I needed help with a part of my car that was falling off. I bought something that would help temporarily fix it and Trenton came out to my car and fixed it. We recently had car trouble on our way home from vacation and were able to slowly drive to the Auto Zone in Rochester. The employees went above and beyond to help us continue on our journey home. They diagnosed the issue and found a mobile mechanic to fix it the same day. We are so grateful for the kindness and prompt service!

Tried to sell me their name brand battery for $179.00 when i said that was to hogh they suggested a used one. I went to smiths bought an interstate one which is name brand fo $89.00. Pathetic in my book.

My car battery died on me; fortunately, I have a Goo-Loo instant charger, and was able to get my car to Auto Zone. 11/1/2020. They had just the battery I needed! And, it was an expensive one I had to have.Scott quickly installed the battery for me, gave me a $25 dollar discount, and didn't charge me the $18 dollar core battery charge.I was so pleased with how polite and helpful everyone working in the store was. They got me a chair to sit in while they did the work, and it took very little time.I rate a 10 out of 10. Ladies, especially, if you need help, here's the place to go. I know another place that doesn't install the battery.

My van battery failed after I had fueled at a service station near Auto Zone. I walked in 20 minutes before they closed and Scott immediately went into action, first by jump starting my vehicle and then went to work changing the battery out at the store on a cool rainy evening. Thanks for your outstanding service!

Always helpful and pretty thorough when getting parts. And giving tips if there is a particular way they should go in. Never have had a problem with replacement parts either.

My son-in-law went into this autozone store asking if they d do a battery check. Four people behind the counter said, you don t need a battery. He went to another auto place and they checked the battery and guess what? They needed a new battery. Never go in there again.

In the past, I have been dissatisfied with this particular Auto Zone, but this time was different. Good service, attention to detail and they even gave me a discount. I'll be going back next time I have automotive problems.

The check engine light came on in the truck so we stopped by there this past Saturday to have it checked out and the kid wanted to charge us $20 bucks to do it. We left of course and probably won't go back.

Not a bad place to go if you need parts at a decent price. If they don't have the part in stock, usually you have to wait at most a day for them to be in.

Only went in for vehicle cleaning supplies and a keychain. Keychain selection is very poor! Staff ok. Place is a typical auto parts store.
