Mark and I drove all the way from Wisconsin 7.5 hours. Their post said the box we went to pick up was rust free. When we got there the bottom was all rusted and the wheel wells were rusted and almost rusting through.There is No way a box like that would go for $1200.Mark asked for pictures of the box and the ones he received were acceptable except ,never got pictures of the bottom. Had we gotten those pics we never would have made the drive.Make sure they are up front and show everything before deciding to go there.We would have bought more had we gotten what we were told the bed was.Wouldn't buy anything from this place ever now!Buyer bewareI would give them zero stars or negative if it were a possibility.Also the person who talked to Mark knowing he was coming wasn't there and the guy who was there had no authority to haggle the price.Ironic in my eyes

Wise had the part we needed when no one else did. Their prices were very reasonable and their staff was very friendly

They said they had the correct part for me and I asked all the questions I needed and asked them specifically if the part was from a 2008 and they said yes and I drove 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back home because the part was from a 2006 and would not work and they just don't pay attention to details

Called to check on availability of a part and he refused to go see if they had one. De ided to go a different day and called ahead as he requested for him to tell me he wouldn't pull it until I got the there. I drove 30 miles to be told Id have to wait for h to call and let me know when it was removed (without a definite time) still confirmation calls at closing thank God I was already ony way back.. didn't get one of the switches and refused to do so since it was close to closing.

This place helped me when no one else did. They had amazing service and affordable price. Just when I thought my day was shot when tires for my car couldn't be found, this place Wise Auto parts had 2 tires the rare kind for my car. If you have trouble finding parts for ur vehicle try Wise Auto parts. Like other places they may have your parts if not they will try to find it. A good place to find auto parts.

Would NEVER recommend buying anything from this place. Called them 4 times within 2 weeks. Spoke to two seperate employees and got the same laziness. We asked for photos of the product 3 of the 4 times we called. Yesterday morning, the man ensured that we would recieve photos by the end of the day. That there was a coworker taking photos at that moment, and not to worry. Here we are, 24 hours later. Nothing. This place is a waste of time, effort, and money. 0 stars.

Worst experience with a junk yard ever and I ve used them a few times in the past but never again!!! Was more than willing to pay almost $900 for fenders, bumper, and hood. Gave them my credit card info that I learned they just wrote in a notebook instead of running it immediately! Was told parts were ready and get there and they are still on car. So I was told get a sandwich or something and come back in a hour, but they called and wanted some more info on my car so went back there and I was told that they will not pull my parts cuz they won t fit my car I know that the parts are interchangeable for 04-08 yet won t give me parts for 06 because they won t fit. Good thing I have a backup lined up and that whole front end with two headlights assembly cost me $500 so I ll never use or suggest Wise to anyone ever again!! If parts didn t work, then it would have been on me never have I ever had anyone refuse to sell me something I was more than willing to pay for and pay more than any where else would have charged me!!

Very happy with my visit here last week! I called in to purchase an available rim for my CRV. Unfortunately, when I arrived we discovered they did not have the specific steel rim I needed. However, the technician searched online and helped me order the correct rim from a nearby place and I received the rim I needed in the mail to my house the very next day. I will definitely be doing business here in the future the next time my car decides to fall apart again. I appreciated the honest and helpful service so much!

They don t know what they do or don t have, spent all week calling about a part in that was in stock online. Only to finally be told today that they already called me back and told me that although it was listed on the website it didn t exist. That was a lie, I was never called back once all week had to keep calling again to get any update.

This is an amazing place to get the truck parts you need! They had everything I needed for my 2006 2500 Silverado.Thank you so much for working with me on my purchases at your place. I couldn't have done it as well and as fast anywhere else.

If I could give you 0 stars I absolutely would. I bought a motor from you for $1200 with only 44000 miles on it I was told. Within a month the check engine light came on. Spent the last few months trying to fix the problem $4000 later we find out it's a faulty motor they sold me.when I call about the year warranty I was told I had, They told Me Too! it's 30 days we can't do anything about it. This place is a total ripoff!!!

I called a couple days ago looking for a part for my husband's truck, I really had no idea what I was looking for however the gentleman I spoke with just laughed and said "well you know more than you give yourself credit for", they did not have the part I was looking for however he was able to find it at another shop and gave me their number and contact person to call. I would recomend Wise Auto for your used parts need the staff was friendly and very helpful i will use them again if the need arises.

Forgot to leave this review before. Got a transmission for my son s Impala a few months ago- late winter I think. Great service, nice people. Transmission works great.

Trying to find a replacement drive shaft. Had difficulties matching it up, Jerry Wise was super helpful through out the whole process. Was even willing to deliver the part 1.5 hours away from the shop.

I called the day before they told me they had the part on the shelf came in the next day couldn't find it and wouldn't pull it for me because it was 20 mins till closing time do not recommend this salvage yard I drove over an hour to come get a part they said they had pulled

Worst salvage yard I've ever been to. Service was terrible. They sent us on a wild goose chase for parts then turned around and threw a fit cuz we brought the parts back. They even gave us the screw driver to remove the parts with! Will not be going back and will not refer anyone to a business ran like that.
