They took my 2011 Ram 1509 in that other shops couldn t find any thing wrong with , but I knew it had steering and suspension issues.. Anyway they found several items wrong on repaired it at a very reasonable price! It drives amazingly well once again and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Had to have a messed up lugnut removed and tire replaced. They were quick and very courteous. They were also very well priced. Will definitely be using them again

Giving a shout out to the Tire store.. in Rochester Indiana...blew a tire between rochester and Argos ...headed north and they were about to close ...they were amazing especially the guy that did all the amazing work ...thank you Jordan

I like to give credit when credit is due. I went to The Tire Store in Rochester to get a tire that has been leaking fixed. This is what happened :They asked me when I filled it up the tire with air - if the light went off and I said yes, each time. He said the reason why I am asking is that the sensor is continuously reading zero even tho it is fixed. It could ve been something we did. If so that s on us. So they took it apart again and they said Yep, we did it. So an 80$ charge was averted and it only cost me 18$.That is HONESTY and INTEGRITY. I was both so proud of them and IMPRESSED. Unfortunately some places would have said yep you have a bad sensor, and just charged me.They were quick, efficient and even stayed after hours to get this fixed for me. Thank you all at The Tire Store in Rochester IN for helping this ole gal out! I will never forget it.

Love this place, this is the only spot I can think of off the top of my head that has yet to change those prices. They are fast at what they do. This is my spot for any service my vehicles need. Thanks Eric for all the hard work you and your crew do. Much obliged.

Unbelievable customer service. Quick and friendly, exactly what I needed to get me on the road again. I'm from Michigan and was in Indy on a business trip when my tire started loosing air on highway from a nail. Frantically looked for tire shop and found the tire store. They got me on the road in 15 minutes. I'm in the service industry and can't say enough about these folks. Thanks for saving the day.

Great place for all your vehicle repair needs. From tires to transmissions see Eric for all your vehicle repair or maintenance needs. He is fair and honest and trustworthy. He won't add any unnecessary repairs or try to talk you into things that don't need done. His employees are knowledgeable and they do the job quickly and correctly the first time. Best place in town to take you car hands down.

Even though I live 45 minutes away, I went to The Tire Store in Rochester, IN for an alignment, because their quote was about $60 less than several other places. I did make sure they knew I had an all-wheel-drive vehicle. Yes. And the quote didn't change. I went in for my appointment. The man checking me in excused himself for a moment to make sure the lady being checked in next to me understood all the tires being quoted to her were "all season" tires and she didn't have to get the most expensive ones just because it said "all season" in the name. He finished checking me in. I walked down to Casey's to get a bite to eat. Came back and sat down. He called me to the desk. This was our conversation: "Excuse me, but why did you come here?" "To get an alignment." "Yes, but why? Did someone tell you it was needed?" "Oh! No, I just bought new tires elsewhere and they don't do alignments." "Well, you don't need one. Your tires are right on." "Okay, what do I owe you for checking it?" "Nothing. You are free to go." "Wow! "Thank you! God bless you! If I know anyone who needs an alignment, I will send them here." I left so amazed that first, this gentleman was trying to save the customer next to me some money, and, second, that even my alignment check was free. They are not out to gouge people, but to keep them safely on the roads. Thank you, Tire Store, for treating your customers with respect and helpfulness. Customer Service. This place knows what that means.

Every time I deal with Eric and everyone from The Tire Store it is the best quality service you can get. Very professional and always happy to help. My son took some golf cart tires to another store in town and they told him a price of over 100 to put the tires on. The Tire Store changed the tires for a substantial amount less and had them done ASAP. If you need any mechanical work or tires do yourself a favor and go see these guys and gals. I arrived out of the blue with a rear passenger tire nearly flat. I walked in to the busy office and someone addressed me almost immediately. I told him the problem, he took my keys and less than 30 minutes later, a tech handed me my keys and stated "you're all set!" I paid at the counter and was on my way with an inflated tire. These guys are great! Exceptional service and attitudes! I highly recommend them!!

By far best shop in town to bring you're vehicles in. This is not you're typical shop that nickel and dimes you or sell you on something you don't need. Been going here for 18 years and always treated the same, fairly. Don't waste you're time going anywhere else.

We've been coming here for about a year now, for repairs and tires, and service has always been great. They make sure things get FIXED rather than just slapping a bandaid on the problem. Eric also takes the time to slow down and explain things to you so you can understand them, instead of just rattling things off. As a woman, I really appreciate this, since I don't know a ton about cars.

I had a flat tire. The Tire Store helped me on short notice on a Saturday morning. They provided me with an air tank to fill my flat to get my Van to their store. My tire was beyond repair so I was sold a used tire with similar tread wear as the rest of my tires. Very happy with their service and price. No comment for the trouble I had here. Appt was at 1 pm. 5pm truck still did not have new tires on requested my tires put back on and was not charged. Will not ever go back to this awful business.
