Ten years ago, they installed my windows and assured me it came with a lifetime warranty, making it seem like it covered all potential issues. However, when I returned due to significant air bubbles in the tint, their response was rather sarcastic, stating that nothing truly had a lifetime warranty. This encounter left me feeling somewhat foolish and led to doubts about their honesty. While their work was good, I no longer had confidence in their misleading lifetime warranty claims, prompting me to seek services elsewhere.

I have been taking my vehicles to him for years. Always pleased with the results and his passion for getting it right. He also isn t deterred with out of the ordinary jobs, as he also tinted my skid steer. Quality work, quality people

Best experience ever! My car was treated with kid gloves. Rob and staff are professional craftsman did a beautiful job on my car today and those who seen it are very impressed with the work and the price. Rob and Sandy are Exceptional people fun great customer service very thorough on explaining the after care. I waited for my car and it was one of the best experiences I ever had waiting on work done on her car. I highly recommend RobbTouch of class. They are fantastic.

Awesome service. Replied within 12 hours. Truck was in and tinted in 24 hours! Truck had 0 bubbles. Matches the factory tint and excellent customer service!

Happy, not happy! I did everything I was supposed to do after my windows were tinted and 5 months later small cracks and peeling started appearing. I believe the tint was old tint that could not be sold because it is so light. I will have to get it redone NOW that I have experience in what shade I am looking for and know the right questions to ask. Yes, my first experience in window tinting and $250 is now short lived. I did love the waiting area.

Recommended by all my friends great job quick about an hour and half lifetime warranty great customer lounge sit back in a recliner watch a movie enjoy free snacks and if you like dogs they will watch the movie with youprofeasional work very enjoyable experience

Excellent work, best prices. He made sure that tint is perfectly dry and he rolled down the windows to make sure it wont get messed later. Went in by appointment to have front driver and passenger windows done. $50 per window is very reasonable. We agreed on a price to have my lights tinted and again reasonable. Made my Jeep Grand Cherokee a custom, one of a kind. Dan and I aren't done. My goal is no chrome. Don't hesitate. These guys are the real deal

So we took our vehicle to get the windows tinted not once but twice and was scheduled for a third time. This had gone on for 2 months, and I should include that the second time was worst then the first. So on the third appointment we decided to have them remove the tint and get our money back. The woman in the office was quiet professional but Rob the owner was cussing and being rude from the garage. If you are a business owner you should be more professional and make sure your customers or former customers cant hear you. He also went on to say that if we wanted the tint removed he should charge us twenty five dollars a window . I cant believe a remark like that especially when not once but twice the tint had bubble and creases in it. I'm just glad to be done with this non professional business and glad I got our money back.Service: Vehicle window tinting

They do the best work in Southern Indiana! They did my Toyota 4Runner this time. My Vette was the car prior to this one, and they did it as well as, three more. So 5 in all over the years! Thanks guys! I will be back... I'm sure!

I had to get some window tint removed on my vehicle. I called around in the Louisville area and got quotes between $90-$110, which seemed like a lot. A co worker mentioned he used Rob's for a contract job at work to do some tinting on the office windows. I took him up on his suggestion and was quite pleased. For $60 they removed the tint on my front windows and vents. They did a bang up job and the car was ready in only 4 hours. I will be coming back and recommending to others.

Kind of a interesting day for me. I actually had appointment with a different window tinting service. I went to this appointment where they tell me I had after market tinting that has faded over time and I didn't realize the windows were tinted at all. They remove the tint and then inform me they do not have time to retint my windows. I'm pretty upset at this point bc I drove over 40min to this appointment. I find Rob's tinting service online. I call basically hopeless that I could get in for a appointment in the near future. Luckily they had a cancellation and was able to get in that same day. They did a great job and saved the day. I had my windows tinted here a few years ago and the tint started to bubble up in long streaks in every corner of every window. It can easily be mistaken for large cracks all over my windows. Over time, those bubbles have been getting longer and larger and it was getting more and more difficult to see clearly through any of my windows. Unfortunately, the EXACT SAME THING is happening to my fianc�s car, who also got his windows tinted here. I was under the impression we had a lifetime warranty, but of course they want the original paperwork, which after a few years, I have no idea where it is. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Prestige work, excellent customer service. Rob has done all my tint jobs since I was 18 and now I'm over 40. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. He is about to do my brand new 2020

Had window tinting done here and now barely a month later it s got bubbles and the edges are peeling. If there was a way i could give 0 stars i would. He even told me the tint he was gonna do and got almost done and was supposed to do my windshield and said well i have my next customer to get to so I ll have to have you come back another day to finish this. That s bs finish with one customer before you move on. Definitely don t recommend and definitely won t be back Service: Sun control window tinting

They done my SUV 4 years ago and the tint stills looks great and haven't flaked off. Will definitely go back if I buy another vehicle in the future. By far the best tint service in the Southern Indiana area.
