have to hold on and then proceeds to belch into the phone. After her manly burp I proceed to hold for five minutes listening to her and another employee talk. These employees are disgusting and I wouldn t want them touching any food of mine. I m extremely disappointed in Casey s at this time, I do not recommend ordering food from this location.

Have had the wrong pizza made twice now. Evidently the person that made it both times had no idea what a flatbread pizza was and made a regular round pizza both times. In addition we were supposed to receive free bread sticks. They were on top of the wrong pizza and when the right one came out I was told they had given our bread sticks to someone else. And to ask for a rain check at the checkout, which I did. No rain check because they aren t allowed to give them. Plus the cashier was obnoxious. Not to me, just in general. Not someone that should be dealing with customers, she was very loud and obnoxious towards her coworkers.

This is the worst Caseys I have ever been to. The people in the back making sandwiches were very rude and had no PERSONALITYordered a meatball sub they had no meatballs then ordered a tuna sub and no tuna at that point I just gave up because they were so rude. JUST AWFUL!!!

Been calling to place a pizza order for over an hour calling at five min intervals I read the reviews ive never been there but after an hour of calling just to get the line is busy tone made me question what could be so important to hold up the store phone like if its business would it make sense to have two call lines like land line phones are dirt cheap and this is 2020 I think I made my point

Second time in a row they told us 45 minutes we waited the 45 minutes showed up to the store, and they hadn t started it yet. NEVER coming here again.

Terrible was ignored by girl with phone in her ear for so long had to wait until another person came to wait on me. ...got waited onAnd when I left the young girl was still on her phone
