Great experience! Very professional as well as friendly. No pressure to buy. Really helped me understand everything about the process since it was my first time buying a car alone! I would give them a try! You won't be disappointed

Even if you own your purchase for a little over 2 hours and it develops issues, they will make sure you are aware of their buy here pay here policy. $6k later and all issues are fixed and working correctly.alone a hack patch job done on a break line to "bandaid" an issue.BUYER BEWARE for sure with this place. Especially traveling from out of town.In reply to your comment full of false information and twisted words..First off yes it was $6000 in total spent on repairs for the truck $3,800 of it was the engine issue in which your employees "expert advice" said was probably just a small deal like an o2 sensor and that you guys would take care of the bill. Those words came out of your mouth not mine. I know used car lots love and cling to the phrase "o2 sensor". Nice try on making me the bad guy but another huge swing and a miss buddy.

My wife and son got into an accident and that car ended up getting totaled. We needed a new car fairly quickly afterwards. Worked with Rocco and Rob and they were fantastic! They were willing to work within our budget and were able to seal a deal on our near new car we absolutely love! The overall experience was low stress and getting all the paperwork signed at the end was a breeze. They guided us right through the whole process.

Terrible experience. Bought a car for my 16 year old daughter, drove it 10 miles home and check engine light came on. Drove back to dealership and mechanic ran the code. Went inside talked to owner then told me, it could be the catalytic converter but it's fine now and good to go, he "cleared the code". I promptly said then I don't want car, if all you do is clear the code without investigating. Owner then came out of his office and said if light came back on he'd replace the catalytic converter. I reluctantly agreed. Left and 2 days later, light came back on and car began to act sluggish, and not accelerate normally. I called and was told to bring car back in. 2 days later I messaged Ryan, the original salesman, for an update, I was told catalytic converter was fine and it was probably the PCM. In the meantime I had called and was told they were waiting on a part. I also asked if the check engine light being on would make the air not work. I was told, "your air won't work when it's cold outside". Interesting ok. Got car back was told it was rear catalytic converter. Couple days later car is again not running correctly, doesn't appear to shift right at times and engine appears sluggish. On top of that after stopping at gas station, car would not start. On 2nd try after some effort it did eventually start. I again messaged Ryan that I was concerned about this cars performance and did not feel it was in the mechanical shape I was told that it was. He asked me to bring it in, when I pulled in he was in parking lot and wanted to drive it with me. Immediately upon leaving the dealership with Ryan he began yelling at me that nothing was wrong with this car, I was just being difficult, cause I had 1 bad experience with the engine light. He had an excuse for everything i said, if I was even allowed to speak. He told me it's completely normal for cars not to start sometimes. I have never been treated so unprofessional & disrespectful by a salesman before. He was literally screaming at me in the parking lot, even taking a step towards me in rage. It was an extremely disturbing situation. He had already decided before I showed up that the car was fine and nothing I said would change that. Worst car buying experience I have ever had.

My husband and I went looking for a new vehicle. The overall experience was good until we sat down to discuss details in the owners office. I was sitting next to the door and out of nowhere when the owner got up to get something from the printer he put his hand on my shoulder and tried to act as if he was being friendly. He made no physical contact with my husband, not even a handshake and had no reason to speak with me let alone physically touch me so I was obviously uncomfortable. To this point I had also decided that I wanted to see options for myself after seeing vehicles on the lot I was interested in, we were just waiting for my husband to get squared away first. While waiting to hear back from banks the owner went home to feed his dogs (this stood out to me as well because he claimed he usually went home at this time for the day but he chose to go home and come back-there were also no other customers present.) The other salesman overheard me speaking to my husband about being touched and that I wanted to leave (the other salesman was handling the other details.) Once the owner came back he continued to push physical boundaries even when I moved away from him and my husband continued to stand in between us. The banks responded, we wrapped up our visit and left choosing to search for new vehicles elsewhere. Had the owner not of assumed that he could touch whoever he wanted whenever he wanted, I would recommend this dealership (with warning that not all vehicles in their lot are up to date on repairs.) But sadly that is it the reality. Once photos have been added to the directory, I will be more than happy to specify who was responsible for violating physical boundaries.

Evan and Owner Rob are AWESOME!I was dreaming going out to buy a new vehicle because in years past, it's so grueling and time-consuming. The sales men (past) make u feel like you're being stalked and pushy. At Martinsons they are friendly and listen, even will joke with you, give you space, and the whole process was unbelievably the most non stressful auto purchase ever!!! Go see Evan, you won't be disappointed

I bought a new to me Jeep Wrangler from Ryan and financed through Rocco. Had a problem and took back to get fixed. Dealt with Rob and he got everything fixed since it was still soon enough to be covered under dealership warranty. Also dealt with Kevin the mechanic. All staff was pleasant and great to deal with. I would buy another vehicle from them.

Run is all I can say is run. Traded a Hummer H2 in for a Lincoln MKX on 12/12/23. They have yet to pay off the Hummer to my bank, Still don't have tags for the Lincoln nor has the bank received the title for it and the hummer is still in my name with the second payment due on it since I trade it. It is now 01/31/24, some 50 something days since deal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS...........UPDATE. they sent in money to have the Lincoln registered to me but it has been sent back to them cause they didn't send enough money to cover the tax and tags that I paid to them. Update, After 51 days Hummer is finally paid off, Tags on the other hand are waiting on another check to finish issuing Reg and tags but they are at DMV.

We had a great buying experience with them! Shortly after we purchased our vehicle we ran into a problem that needed fixed. Rocco and the team were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the problem was taken care of! Would highly recommend!

2017 Buick Ragal Touring Turbo with 90k miles. Two previous owners. Had two things I asked for further inspection to be done and they did it within 24hrs. There's a couple minor things I will address that I saw on day 2 but nothing major. An FYI to those buying used vehicles, nothing is going to be perfect like, well, even buying a new car off lot isn't going to be perfect.... I am beyond happy with my purchase and will continue future business with them.

*LEMON ALERT* Rocco was NOT helpful. I DO NOT recommend him or this place to buy anything other than fresh fruit. They lie about giving 100 dollars for referrals.

Fantastic buying experience. Rocco, Rob and their mechanic are helpful. Rob genuinely stressed if anything at all needed addressed with the vehicle to let him know and that stood to be true. I'm driving the used version of my dream car and super happy!

I had a good experience here. I love my car and it was an easy low pressure process. The first time I took it in for an oil change the mechanic even commented on how clean the vehicle was. Rob and team did not disappoint and provided excellent service before during and after the sale.

Martinsons has been wonderful for our family. We are still driving a Ford Ranger we purchased for our son during his high school years in 2011.. ( 11 years ago). Quality vehicles and great service! Rob s mechanic has worked on our Jeep with great outcomes also! Rob is always willing to help with any questions we have for him. Honest and friendly business in Altoona!

Martinson s sold us a truck for our teenager s first vehicle. He found what we were looking for, gave us a great price, made sure it was in sparkling condition inside and out such a good experience! Martinson s is the only place we will go or recommend for a used car or truck.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLEBought a car here, saw the inspection sheet the mechanic provided, but none of the issues my mechanic found were listed in his inspection. $3500+ dollars in repairs for a car that was priced to be in good condition by KBB, and when I called to question the business they threatened me with a law suit.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLEI m not sure what you re going on about, I bought a 2007 Lincoln MKZ from you. But I m not surprised if your record keeping is as bad as your customer service.

This dealership was very friendly at first but upon driving an hour and a half to test drive a car and buy on the same day which I had explained we were eager to buy this car, the vehicle wasn t ready and still needed service along with detailing which I understand other cars had to come first but after telling them we would be back after everything was fixed to test drive again to let us know I get a voicemail stating we lied and that the car would be put immediately online, I wish the dealership would have been forthcoming about the car actually being ready and not pressuring us to buy a vehicle that wasn t even inspected yet and leaving a rude voicemail because we decided to think about finances for a day, once again the car was not even ready. We would have loved to buy the vehicle once the vehicle was repaired but after that voicemail we will not be going back.

Rob worked with me as I was helping a young couple get on their feet with their first financed car. He was honest, helpful and forthcoming with us about the whole process. I would certainly recommend.

We weren t able to meet on a final price for purchase but I can definitely say this was a wonderful establishment with very clean autos. The salesman obviously had many years of knowledge about selling cars and he and the owner were very forthcoming with any issues they had encountered or fixed with the vehicles. I would definitely recommend them and appreciated their time.

Dealer refuses to honor maintenance warranty. They also clear engine codes and falsify maintenance checks to get you to buy. Then they have the audacity to threaten legal action if you question them. And to prove I was ripped off by this place...they had me sign the flag painted on the wall inside.

Such a great, friendly group of people working here who are so fun to work with. They saw me as soon as possible whenever I needed to come in, and were so easy to get a hold of; I could call or even text them if I needed anything or had questions.Competitive and honest pricing. They didn't have a car on the lot that I wanted, so they went above and beyond to find and bring in the perfect car for me and I could not be happier. When I got my Chevy Volt the charger wasn't working properly so I called on a weekend to leave a message for Monday, but they answered and even helped me that very same day (a Sunday) in less than an hour!Highly recommend these guys!

I bought my avalanche through this dealer. They were very friendly and kept to there word on the warranty. When I drove 300 miles to see the truck I wanted to buy I was met by one of these salesmen that I was talking to through out the week. I asked a few questions about the truck. One question stood out more than other because I was confused. I tested out the heat and AC in the truck to make sure it works. Well I finally got the AC to work on my drive back home after I bought the truck. The salesmen told me that the climate control system would not turn the AC on if it was to cold out so when I pushed the button it just flashed. I took his word for it still a little not sure on his answer. I still experience this issue even with it being 60 degrees now, but it does work if I play with it a little. The reason I'm not giving this dealership 5 stars is because of when the told me they put the truck in there shop to go through it and make sure everything is working properly, and this is partly my fault I did not check this on the test drive, but when I got back home my check engine light came on from a misfire which I knew it had one before and we thought when they detailed the engine bay it caused it to misfire so they put new plug in wires in it. The truck had to be towed. They tow truck driver pulled the truck on to the bed and went the set the emergency brake and it went straight to the floor with no resistance. That is not very safe especially to sell a car or a truck with that not working. I called and let them know that and I didn't really get a response in them wanting to fix it since they already had a couple things need to fix from the misfire. Other than this they were very professional and gave me a good deal on the truck and stuck to there word on the warranty. I would buy from them again but I would call a mechanic that's reputable near by and have them check the car or truck for me as well so I don't repeat this mistake.

Bought an SUV from them, pointed out that the speedometer was off, when I went to pick up the car after that, I was lectured about the difference between km and miles. Which I know about, I'm not stupid. At least whoever was the mechanic for the car fixed it. But there were a ton more issues with the vehicle that they never mentioned in the paperwork or to myself and now it's undriveable while it's been less than 2 years since I've had the vehicle. I would not recommend using this place and I will not go there ever again.

DO NOT COME HERE TO BUY A CAR! I wish negative stars were a thing..These people will lie and purposely screw you over! They hide codes, do bs repairs that end up not working, they re mechanics are subpar and lack the automotive knowledge to fix your car appropriately. I tell ya. STAY AWAY!
