I sent my wife to get an oil change with a coupon for $39.99. She was charged $54.99 plus taxes, etc because her vehicle was not a Nissan. I've taken our vehicles to other dealership brands without issue and they honored their coupon. The only time a dealership doesn't honor a coupon if the coupon clearly states Brand name vehicles only. The coupon only has general restrictions statement. The oil change coupon is a bait. Make it clear next time.Update: I spoke to my wife and she stated that the service rep wouldn't accept the discount because it was not printed. Well I just scheduled another appointment and it clearly states $39.99. So that means the printed coupon is not required. Another dealership that takes advantage of a woman with a child.Christopher Gib is the service advisor who told my wife that he didn't know what I was talking about in regards to the discount. I was work at the time so I couldn't prevent my wife from being deceived.Avoid this dealership.

Did a nice job servicing my car, in and out within an hour but WAY expensive. Didn't honor my coupons. Can save money staying in Ankeny rather than driving to Ames. Surprisingly the prices in Ankeny are lower. That rarely happens.

WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE!! Brought my car in for power steering issue which told me it would be done the same day. They did not finish, and left me without a car unexpectedly for 3 days! No loner options.

Drove an hour to look at "pristine" car. Got there to a rust bucket with water damage. Priced way over Kbb. Sales people not friendly. Won't ever be back. Do your research before you go.

Bought a used Ford Edge but the day after that the check engine light came on and the next day it wouldn't start. Then found out from my insurance company that it had been in a major accident. I live in Cedar Rapids so it's been hard to find time to return it. Have tried calling the sales person and the used car manager but they won't return my calls. This place is everything people despise about car dealers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SLEAZE BAGS!!!
