I hate doing this because they were very nice and easy to work with but there Mechanic costudum the deal. Tryed saying my trade in was out of time that it needed a new motor I knew that was wrong tryed telling them but they didn't wanna hear it so I brought the truck home fixed it and now shopping else where... Get a new mechanic cuzz that one isn't worth whatever it is your paying him.... LOL NICE Response after reading the other reviews I'm glad I didn't do business with you guys sounds like I did the right thing by walking away... Good luck.. Typical car sells men.

Very rude . We were just looking at their inventory and as soon as I said we were just looking the salesman just walked away. Didn t say anything, like 180 and walked away. Definitely not buying a car here.

I'll give these guys five stars. Mitchell was very helpful with me about the vehicle I was purchasing. I had some maintenance I wanted done as part of the purchase. These guys did not hesitate to make that happen. They were all super friendly and super fast at getting things done. I would do business with them again.

I bought my daughter a BMW and they told me, the mechanic checked everything out and all is good . The mechanic noticed the strut is squeaking a little bit because the car has been sitting. I just found out today the car most likely had been sitting in water. It now needs all new struts, upper/lower arms and bushings and is coming @ the price of $2,100.00. THANKS A BUNCH HOUSE OF CARZ!!! TRULY APPRECIATE YOU BENDING OVER THE HARD WORKING PEOPLE!!!

I was really hesitant to buy a new car, as I have not had the best experiences at other places in the past. However, I had the best experience coming here! Jacob and Tony were amazing to work with.They were both very helpful, caring and super easy to communicate with. They are great at what they do and do an awesome job at making sure you have a good experience and find something that best fits you and your lifestyle needs. The rest of the team and just the overall culture of the shop was really friendly and welcoming as well, from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Would definitely recommend!

In March I bought my second car in 4 years from House of Carz in Rochester IN. Am extremely happy with both cars and how easy they are to deal with. Should you need a reliable used car go to them!

My mom and dad bought a car through these guys and it needed an oil cange,tires,and the check engine light came on in 3 days of having the vehicle. They lied to them and said there would be no out of pocket cost with the extended warranty. They had to pay for diagnostic services. They never did fix the check engine light.Everything they said was a lie.

BEWARE!I purchased a Lincoln from here A few mos. back and have had trouble since day 1.*when I test drove it I noticed it had issues in front/suspension. They assured me if I was to purchase it they would fix it. A mo. later they got it in and replaced the tie rod which didn't seem to solve the problem. When I shared my concern of it still having issues they informed me that it was the best they could do because they just dumped $200 in fixing the tie rod. I learned never trust a car salesman.* 2 days after purchase I noticed the hood had paint cracks, I instantly took it to the lot and they acted as if it was an easy fix and that they would see what they could do to fix it. Finally after 2 mos. They informed me they weren't going to do anything and it was up to me to fix it.* when I took the car in for my first oil change the guys at Express Oil noticed there was no oil filter, they said it was a miracle it didn't blow the motor. When I informed HOC of this issue they told me I purchased the car as is.*Today my car sits at a Ford Lincoln dealer waiting to have a new rack n pinion replaced which was the issue from the start when I first tested this car.� $22,000.00 for a money pit!

Had a great overall experience with House of Carz in Rochester, Indiana. Robert my salesman took care of everything from start to finish and made the purchase of my vehicle to the point and stress free. I would not hesitate to refer them for a vehicle purchase.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY CAR PURCHASES!!! We bought a truck and a month later the engine blew. It was in the shop for so many more problems. They referred us to a mechanic shop in town and they messed the truck up worse. I think they work to make money for eachother. Have had this truck for a year and only been able to drive it for three of those months. Noone will try to help they push you off in someone else instead of trying to fix the problem. The truck now is undrivable for the sixth time. They have you do a review before you leave, probably so they get good reviews and not all negative ones when people learn what a terrible company they are. All they sell are lemons! Don't buy here please! I work in a public environment and have heard nothing but bad things from A LOT of people.

>>>DONT GO HERE<<<... Once again my faith in humanity crumbles. Lots of talk about trust and loyalty but they stand by nothing. To those that seem to have been done right by these individuals, you are either lucky or just yet to find out what lies you were told and tricks you were sold. I understand they have a job to do and you need to know thats all you are to them. Even after they dropped the price $1500 they still sat above kbb value and the only reason they did that is because they knew id be throwing all that money at the vehicle within the first 2 weeks. I cant believe i trusted them. A mistake i will never make again. I just hope you find this helpful and make a better choice than i did. Good luck!

Was recommended a vehicle that would be perfect for my family. Only to have it in the shop a week later and multiple times since I ve had it only a few months. Eventually stopped running all together and their 2 year warranty is very limited and having to pay over a thousand in repairs that were not made known at time of purchase and we re quickly fixed by their mechanic. Would not recommend buying from this place. Wish I could just give my car back honestly and be done with it.

This place is literally a walking fraud suite waiting to happen! If anyone had any common sense they'd drive 30 mins into Warsaw and buy a vehicle! Me and my husband bought a vehicle from here 2 years ago and it was the worst financial decision we've ever made! Pay $2000 down for a vehicle that your forced with! You ask about another vehicle on the lot you get looks like you just asked the dumbest question in the world! Not to mention the owner and his crooked wife swindle people out of they're hard earned money! Should have known these mfs were shady when they were selling scrap in mentone on Facebook marketplace.. alot of people in Rochester are counting down the days until this place moves or goes bankrupt from being sued by half the county. Corn-fed CROOKS!

I want to take a minute to let the employees of this company know just how much I appreciate them. I came to House of Carz not thinking too much of car dealerships in general. It has always just been bad experience after bad experience at most dealerships I ve worked with. For the first time that has all changed. Walking into the dealership I was greeted not as a mere customer but as one would greet an old friend. All I had was hope that I would get into a new vehicle and that this time things would be different somehow. Turns out... They were different this time. My salesman sat with me and asked about my current vehicle, my current situation, and figured out not only what I wanted, but truly what I needed. He took time and treated me with respect even though I have less than stellar credit. I truly hope that House of Carz will be around for my next vehicle purchase. I will send my family and friends there whenever I can. Thank you guys so much and I look forward to doing business with you for years to come. Thank you for not treating people like every other dealership I ve worked with. Keep doing what you re doing. It s been a great experience and I can t wait to see what the future brings.

EDIT: Mike - when (or if) a satisfactory resolution was made, I had planned to edit my review. Also, I am not the owner you've (they've) been communicating with. I helped my kids get this car, so this was my opinion. We appreciate the help in getting things right finally and my kids look forward to getting their car fixed and back to them. I still think it's worth letting people know to make sure they really check things over or have someone qualified check....not just here, but anywhere. So thanks for getting things done.

Cars are way over priced, they won't negotiate the price because of the economy a salesman said to me. So I went down the street to Mike Anderson and the took a couple grand off my price and the vehicle is amazing.The last time I bought my Escape from House of cars, the tired had a slow leak and they swear it didn't. Needless to say every 2 weeks I have to fill up my tire now because they lied

Highly recommend! I was desperate for a vehicle after my wheel bearing and tire fell off of my vehicle. They worked with me so well and gave me an incredible deal! Very impressed with Eveston and John for all of their help! I love my new Buick!

Alex was great and helped us find the right car!! (8/18/21)WRONG . Screw your reviews and your vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.First 3 months, needed a whole new engineskip ahead 3 months more, then almost need another ENGINE.This place is an absolute JOKE.

Highly recommend! Was in serious need of a new vehicle, and Robert had me in there and in a great vehicle within 2 hours! He also fought with the bank to get me approved for a bigger car!
