Sales of the Pontoon wasn't to bad, but service before delivery notso good. Service was supposed to install a trim / tilt gage. Doing so they drilled a hole in the dash cutting thru an LED strip light, then said a complete outboard engine wire harness would have to be replaced to do the job. Then during a lake demo ride they took us out without life jackets. First time out on the water the Bimini top would not latch / lock in place. Replaced all latches myself.

After purchasing this camper the roof started leaking , I called and they gave me numbers to call to see if they do warranty work and not anybody would work on it. The warranty guy finally called but now won't respond to calls or emails. I asked to speak to the owners the lady said this I'd far as it goes . I caulked the place on the roof warranty guy said I could . I decided to take it camping last minute for July 4th after we already canceled our trip cause of the leak. The hot water heater quit , the air conditioner froze up went outside to check the hot water heater and the seal around 1 window is comeing out. The leveling jack is put on with cheap self tapping screws and 1 broke. So took it home googled and fuse in water heater was bad went got the fuse and decided to take a shower to see how water heater worked and the noticed the sink in bathroom split down the middle. Can't get it fixed cause nobody works on them. I give factory direct marine and rv a double minus 10 for their customer service and warranties. And I still have not received the title or tags it's been 3 months! Beware beware beware do not buy from these people!! They do not honor their product .

Writing the review of ONLY warranty work done on my trailer. I did NOT purchase my trailer from them. At first, I thought I was pleased with the warranty work completed. I will also say, I am surprised they got my trailer in because many dealerships were too busy; however once I started using my trailer I noticed the awful workmanship done. The main things that were fixed, included the seal on my fridge door (works great), the 2nd grey tank value (was stuck open and was "fixed"), and a small crack in wall of my shower. My main complaint is when I first got my trailer home, I went to plug in it and they kept my conversion cable. I did call, they did say they had it and it was mail back it to me, it never should have been taken out of my trailer. Secondly, I can no longer attach my dump hose to the 2nd grey tank because the end of the pipe is broken off and the cap is gone (see picture, cant attached the cap anyways because of the end being gone). When fixing the grey tank valve, they had to get into the underneath of the trailer and instead of unscrewing and dropping the underbody, they just cut right through it and duct taped it back together (see picture)! The underbelly will need to be replaced as the duct tape is not going to hold up. My shower floor was absolutely disgusting with dirt and debris. They "fixed" a piece of trim by my door and just threw tape over it. One other issue, my pillows from my bed were missing! No idea why someone would take pillows, but I have a set I leave in my trailer and it came back without them! I would be careful taking your unit to get fixed here. I will say everyone was nice and kept me up to date while my unit was there, but overall now that I have been using my unit, I feel it came back worse then before. I know partly I should have addressed these issues when I went to pick the unit up and have them change what I am not happy with, however it was winter and cold when I picked it up and as stated above, I did not notice the quality of the workmanship until I actually started camping.

Beware! I would find a different dealership to shop at if you are considering purchasing an RV. I could type a book of issues that I have had with this dealership since purchasing my RV over a year ago.What I would like to share in effort to keep others from getting robbed by these crooks is they charged me sales tax and NEVER paid it to the state of Illinois. I have contacted their corporate manager multiple times about it and there is still no resolution. I am turning it over to an attorney to attempt to obtain the money they stole from me by including it in agreement and not following through and paying it on my behalf.The absolute worst retail purchase experience of my life.

We just bought our first unit ever here!!! Shannon is incredible with walking us newbies through the whole process. The finance people are friendly and efficient. Everyone had great customer service and we are really excited about our new trailer! Highly recommend!

After you purchase everything that was promised as far as service to a new boat goes out the window, bought a new boat not to have any problems and had nothing but problems from day one. I do not recommend dealership or any Factory Direct boats. One star is too much!!!

After searching many dealerships, and dealing with multiple salesman at other dealerships we called factory direct Marine and RV, and spoke with Morgen, and from the first phone call we realized that they were very different from other dealerships. The whole staff at the Russiaville location was outstanding! From start to finish they were honest, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy, and they had the most competitive pricing that we could find. We will definitely do business with them in the future, and highly recommend getting a hold of Morgen if you are looking for an RV or boat.

Factory Direct Marine & RV is awesome,I was looking for a pontoon latter and (Kim) was there to help me through this overwhelming process.She was very knowledgeable In asking me all the right questions & making sure I gave her all the right measurements to end up with this beautiful latter..But,best of all..I saved a (Boat) load of money. This company is excellent to work with. After a couple of weekends looking at different dealers, emailing and searching for a different RV and not getting a lot of responses back, this company went out of their way to contact us on a Sunday afternoon, asking us questions in hopes in making our new purchase a reality and by early the next week, we were blessed with our new RV! They went above and beyond to make this happen for us and can't thank them enough! Due to our schedule we had to have our run through & bring home on a Saturday, that required a staff member to come in on his day off, which was so very nice and appreciated! Everyone we talked to was very friendly and went above and beyond. We can't wait to get it out and start camping again! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new or old camper or to just simply upgrade :)

Made buying our first camper a happy and easy experience! Then we took it actually camping, and everything broke within the first 4 times we used it. All warranty work. Factory Direct had our camper from June 2022 to March 2023.... In between the staff was changed out, not a great experience. In the end, they fixed what they were supposed to.

I just bought my RV from this location. We had some concerns, because we live in northeast Illinois and if work needed to be done it would be an 8 hour drive. 4 hrs one way, 4 hrs back.When we got there, the service personnel was having trouble with our heater. It was not a good sign. I was not taking something that didn t work, 8 hour drive and all. I was getting nervous and what I was planning would be 1 hour Max turned into 3. My young kids were restless and we needed to be back up north for a scheduled engagement. So we ended up rushing through the look through.Later we discovered that the tub was improperly installed. So much so that the water shot out of the tub at high speed. Fun to discover while you re out camping and bathing your young child. Also the microwave looked like it was lit on fire, smoke damage and charring were clear. There are several other things also.So far the sales team and service team are working with us to get it all corrected. Things happen, but when a company communicates and is willing to go above and beyond, they will be picking up the trailer and bringing it back for us, well then they deserve a proper review.I hesitated, but they are getting the work done in a way that works with us, you can t ask for more from a company.I ll update you after all the work is done.But so far, if you re out of state and are weary of buying from them, I say service makes it worth while. So far.

We purchased a new Aspen Trail camper last spring. Shannon our sales rep was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We had some minor warranty work done and was very pleased with the service. We have had a lot of fun camping with our kids and grandkids this summer and would definitely buy another camper from Factory Direct.

They went above and beyond. We went there to look at a used camper the had. They even stayed after hours to makes sure that we got to look at it. They even went out of there way to help us cause we lived far away, so we didn't have to make multiple trips. All the staff were friendly and helped with anything we needed. If you need to buy a camper ask for Shannon.

When my husband and I decided we wanted to upgrade our camper we spent hours pouring over floor plans and thought we knew what we wanted. Morgan Wood, Sales Manager, was so patient with us. He showed us exactly what we asked for and when he realized we just weren't happy he stepped in and helped guide us to really think about what we wanted. We started looking a bit more outside the box and found the perfect camper for our family. It meets the needs of work space for my husband, space for friends to relax and somewhere our 9 year old can call his own. Factory Direct worked professionally with our lender of choice. The service department did an amazing job with the pick-up walk through. I highly recommend Morgen and his team at Factory Direct Marine and RV in Russiaville, IN.

We purchased our first ever travel trailer from Factory Direct RV in Russiaville, IN. We shopped several other places and we are very happy that we purchased from here. They gave us a relaxed atmosphere and they also were knowledgeable in their product selection. They didn t have the RV we wanted in stock here in Indiana, but was able to get us one from another location. We highly recommend purchasing from here and we will continue to do business with them in the future.

The entire staff was excellent. Management, sales, and service. The price was unbeatable. Issues with camper were fixed under warranty without question and repaired immediately. I m very impressed and I highly recommend this camper, RV, boat, and pontoon dealership. A big thank you to everyone at Factory Direct in Russiaville, IN!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased a brand new boat/trailer in July 2021 and spent $70k with this Company and they won t even return calls and help answer questions. We have had nothing but problems and it s been almost three months and we have yet to even get paperwork so I can register the boat/trailer at the DMV and get plates?? We found stuff on the boat poorly assembled and broken the same day we brought it home and it s been a nightmare working with the people in Russiaville, IN to get resolution. I highly recommend you find another dealer because once you sign the paperwork and take the Boat/RV/Trailer home, you are on your own and mean nothing to them. Btw- this is the first negative review that I have ever written for any Company in my life and I m 43 years old!!!

Worst buying experience ever along with attempting to get the camper serviced. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.Don t waste your time with these people. They have created more problems with our camper while fixing some of the issues we had from the start.

Very unprofessional. After putting down payment & 2hrs worth of paperwork they sold the camper out right then next week to someone else and didn t even notify until we had to go out of the the way to talk to a manager. Which one said didn t know anything about and would call back... which of course never did. Had to call them again and talked to another manger which said it s now sold to someone else. Then to get back the cash deposit had to wait for over a week for them to mail out a check. Super unprofessional and a waste of time.

I can describe the great team at Factory Direct. Shannon and Tyler both went above and behind for me during my sale and even after the sale. They truly look out for you which is rare. If you need a great sale person ask for Shannon and a great manger ask for Tyler

The dealership in Russiaville Indiana, is a great hard working staff. The company itself is very disorganized and lack communication between there dealership. Started the process to buy a trailer from them before Thanksgiving 2020, and just finished the paperwork at the end of February 2021.Every step of the way there was an issue and spoke with several people that all claimed to be corporate people. Gave standard line...if you have a problem contact me any time. Problem was these same people never return calls. Please double check everything if you buy from this company.

Bought a pontoon from them about 4 weeks ago. Financing was a nightmare - they were very unorganized and it was apparent they didn't know what they were doing, but we finally got it straightened out. Didn't know the bimini was missing until we had already signed the paperwork. They said it would be in the following week when we picked the boat up. My husband went to pick the boat up and still no bimini. 3 weeks later and still no bimini and no one will answer my questions on when we may expect to receive it. We have a handful of other minor issues with the boat that I will allow them time to address and fix before posting. A little communication goes a long way, I should not have to call in on a daily basis to check in to only get the run around and zero answers.

Never again bought a new camper last year and now they don't have time to fix anything on it. my daughter had to sleep on a wet bed cuz they don't have time i have called them 3 times once in March oncin April and again in June. And stuff just keeps breaking.

Bought a new RV and was treated very well. Service was above and beyond expectations. They found what we wanted in New York, transported it and had it ready very promptly. Installed a stereo and took care of a couple other items in impressive time.

Came in to look at as Aspen Trail and Shannon showed me a really nice camper. She was friendly and not pushy at all, right now might not be the time to buy for me but i will be back in the spring!! Customer service was great

This place is really a hidden gem. The people there are just lovely and work so hard to get you a good deal. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new or used rv or a pontoon boat. So glad I made the trip.
