They were extremely helpful, checked my car for like 5 things, just bought a vehicle and it shut down on the 1st day, 10 hour road trip! They found a shop for me to get everything done and really saved the day!My husband and I were very stressed out and these guys were incredible! Helped us turn a stressful situation into something we could easily overcome and have fun in the meantime running around town.

My wife needed a new car battery due to recent cold spell and was told that the corporate office had halted all outdoor operations because of the cold temperatures. Which would be understandable accept I was outside working all day (why I couldn't change battery myself) but fortunately a friendly woman at O'Reilly's Auto parts next-door had no problem replacing my wife's car battery and getting her back on the road.

The guy was 11 years off the vehicle i told him. Gave me the wrong parts twice and then he yelled and was rude to the lady that tried to help me when i came back. I will never go back this one again. The lady was very nice and trying to be helpful but the guy was nothing but rude. I would use stronger language but not here.

Went to get break pads and rotor.The lady name Andrea helped and explained all different products, prices and warranty.She is very knowledgeable and friendly.Best service ever got there.

I was just here. I was searching through some cleaning materials I wanted and heard the word Fu&$ more than 6 times within the 5 minutes I was there. Was rung up and had to ask about my client loyalty program because the kid behind the counter just stared at me. What happened? I used to love autozone.

The best customer service experience I have ever had. Nik and the store manager were both so kind and helped me. If you don't know much about cars, this is the auto parts store for you! Will never shop anywhere else in the South Bend area.

I needed a new battery today and the guys at this auto zone were so helpful in getting me in and out! I want to give a huge shout out to Chase for installing it for me! It was 13 degrees out and he got it done so quickly and got me back on the road!! Great job guys! Very thankful for your hard work!

I honestly couldn t recommend this store more. Came in with my truck barely running and it actually died while testing the batteries. I was 3 hours from home and Phillip the store manager helped me for 2 hours to change the alternator, charged the batteries, and had sent someone to the closest store who had my alternator in stock. 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone. Absolutely outstanding customer service and made a lifetime customer of this store

Very friendly staff, had never changed my back wiper before and they showed me how to get it off and put it on.Update: Went in for a part and wasn't sure which one I needed and the staff helped me figure it out. Still friendly!

Liked the store staff was more than helpful and installed the wipers I bought only thing I didn't like was the price but sometimes you got to except quality products cost. I also like it that they offer a veterans discount of 10% daily.

After our car s battery light came on, we stopped by Auto Zone to have the battery tested, and not only did Phillip R. assist with this, but he identified a broken serpentine belt and was kind enough to actually replace it in the lot! We were so impressed by how helpful and efficient he was and how we went above and beyond to help.

Great service and super friendly!! Very knowledgeable on facts not what they think they know! If you don t know how to do something they will help you the best they can on fixing it but they have rules and boundaries they have to go by, but if they can t they will point you in the direction that you need!!!

All I can say is wow! Today was one of those days where nothing was going my way, one thing right after another! I walked into Autozone because I needed a new battery and my whole day was turned around immediately! Kayla and Phil were amazing! They were so nice and soo helpful...they even installed the battery for me, I also bought new wiper blades so while one was installing my battery the other was doing my wiper blades. You guys turned my whole day around! Thankyou!!

If you order online make sure you keep your records because the one on south bend Ave doesn't like to look up your order for core returns. The store on US933 has a much more helpful staff.

Really helpful and friendly staff here. I went in looking for something that I was unlikely to find (anywhere, honestly, not just here). They tried pretty hard to help me, even suggesting other places that might have something.

It all depends on what location and what time of the day it is as to whether you get somebody that knows what they're talking about. More than likely if you're going to the part store yourself then you have at least minimal knowledge of what you're after and what you're doing so you're about as well off with your own knowledge is what some of the employees there have they respectful they are very polite and courteous and as long as you know what you're after there's no reason not to go there

I have more of a point system with OREILLY. However, AoutZone had what I wanted. The ladies there were extra acknowledgable on what it was I was in search of. Definitely recommend.

Guy at the counter was nice but very professional. Did not give options on which rear wiper I wanted. Just went to the rack and picked it out and sold it to me. Good thing that is I wanted

Went in for oil change. Store Manager Phil helped me find the right oil, and filters for my car. Was very friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me.

if i could give this autozone a negative rating... i most definitely would. they used to be my favorite auto store until i spoke to a guy named Steven... was a waste of oxygen this guy is. i will most certainly let corporate office know what kind of people they have running their stores as i will never go back there again. after my initial call to order a muffler, that Steven told me he could get in, in 3 days, i called back to pay for the item and he then told me that he couldn't get it at all. wow, that's good for business. he then put me on hold 4 times and each time i got suspiciously disconnected. i had to call back everytime, and he wouldn't even pick up the phone. i called back 7 times in a row.. no answer. i can't believe that autozone's corporate office invites this kind of employee to trash their business. whether or not you care... you just lost a customer and i will tell everyone i know to shop at advanced auto......

They were great. The young man who waited on me not onlt got the right battery for me, he installed it in the middle of a snow storm with the temperature in the single digits.

SalesPerson gave me the wrong oil filter for an older vehicle. Their public catalog did not go back that far. Had to make a return trip. Part my fault part theirs. Now I am leary about the trans filter I have not installed yet.

Well it kind of depends on the workers sometimes it doesn't seem like they're very knowledgeable some actually try it's a roll of the dice anymore.
