Called to get towed out of snow drift in the Menards DC in Shelby. Another driver had called first and told me about them. It was a Saturday. My charges included mileage of 60 miles @ $3.50 a mile and 2 hours min at $500 an hour, which ended up only being like a half hour at most. The total was over $1300. That was really crazy. I don't know what the other driver was charged. I tried to ask what charges would be when i called but was told they can't estimate it. That seems like highway robbery! I'll try very hard never to make that mistake again. Tow truck driver was very nice and helpful, though.

Nice people, but wanted $265 to pull me out of my friend's driveway. I had a stranger do it for me. Not recommended unless you're rich

Rescued this RV from the ditch. Friendly and fast service. Owner was amazing and took good care of his customers fair price. I'd use them for sure.

Did a great job of helping me prevent my trailers from rolling. However, I called them 2 times to get a receipt, because I didn t recall getting one, and they still haven t sent the receipt.Update: Never received the receipt!

When I was recently passing through the area and slid into a ditch during a tow-ban, they were responsive, fast, accommodating, and EXTREMELY friendly. They gave me a ride into town, secured me a hotel room, and got me back on the road in time to make it to my destination for Christmas. I found their prices incredibly reasonable and deeply appreciate all of their help! I was lucky to have been recommended to their services!Service: Car towing

The guys that work here are a miracle send if we are being honest, they came out after I had a fire catch on my trailer managed to get me off the side if the road, gave me an escort to their shop and got me in almost immediately. The wait time for repair was a little long but to be completely fair that isnt their fault it was because of the incident that out me in the shop to begin with, that being said they got on it and stayed on it till it was 100% complete. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent service!! Our family car broke down and had to be towed to a shop. The shop we had originally planned to take it to did not provide the service to fix our car. When we explained our situation they offered to hold on to our car until a shop that specialized in what we needed could take the car. The service and customer care we received was amazing. After being told we needed to wait 2+hours for another company by roadside assistance we called Richter and Sons. They came to our rescue in less than 30 minutes as promised! Sally and the staff were friendly and caring! Highly recommend!
