I went to purchase a battery and windshield wipers , and my purchase would have been 300.00 or better. Then I asked for those to be installed "we are not a repair shop" is what I was told and they lady not very nice at it. I went right down the road and spent my money, and it was installed FREE. So what about the ladies who can't Pick up a battery or even know how to install wipers? Guess you won't like their business or money either.!!!!!

Great customer service. I walked around for a mere 10 seconds until one of the employees asked how I was doing and if I m looking for anything specific. That s how customer service should operate. Anyone goes in there and there s an employee named Jim you can rely on him to find what you need.

Honestly, I have never had an issue with a NAPA store before today. I ordered a part and when it arrived it was a rusty piece of junk. I was told apparently someone took a part as a return and it was just restocked. I was also told this is a common problem. I was quoted a price only to be told I was going to be changed for shipping, I was not told that when I ordered the part. I told them I will get my part elsewhere. I ended up finding the part for less than half what NAPA wanted, free shipping included. I will not buy from this store or the store in Winamac, IN since they are affiliated.

I'm always looking forward to a visit to my local Napa. Regardless if I'm in a different state or or just around the corner. They are always consistent and comfortable places to do business

What they don t have in stock they can usually get within a day. The core return was simple just had to bring it back in the original box.

bought a car 7 months ago with a new napa battery in it . its went bad at 7 months they wont replace. I am done with napa

I own a chevy truck and this location had all the parts I needed when I needed them at similar price to other businesses
