Bought 4 New tires. Took car home. 3 days later we went to get in the car to go to Doctors appointment and 3 of the tires were flatMy son aired tires up and took car back to them.They did something. The tires stayed up for a week.The 4th time we drove it tire shredded, on highway.When this place was called, they said Sorry we don't have those in stock.So here we are, no vehicle, my hubby is in a Hospital in Wayne, and I can't get to himALL BECAUSE OF THIS BUSINESS ETHICS!

Works around warranty work even though supposedly covers it and doesn t care to actually do the work paid to do. They also have no clue how to actually schedule an appointment or I guess will write you off for a better monetary opportunity. In hard times like this we need someone who bare minimum does the job paid to do not a leech waiting for a poor families car to break down. If you don t believe me bring your beater in there they ll tell you it s bad gas and a zip ties worth of work

My car broke down on the way to work. Has it towed there. It was fixed and ready before i got off! Awesome place.

Says Best one but reluctantly honors Best Ones maintenance package.The rude man at the counter explained that just because his sign says he's a part of Best One, he's an independent shop first.If you're looking for a true Best One, Do Not bring your vehicle here. It's apparently an inconvenience for this shop owner.

Very nice and professional. This is my new go to shop for car repairs. The other place wasn't going to be able to look at my car for 2 weeks, Fulton County Best got me in same day and was able to tell me exactly what my car issues were. Will definitely be a return customer.

I just started using them an they ve been very helpful. Doug tells you what you need to know an do. I needed tires asap when I called an they had me in the next morning.I didn t give a 5 star because I had to wait 2 hours in there waiting room an it needs cleaned. I know it s a repair garage, but it an the bathroom are filthy.

Doug and Todd are great people. I have dealt with them for 10 years. They are always helpful, polite, respectful and truthful. And will go out of the way to assist you. If you need someone to do you right on car repair and tires. Go see them. I would and do highly recommend them!!

Had a blowout not able to repair was able to get us back on the road with a used tire great service and fast service very friendly. Husband said he could take off donut tire he said no we'll do it. We had went to The Tire Store first and after a hour came and told us tire could not be fixed. Did not have tire in stock. Would not recommend them but you can't go wrong with Fulton Tire A big thank you for getting us back on the road.

Doug and Todd do a great job. You can trust em and they will call you back if they say they will. They strive to be realistic and not making grandiose promises. Used them many times over the years. Reliable and trustworthy.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car serviced. I've gone there for several years now. He guarantees all the work they do. The owner is a honest, reliable and a very nice man.

Awesome group of people! They definitely take care of their customers, even if you are new to go there. My friend took his truck in on an emergency and they got him right in. Problem with bad front brakes on the front on both sides. They promptly figured out the problem, gave an estimated cost, and repaired the vehicle's problem pronto! Kudos and a job very well done!!

This Doug is a ego maniac. Has No respect for a woman. I called asking about a part for my grandson truck. I used to sell used cars. That I knew many people in that business. I Suggested a buying apart online. He raised his voice and told me a woman of 68 yrs. This time daddy knows best. I told home he was I or my grandson Daddy and I felt he was degrading and talking down to me as a woman. Then told him maybe just maybe there are some people that know more then he thinks he does. He again raised his voice and said combo is done..I said yes it is. Track.is out of his hands and happy for that after talking to a few or her this man is very rude to customers. I turned him.into the better business bureau. And I ask for a written apology. Either email.or in a letter.

So Disappointed!I have used them several times and recommended them to friends but this last time was a deal changer for me. I brought my truck in to have a spark plug changed out and requires a special tool that they don t have but said will borrow and when I picked it up after hours it had the same bad rough cylinder Miss as when I first took it in.Why waste time and my money? If not fixed call and try again, but to charge me and have the same problem is the Deal changer. Time to find a new mechanic

I can depend on the products like tores from Fulton county Tire. As a woman I trust that the service I receive is top of the line. They are detail oriented and get excellent service at good prices. I'm a senior citizen and have handicaps so I really depend on my car. I know I get quality service from the men of Fulton County Tire and Repairs.

Got stranded from out of town. 2 other local shops turned me away and Fulton County Best got me in and out same day. Vacation didn't have to be canceled! :) Thank you so much!!

Highly recommend, my car over heated just outside of Rochester, the tow company recommended this shop and I m so grateful.They were able to get my car in right away, we re kind professional and clear with the repairs needed.I would highly recommend!

I called Doug, the owner for a used tire. I waited on hold for 10 minutes for him to ask me why I was on hold and who I was waiting for. I told him I was waiting on him, he said he would check and see if he had one. He chuckled and said he forgot, then said he didnt have one. How do you tell a potential customer you need to go look, forget, then tell them you dont have it. Terrible service and terrible etiquette! Not a good man.
