Told me my mother in laws car had water & engine damage, said the vehicle needed a new engine because the rods were bent from trying to start after water damage......The car only needed a new battery cable when a different shop looked at it. The car now runs with no issues. Jeremy is a crook & anyone breathing should run the opposite direction of this God awful heap of a repair shop. Melanie is super nice, but Jeremy & his mechanics shouldn't even be putting oil on bicycle chains!! They're awful.

I bought my 2011 Nissan versa Hatchback there, when it was Froggy's, they quoted me $1200 for parts and labor, which was the best price, in all of South Bend, I left car, with $500 down, before work was even started, I had it towed there, I came back a couple days later, with the remaining $700, they had told me, they would get to it, asap, Wednesday afternoon I received call, they told me, my vehicle was ready, to come pick it up, the people there are awesome, I remember when they were, on lincolnway, under a different name, wiring to my lights on my Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer, causing lights not to function properly, taillights, guy laid on the ground, replaced some wires, bingo lights worked, he said only owed him $10 I gave him $25, my buddy had said Jeremy was 1:of their best nechanics, worked on my buddy's Patrot Jeep, these mechanics, have been talked about a lot, word of mouth, so therefore, I'll be taking all future business to JT Auto, I'll see you guys very soon. Keep up the good work.

I stand by what I said.Run far away.There's better places to go to.No communication, bi polar, & Unprofessional.This "business" is an absolute waste of time.And of course they didn't charge mefirst I have a warrantysecond because my car only sat there 8 hours doing nothing in the parking lot. What are you gonna charge for?Holding my keys?I understand when your busy but When I call to check and they decided to have an attitude & act like I put them out?Like I did something. I was polite and noone can say otherwise.You have my car, yes if I haven't heard anything in 8 hours imma check. I have work to go to just like anyone else. I was not made aware that there was so many ahead nor given an option to take it in a different day where I would be handled sooner.Then right after the call all of a sudden it was done and they couldn't help less than 20 minutes later. Come on.And of course they couldn't get a code when I said several times no light is onComplete joke.It ain't about I don't understand automotive industry it's that your "company" lacks communication.I said what I said.UpdateYes I deleted previous review so I could directly respond to your comment.I said everything I said In my previous review. Nothing is hidden.As stated clearly above your business was a disappointment and tired or hot idc you don't cut people off when talking and act like they did something to offend you by checking in on their car.I should have been given a warning that you may have it almost until closing and still not even touched. Ok fine you don't know how long a car will be but I wasn't given an option for a different day to be first or asked hey can we keep it all day. Like my mechanic asks me because I have a life just like you have a business.I have work. It's not easy rearranging everything last moment on my end either because you want it right this second.You said you looked 20 minutes now it's 40. You drove it around the block nothing came up you scanned it and said I'm done here.I had the car two days and it started acting up so yes I'm within warranty.And I stated it only happened onceWhat should have happened is tell me that's not enough information or you don't have time to fully inspect it. Or you want to wait for the light to come on.Like my mechanic did, he asked more questions and looked, found the issue and done.Now no issues.Your previous response of acting like I'm just this confrontational ungrateful customer is ridiculous.My character isn't the problem here.I treat people with respect.Prove otherwise. You can't.Just because someone says have a nice day doesn't mean they were polite.If that's the case then I can say anything or talk anyway and end it with have a nice day and noone should be upset.I never had an issue with this establishment until my time got wasted and treated like I did something.Communication is my issue with your company.

This is my new mechanic. I was referred to them an I can say they are some of the most welcoming people I have met. They get you right and are extremely reasonable From the lady at the front desk to the mechanics that fix the vehicles.. I'm so happy I found them for all my car needs

I'm so thankful for their help. They let me know what was wrong in just a few hours compared to all the times I took it to two other shops and they told me different things and I just knew they were wrong. JT Auto told me the problem right away and I knew I could trust them because that's what I felt was wrong anyway. It had to do with my brakes and I can't thank them enough and they didn't charge me anything. Because it was a break inspection.I most definitely will be using them again.

This guy is nothing short of one of the best mechanics in the business. I can't say enough good things about this place. Prices are reasonable and very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. If I could give 10 stars I would. Jeremy thank you for your service. This guy has worked on my vehicles a few times and doesn't take long to figure out what is wrong and fixed in no time.

I have been coming to DC Tire, now Foggy for over 25yrs and have never had a problem with the mechanic or shop personnel. Jeremy has always been upfront and forthcoming will all information. They treat me with respect and are very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work!!!

Froggy's provides great service. I needed a new cable to open the hood of my car, and Froggys ordered the part and installed it the very next day for a great price. I highly recommend this place for all auto service needs. I know I will be a returning customer.

Went in for an alignment, they told me that they could but it wouldn't be right unless a whole lot more things were fixed. They were were very honest with me about what needed to be done.Very professional, a lot of people would just have done the alignment and taken my money and say nothing else about what might else needed fixed.

This place is the best shop around for me! I had a problem with my Caddilac that my mechanic friends couldn't figure out how to fix and they were fast with the diagnosis of my car and gave me a great deal when they were finished! The owners are great people and the people in the shop always treat me and my vehicles very well! I highly recommend them!

New owners are the bees knees! They get you in and out fast. Needed a tire changed and an oil change and they had me in and out within 25 minutes. I ll definitely be bringing all my vehicles to them!

THEY STEAL CAR PARTS BEWARE! After a week of not hearing about my car I pop up to get my car and see what's going on they tell me it's my timing belt. The lady at the desk was giving me the run around saying they still wasn't sure what was wrong with it it could be more than the timing. I then have it taken to veldman's where they tell me my whole timing belt was missing and they don't know how it was even possible for my engine to not be messed up. VELDMAN'S did an amazing job. I will be getting a lawyer no telling how many other car parts they have stolen from others

I have moved to South Bend and had to find another place for my car. I had an emergency awhile ago & pulled into FROGGYS. They took care of me immediately and I was hooked! Being a single woman I'm always leary of OVER CHARGED. I am now waiting for tires put on my car! Friendly, funny & great services!

My first time at Froggy's, been with DC for years. Prompt and on point. Also familiar with some of the mechanics and they are already familiar with my vehicles. Thanks for serving me. I did have an issue with several employees, including Kyle at the front desk and a couple other employees that came in. I was already in the shop they came in I made Kyle speak. The other two lokked me in my face and didn't say a word. When they all got in the back and mouths were filthy.They could be a little more people friendly.

My wife took her car there to get a tire repaired which they repaired but they didn't lift the car correctly which resulted in damage to the door which had to be replaced. And Cody lied about handling it but kept giving us the run around but it's okay the company will answer in court and to our insurance. My advice is there are certified auto repair shops less than a mile away from them so please avoid them at any cost.

For floks that are on a budget this is the place...55 bucks for an alignment....come on u can't beat that. Most places charge between 70 to 90 dollars even more @ some places. Prices are worth the wait. Good jod people.

I am able to give any input on there work because I waited in the office for 20 minutes without a single person coming in and saying anyting. Plenty of people in the garage doing work but no receptionist or cashier. I eventually just left

Professional from the start, clutch replacement is a very hard job, especially Nissan Versa Hatchback, up to 10hrs labor, Froggy's did a professional job, beat out 4 other shops price, thanks Kyle, for getting me informed, Jeremy , I've heard about your work, word of mouth, I'm riding smoothly now, my Nissan is work, in progress, you guys have all my future work. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! MELANIE WAS GREAT, LISTENED, GOT ME IN QUICK, DIAGNOSED QUICK, CALLED ME AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING IN DETAIL, I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO A TIRE PLACE FOR A BALANCE, THANK GOODNESS WASN'T A MORE SERIOUS ISSUE AND THE BEST THING IS THAT SHE DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR LOOKING AT MY CAR! This is my personal experience on 11/20/17 around 4pm... A real trustworthy company would own up to their mistakes instead of hiding them .. BETTER BUSINESS GETS YOU BETTER REVIEWS... Where are the HONEST mechanics located because it's definitely not at Froggy's Automotive care... what ever Froggy's Automotive Care tell you please make sure you get it in writing because JEREMY (so called mechanic) is a BOLD-FACED LIAR to cover his own butt... God will handle him way better than I can...Y'all just lost a VERY LOYAL customer because of him not owning up to what he said... Although the owner reduced my unexpected bill, the BBB will also be contacted.
