Second time coming here and both times have had to return parts. When we returned the item we purchased for the second time, we witnessed a customer walking out saying he won t be coming back, while the worker said You ll be back. I can understand why he won t be coming back. Completely rude and ignorant employees.

They are professional. Very helpful. Nice clean and organized place. Lots of cool stuff their. Great employees. O'Reillys is great about having the part you need in stock, or getting It ordered fast if they dont. I shop there all the time

I purchased some items last wk turned out to b the wrong ones went back today to exchange for the right ones, while the young lady tried her best with what she knew the guy on the otherhand standing by the counter came up with all kinds of excuses he didn't have the decency to compare since I had a sample of the original part I'll go to any auto parts store But Not the one in Onawa

These guys went above and beyond to help identify and locate a wheel bearing set to match an almost unrecognizable set from a trailer broken on the highway, and not belonging to any of us. So a big THANK YOU for helping get this trip back on the road. Outstanding.

Great store! Friendly manager and employees. Highly recommend going here. I love the free check engine light check. I've taken great advantage of that.

If I could rate this store less than 1 Star, I would...I needed to replace the driver side rear caliper. This part would need ordering, and I would need to leave my core. They ordered the wrong part twice (front caliper the first time and passenger side rear the second). Frustrated and wanting to take my business elsewhere, I asked for my money and core back, at which point I was told the core was no longer at the store. Some money was provided for the core, but not a sufficient amount to cover the cost of another one. They lost my business because of the way they handle to whole situation!!!

best prices around for auto parts. employees are better now than before. still could use computer training. does it really matter if my truck is 4wd for a oil filter?! lol

I live closer to a NAPA but end up going here more because there hours work better in real life. They also tend to help the people at the counter instead of grabbing the phone.
