Very rude and disrespectful. Went here a few time for a tune up and even then he always had a bad attitude. He refused to put install parts because I didn't pay for his overpriced tires and/or parts and bought them online instead. I wanted to support a small business and go here and pay for the labor but he'd rather turn people away because they want to be able to pick out what they're paying (at a WAY cheaper price) for rather than paying for something without seeing it or knowing anything about it. Bottom line the owner is rude, disrespectful, and the farthest away from professional that I've ever dealt with. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

Great place and awesome service! Owner took the time to help me out and get my bags installed. Extremely knowledgeable. Don't let the size fool you, he has tons of gear and parts.

Very knowledgeable on all bikes. Normally has what you need or can get it quickly. Great service and very friendly. Takes the time to explain what you need to know.

The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful! The prices are competitive. There are many good reasons he has been in business for so long! My family has trusted him with our business for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend K&R!

Asked him to fix a ground on my Honda. My neutral light would flicker on and off. If u shook it The neutral light would com on. Than go off and would not restart. I dropped off in April of 2021. I went back yesterday October 27 th. 6 months. Never touched it. Followed up in July. Said he would get to it. Never did. Jim is a good person, but a sad businessman. I been going there since 1997 with my first Honda magna. I won t go back A man word is all he has. Jim showed me his word is trash

Jim Kelley is a legend around here. Absolute king of motorcycles. He can line you out no matter what issue you are having bike related.

Went to get breather for bike ended up been wrong one. Since we no longer live in that state can't say how things might have changed. I do know Jim is very busy all the time so that's good sign.

Called about a price about mounting a set of tires and that was the rudest call I ve ever had as a customer. Too many other places around for that nonsense.

Jim kelley is the owner. He knows everything there is to know about making a bike run. No matter the make or model. Everything from BMW to Harley davidson.. he's a beast.

Called everywhere looking for parts for my boys 4 wheeler and everywhere I called said it had to be ordered would take 3 to 5 days but called K & R cycles they had it there at shop
