Kevin and his family are fantastic and so friendly. While the name says Frame and Alignment , they do many other things including generally servicing. Our SUV is currently there having some work done. Highly recommended!

This company is amazing! As I understand it, the two main guys are brothers, and both of them are incredibly knowledgeable about anything suspension. They also have incredible voices - I could listen to them talk for ages. If they created a podcast on anything automotive, I would definitely listen to it! When I drove in, my car felt like I was dragging a hundred pound weight behind it everywhere. My husband and I had installed coilovers and added camber adjust (specialty upper control arms in the front and stabilizer arms in the rear), so it desperately needed the alignment. I watched Aaron work, and it was like I was watching a work of art. The way he held and moved his tools, the way he did the various tasks - you could tell he REALLY knew what he was doing. And when I drove away, it was like driving on silk. The car handles so beautifully now! Very pleased with this service, and very reasonable prices!Service: Wheel alignment

Lowered car? Aftermarket parts? Need an alignment that Belle tire, Big-O, Mineke, etc. won't give you because it will "take you out of the green"?These things are no problem for Aaron at Northwest Frame and Alignment. He did a great job accommodating all of these and gave me the best alignment my car has ever had. Also he likely has more knowledge of automotive suspensions and alignments then every commercial shop in the greater Indy area put together.Seriously Aaron knows his stuff, got me in quick, and the price was reasonable to boot. What more can you ask for?

I had a truly wonderful experience with Northwest Frame and Alignment. I bought a set of tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to Northwest Frame and Alignment for installation. Aaron called the day the tires arrived to schedule an installation appointment (got me in the next day!). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. My car drives better than ever. Less than one star--First greeting was not professional, sat in driveway thinking the guy would open shop door--never attempted to say drive around to the gate. That should have been my 1st clue that I should have driven off. Charged upwards of $275 to top off freon in vehicle, the task was to check A/C unit to see if there was a leak, clearly did not check--he just made a quick buck. In addition to no pickup/drop off for service. Not enough service attendants to address needs of the customer- 2 guys each with different tasks, not certified specialists at all.Called a day later and informed A/C still warm during day/cool in morning--he was not available and his brother does not work on that type of repair. Called later was told repair guy on vacation to come back in a week. Waste of time and a few bucks--no way you could be satisfied with that type of demeanor and unprofessionalism.It's really always worth the $ to go to a certified technician for your vehicle type--at least you know the work will be done well and completed even if a few extra dollars.

Fantastic shop. Guys are ALWAYS pleasant, happy, knowledgeable, willing to explain, looking for ways to be cost-effective and save money where it makes sense. First-class workmanship and diagnostics. We stumbled upon Northwest Frame and Alignment a few years back. Finding a good and honest mechanic is hard but this shop has both. We go to them with all of our cars, from my Audi to our teens hard worked vehicles. We also order our tires online and have them delivered there for installation. They are a small family owned shop that shows it s hard work and have always done a great job for a very fair price. As long as they are in business, we will take our cars to them. Good job guys!

I had hit pot hole pretty bad on my corvette. Took it to dealership who said rim was bent which couldn t be straightened and had to be replaced. Worse, they said all 4 wheels had similar issue though driver side was pretty bad. Replacement meant $$$ and wait if more than 3-4 weeks. Took it to these guys and the car was fixed in just couple of days. Aaron was great, gave me all information, answered all my questions and was very fair with his pricing. I saved both time and money by taking my business here. Hard to find such honest place anymore. Recommend them highly.

Aaron and his entire family are always a pleasure to work with. From BMW's to trucks I have been going to them for over 20 years and when I take a car home I always remember why. The work is done correctly, the prices are more than fair, and the diagnosis is communicated in a way that allows you understand what they will be doing and why.

Very professional, very friendly.Aaron is amazing, he explained to me everything during the repair of my car. Took my car after crash repair to a shop for alignment, they said " we can't do it, it has bent subframe and need bodyshop", Aaron fixed it without changing any parts, the cost was very reasonable and I am so satisfied with the repair.From now on all my alignment work will be done there.It's a family business so they are really taking care of their business and they know what they are doing.This is not a place where they will try to sell you unnecessary work.

Highly recommended. We've taken our daily drivers, sports cars and antique cars to them for almost 15 years. They are the absolute best especially when it comes to wheel, tire, suspension and alignment issues. This is the place I go to when or if I have questions about my alignment or if Ive got bigger issues. Knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. Aaron was helpful in explaining what he saw when he took a look at my car and helped me to find a way forward. I've had them work on three of my cars and I can't recommend them any higher.

I have known and used Ron, Kevin and Aaron over the past 20 years. I am very particular (a dentist) and they always impress me with their level of knowledge and the results that follow. They are great family folks as well. If you have a high-end vehicle or just a economy daily driver, they are the guys I would recommend. I drive from Avon and would never consider going anywhere else.

I was referred to this business from my father. I called them and they told me to bring in my car so they can look at it I did the next day and now I know why my father comes here a lot because these people are very rare in this industry most companies want to sell sell and sell you stuff even if your vehicle doesn't need it this place goes above and beyond if you just want your vehicle to run they will tell you the very minimum of what you need to do but if you're trying to have your vehicle Run for the next ten years they'll tell you what you should do to it to make it that long. If your money situation and you can spend thousands of dollars then they will tell you what all you can have done but if you only can afford the bare minimum then they're going to get that done for you so it can drive unless of course there's a safety issue. I will be using these people in the very near future I can assure you of that oh, and I don't even have my car back from them just by speaking to them at the shop I know my car is in good hands and they will get it taken care of without telling me that my car needs thousands of more dollars and work just for it to run! You guys will always have my father's and I business and will be referring anybody else who needs this type of work done! Thank you for going above and beyond

Aaron did an alignment check on my Corolla and he also troubleshot an issue I had with a pull. He is very methodical, super knowledgable, and very practical. Issue was diagnosed and resolved very quickly. Great service, very fair pricing, a pleasure to deal with the crew at NWFA. I highly recommend them for any frame, alignment, or wheel work. Simply the best!

NW Frame & Alignment has fully serviced my previous Porsche and current BMW (when they were out of warranty) and I have also used them for tire mounting and balancing on our other vehicle. Its truly a family business - Mom in the front office and Dad and the two sons in the shop. More importantly, they are extremely thorough, responsive and honest. Unlike most auto shops (and certainly all dealership service departments), its such a pleasant and helpful experience at NW Frame to deal directly with the mechanic who actually performs the work.They are simply the best !

This is a service provider that car dealers use for complicated mechanical issues they can't handle. I've been having my cars serviced here for over 20 years, the reason being they do excellent work. They are honest and will take the time to explain what they can do to help you, what needs to be done to fix your car and why. They will also provide you with options, should the work be more than what you want to do at that point. Options that are legal, safe and allow you time to do the rest of the work later.

I needed some frame work done on my old Jeep Wrangler TJ. I was cautious on who I chose to perform said work because of the importance of it. I finally decided upon Northwest Frame & Alignment. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to for this place. Ron(the technician I worked with) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did an OUTSTANDING job. The price was very reasonable, and the work was done promptly. A+, would recommend to ANYONE looking for work done on their vehicles to at least stop by here first.

Great people and great mechanics!!!! I've used them for years and I couldn't ask for more. Trust and knowledge are extremely important to me and they fulfill these requirements to a "T". Can't go wrong here and they do everything. My two vehicles are 13 years old and they keep both running in tip top shape!

Great service. Got me right in and did a 4 wheel alignment on my bmw in less than an hour. Very reasonable and much less than dealership. Would recommend to anyone. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Good people. They are honest and fair about what NEEDS to be done and what doesn't but you might want to keep an eye on. They also do solid work. Not often do you have a mechanic who is both competent and honest. Highly recommend them.

Aaron and Kevin are more knowledge about a wider range of high end cars because of their 20 years of work. Dealers farm out some work to them. While high end car work is always going to cost more you aren't going to be gouged here.
