It was simple we needed a PM on the truck and the trailer be looked at.We pulled in after wait few short hours and was told because of the weekend they can t do anything to repair the trailer.Still needed the PM asked us if we could pull out the shop to let another truck who was a having more issues to just skip in front of us I didn t feel like we had an option and we pullout and parked up what should ve taken 2 hours became a two day of unforeseen waisted time.Inside TA sucked but the Mexican restaurant next door was great!

Great service, looked after right away for a tire replacement. Woman at the counter was awesome and friendly. Got out a bit late and wasn t sure if there would be parking. She mentioned a couple of spots I could use if the rest were full.

A lot of area to park I'll give this truck stop that much but as far as the store and restaurant goes it appears to be a little ran down and the food isn't that great at all... $20.00 for a greasy hamburger and fries.

I have these guys change a tire for me once back in the day, and you know what they didn't do a bad job, and it was pretty quick even though they were fairly busy.

This guy was a lifesaver. I sat on the shoulder in my semi broke down on interstate 65 for 2 1/2 hours. I was unable to get out to put my triangles out per DOT due to traffic not getting over. Inconsiderate, heartless, people have no regard to semis broke down. It's just sad that I couldn't do my responsibilities as a truck driver because people are idiots. It's pretty bad that you have to motion people over while the guy with the wrecker was under the truck fixing it. Wrecker lights going, my hazard lights on and people too stupid to see a truck broke down. Thank goodness he got it fixed so I could get on down the road.

The resteraunt was nice and the bathroom was clean.We stopped back in for lunch with the grandchildren on our way through. Our meal was very good.Our grandson got to thank the Chef for the best chicken sandwich ever. We will eat there again.

Took 3 hours to change 1 tire, and Im not even sure the tire actually needed to be replaced. I think it just had a slow leak that could've been repaired. Plus, there weren't any other trucks in there. Service clerk was nice, but work was unnecessarily slow. Needs improvement.

Three hour wait just to find out the oil filter for my truck was out of stock. Was not able to get PM done. Major inconvenience. But the ladies at the service desk and mechanic was nice and professional

I came to this place 6:30 and now is 12:00am and nobody helped me maybe because of my color technician called Kyle came to me and then said I will charge something and never came back and nobody else came to help me I happened to watch four trucks getting fixed infront of me although they all came after me so I had to leave the facility

Shame how this place has gone down hill the last 3-5yrs. Restaurant and shop are both no longer 24hrs. 3rd shift clerk spends most of her time on her chair texting, not even anything on the roller grill. Just another gas station anymore

Rolled in here with my sliding fifth wheel not locking. ERIC LAUBE was my tech. They didnt have the replacement part in stock but Eric quickly got mine to lock, showed me how to rig it if it happens again, and was very fair with the pricing. The person behind the counter was super friendly and helpful too, but preferred not to be named here.

The lady in restaurant and at checkout where sweet. My marks aren't for the store itself, but for the locals here. Bathrooms were full. Not a big deal, it happens. However, not a single one of the females did NOT wash there hands. I was also last one ou. Did not hear the tap turn on at all. Nor paper being used to dry or open the door. And thank goodness, no one used the air dryer. At least they had that sense. When I got out. All of the basins were bone dry. 100% percent of the women did not wash their hands after using the bathroom. If you go into a stall and touch a knob on stall, or touch the toilet. Don't be a lazy, selfish jerk, and wash your hands. I don't care if "It's cold outside". I have had hyperthermia that damaged my hands and feet. Making it worse for me when cold and I STILL wash my hands. Because I'm not a disgusting, inconsiderate person. WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!

This shop did the bare minimum and we had to end up driving 500 miles with an unsafe trailer. They pretended like it was something they couldn't repair just to pass the buck on to the next shop. Personally the staff look like they've been up for days

This place charged you for what they didn't do . I paid tire change and balance BUT tires are not balanced and the guy who supposed to check the rest of the tiers said he checked them already he is a lier I checked them and find one of them air so low. Lots of parking and the speedzone wi-fi is awesome... They are great for repairs that they qualify for repairs while you are over the road driving, once you get in , then your repairs are completed you can be on your way. I have found that all TA s are not the same, but for the most they are pretty good at what they do.

Been waiting 16 hours I just need a outside trailer tire seems all they got is excuses on why they are lazy first was told about 6 hours been 16 and now told atleast 2 more hours note to self next time just stay on hwy might get fixed faster

We are headed up to Michigan to go camping for week and we were having trouble with the camper hitch. We pulled into the Petro station to see if we could fix it. Of course the bolts wouldn't come out with the tools we had but luckily a guy named Harold"Ray"Bower who works at the TA Truck Service came to our aid. With his help we were back up and moving in less than 15minutes!!Thank you Ray!!

Over priced rude had two flats on my trailer they wanted almost 500 a piece for them got the same one for les then half what they wanted won't stop here or at any other locations they have won't wrekomed them to anyone else either.......for those of you that use them call around i promise you can get the same work done cheeper and probably better

They know what they are doing and are fast at it good place to get your truck or parts
