Austin is absolutely someone you can count on. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He is very kind, caring, doesn t take advantage with trying to upsell you or make more money off ya. Oh man .. What can I say about Austin .. the man is .. simply put .. Awesome! Truly went above and beyond to get me back on the road when i had a coolant line blow on my truck. All on a cold wet night. Austin you sir, are a Saint! Hands down. Austin will now be who I call if im ever broke down in Indianapolis area again

I bet you won't find a better truck repair company in Indiana. Austin is the best mechanic I've worked with. I called the company for mobile service on a Sunday, his day off. When everyone gave me an ETA of 4 hours and $200/hr, he arrived in 45 minutes and charged $125/hr. Plus, he worked like it was his own truck.

Came across StayPut when one of my drivers broke down at 2am on the highway. Austin answered the phone, and within 15 minutes was on his way to meet my driver. Great communication, was able to get us up and running quickly, and was very thorough on his diagnosis. Thank you so much for saving the day! Definitely keeping your number!

I had Austin perform a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking at in Indianapolis. I live out of state, and have found that it can be difficult to arrange a vehicle inspection remotely. Austin was easy to work with, and did a thorough inspection at a very reasonable cost. It gave me the information I need to make an informed decision on the purchase. Highly recommended.

Austin replaced an alternator for me on very short notice. He was polite and friendly, a true professional! Got the job done quick and sent me a pic of the result as I was out of town. My sons brakes & rotors were bad - worn down to nothing. I contacted StayPut and Austin was quick to send me a quote and was at our home within a few days to replace the rotors & brakes so my son could drive his car again! We found Austin through a quick online search. We were looking for someone to inspect a car we were interested in buying on short notice. Being from out of town we couldn't see the car ourselves. Austin was super responsive, even on the weekend. He made a point to contact my husband and I so we could both hear from him how the inspection went. It was evident that he was very thorough. His pricing was very fair. He makes it a point to make car services affordable and a positive experience. I love that! He even went above and beyond and gave us a referral for a car transport. The service I received was top of the line. I found this auto service on the Nextdoor app. After setting up an appointment with them, Austin came to my house to do the repairs. I did not have to be there while he did the repairs. He called me when he arrived and gave me updates on what was going on with other issues I wanted him to look at. His prices are much better then any shop. The payment process was also easy seeing how I was not there at the time of the work. I seen the advertisement for Stay Put Auto on Facebook. I was looking for someone to do AC repair on my older car. I reached out to Stay Put Auto and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. Austin met me at my home after work to go over what needed fixed which was my AC. He did a 50 point inspection and found that I also needed a motor mount replaced. Austin went over all of the details and pricing before he left and we set up the next appointment for the repairs. Austin came to my place of employment which I found to be very convenient and did not have to miss work. Austin was on time, friendly , and professional. He got the job done in a fair amount of time. He was very honest about pricing and what I was charged surprised me. I was expecting a high bill, but that was not the case. His price was very fair. I called Stsyput for an issue I as having with my car where I was losing power. It was simply a loose batteryconnection that he fixed in less than a minute. After hitting a pothole and driving another two weeks my brakes were grinding severely, turns out the pothole likely totally consumed one of my brake pads. I was stranded 20 miles from home with my two large dogs. StayPut Auto & Fleet Repair came to my rescue and got me back on the road! Austin is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend StayPut Auto Repair. Austin is a very knowledgeable mechanic who truly knows the trade in and out! I was lucky enough to run into him when I was broke down at a gas station and he got my car running without charge. I kept his business card for the next time I'd need repair and sure enough it came in handy 4 months later! I still can t believe this luxury service is available at a rate and overall experience that surpasses a standard brick and mortar shop. Austin was great, communicative, and quickly had the repair/installation complete. The service and value was so good that I immediately began referring my friends. You will too.
