Very disappointed I buy quite often from them a $27 set of tractor points installed them in the distributer found the flat spring was way to much tension points would not adjust at all took them back they wouldn't take them because they had been installed couldn't run them they wouldn't adjust and they never bothered to investigate the customers statement one would never know they was built faulty without installing them very poor I must say, they can't sell them to another person if they have a scratch on them where the right thing to do is safeguard your customers send them back with a return report so the problem would be fixed $27 and it's all on me thats alright I don't need to buy from them from now on . I have over looked a couple times of getting the wrong parts from them when I even took the old one in so they could match it up then over charged me for the mistake they made, $27 for a set of simple points that's a lot of money to throw away ln the past I told many people to go there not anymore...

Pretty good store crew. Had a brake line burst. I went to the other place in town and got little help (there's the brake lines have fun). This store gave me some options for the problem, which was Ford brake line fittings (which aren't the same as used on stock lines).

Nice and courteous staff. They were out of 10w-30 oil and almost recommended an incorrect weight. Luckily we caught it. Hopefully they will get a little more merch in stock soon.

Went in looking for a half inch breaker bar (mind you I'm a girl), there was no how can I help you I got completely ignored! The guy behind the counter looked at me didn't say a single word, the other guy trying to get lunch in finally helped after I stared long enough. Needless to say my money will be going to Orileys due to the unbiased and actually friendly helpful staff. Just wanted to fix my damn truck.

the guys in this store should NOT be selling auto parts , I have had the wrong parts given to me on several occasions, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
