Joe in the service department is hands-down my favorite reason to walk in the store, he is joy to work with he knows the products extremely well, he is fast to teach and quick to listen to your needs. I can't say enough good things. I've been there many times since they opened. I was recently there to ask about a chain saw. They patiently took me through all the steps to use it and use it safely. They also took care of some minor repairs right on the spot. They are dedicated to working with customers in the opposite way of what you get in the big box stores and all the other places. I have no reservations in recommending you buy from Weaver Ag. There products and services are second to none. Well worth every penny you spend there.

I called for a part and the person told me i could picknit up monday morning....they were closed that day to move all of their inventory to a building next door and fire up a sales and inventory system.As i was walking backnto my truck the owner came out of a another building...asked me what i needed....took me in the store and gave me the part i needed...making a paper invoice to charge our account becausebthey didnt have the system up and running on the stores computers. He was really pleasant and thanked me. Weaver always comes through for me. Thanks

EXCELLENT customer service!! I went in and purchased a previously owned lawn tractor under consignment, and even though they made zero money off of the deal ( actually had me make the check out to the previous owners) they delivered it free of charge to my front door 5 hours later!! I am so impressed!! I know where I will refer anyone in need of lawn equipment and maintenance! Thank you!!!!

Purchased a new Toro Timecutter from Weaver 31 N. in June . Whether it was weak or operator error, the belt broke. We to the store with the belt and they were at my house a half hour later. Belt replaced, under warranty. Excellent service, that's why I will keep coming back to Weaver. Thanks again.

Can't say enough about the helpful courteous staff at the plow building. Made sure I didn't buy what I didn't need, and gave me quick tour. I will make the 40 min drive from s.w. Michigan whenever I need something.

There are a few local mower dealers and service centers in my area, but Weaver Ag and Lawn have been the best to work with. All three dealerships hold the same level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset at the top of their priority list. With their caliber of work and sales, it is understandable how service-times can be a little longer than most, but when my equipment is ready to be picked up, I can guarantee it was looked-at and serviced to the best of their ability. Big thanks to Joe, Brett, Chris and the Weavers (Adam and Ken) for taking care of me and my equipment!

These people are great! Did a great job of fixing my Toro mower and delivered it when complete.They cleaned it up like new.Everyone should take their equipment there sor service and purchases. Buy Local !!

Brett had the "can do" mentality and wanted my business more than my local dealer in Kazoo. I enjoyed my hour and 15 minute ride to the dealership and was treated most graciously by the staff upon arriving and departing. The product was ready and waiting and the hole process was under a half hour. I might be back for a snow blower....thanks guys!

Was really excited to come in and talk to someone about buying some new equipment but I never got the chance.. No one greeted me as I walked in, no one came to see if I had any questions about what I was looking at either. While I was looking at some equipment I over heard some employees behind the counter choosing some less than professional language when referring to a customer that was giving us problems . Overall the trip was a waste of time and I was very unimpressed, So I went elsewhere and bought everything I was looking for at Riggs. If you are looking for a buying experience where your literally on your own till you swipe your card or write a check this is your place!

Nice place. I was greeted as I walked in. Bought a chain saw. They made sure I knew how to get it started and run it correctly. Felt very comfortable with the knowledge of the sales people there.

Broke a turbine on the track vac they picked it up the next day. It took 4 days to get the part and it was repaired by the next day. That's really good service for equipment during the season of use. They have my business. Oh and Stihl really are the best products.

Bought a Stihl 362CM saw. The saw is great! It cuts through black locust like it's butter. I have two tanks of fuel through it and it just keeps getting stronger as it breaks in. It's light and powerful. The sales staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a beautiful and well stocked display of Stihl equipment. If you need any Stihl products, Weaver has you covered.

Awesome exmark service provider. If you are a commercial mowing company this is where you should buy your exmarks and get them serviced. They have awesome service and support for you. Expert, quick, professional and they understand getting you back out mowing as quick as possible. They just got us back on the road this morning with a quick fix and diagnosis. Just purchased a Toro Titan ZX4800 Zero turn from Brett and his team at Weaver Ag and Lawn. Had a great experience. Requested the mower on Friday at 3 pm and it was ready for delivery Saturday by noon, as promised. Tony from the Service Department did a thorough job orienting me to the new mower at the South Bend store. Brett delivered it personally. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Don't go to Lowes, Walmart or Rural king for your outdoor power equipment. You will find the best stuff in the market here.

I've been here several time for service on my Arien's riding mower. The turnaround time is incredibly slow. Currently, my mower has been there 9 days & it hasn't even been looked at yet. Not acceptable.

Very knowledgeable and we will be coming back here for more business and if things go be buying quite a bit of equipment overtime since my business is slowly growing they are doing a lot better job than tractor supply since tractor supply need to learn on how to treat your customers they need to be more like these guys who knows they'll equipment so keep up the good work

Wow these Snowex snowplow are so nice. I have to say this is the nicest snowplow I have ever owned. Great fetchers and easy on and easy off and much more. Thanks Chris and Adam great job.

I needed help with starting a Troy-Bilt power washer. I didn't know what could possibly be wrong with it and as a 60 year old woman I thought maybe I didn't have enough strength. Well I found out that was the case but still believe that there might be something else that can be done to make starting easier. Even though they don't work on Troy-Bilt products, they were nice enough to take a look at it and offer suggestions.

Service department is horrible. Had our zero turn toro for 3 months with excuse after excuse y they could not fix the wire harness ( the originally it was brought there.. but rite on time with the sales department trying to push us into a sale of a new mower.. we just want our mower fixed

Quality equipment at great prices. General manager, managers and all employees very knowledgeable about all equipment for your needs. All personel are very friendly and accomodating. If you need any outdoor equipment, small or large this is the place to go.
