Get my Audi A7 serviced here they are top notch. I have full confidence the job is done right and they do the small things to go above and beyond. For example, my car was washed and cleaned on the inside when I picked it up. I recommend this shop to my euro driving friends!

Visiting Indianapolis, needed a service on our Range Rover. We found Euro Motorworks after some research and couldn t be happier! Clean shop, inviting people and amazing customer service. Lauren and John communicated about everything. Hope to see them again.

Euro Motorworks does excellent work! Had both front and rear discs and calipers done on my RS5 and I am completely satisfied. Very professional and friendly!

They were really courteous and willing to help me find the most cost-effective solution to my problem, which was really appreciated, considering the magnitude of the repairs. The car is running better, and no longer showing signs of the defects it had so I m greatly appreciative of them. Plus their labor rates were reasonable as well. Thank you!

This was my first visit to Euro Motorworks. An Audi dealer had performed service for me prior. I am very pleased with the assessment and service performed on my Audi A5 Sportback. Euro Motorworks is my new go to service provider! Highly recommended.

I had several issues to address with my Audi and Euro Motorworks took care of all the problems without charging an arm and a leg. I was also very grateful for the option to use a loaner car. I am completely satisfied with their service and will definitely be going back if/when I have additional concerns. I highly recommend Euro Motorworks!

I take my Audi Q7 to Euro Motorworks for all maintenance needs. Their work is topnotch, thorough and professional. They are $$ but well worth the cost. The customer service is excellent, I like the fact that they send reminders for services that are due on the vehicles.

Euro Motorworks is now the only place I will take my Range Rover. Their customer relations, communication, and honest recommendations/pricing are fantastic.They have even fixed several repairs the dealership cut corners on and they are honest about what needs to be done.I admit to being one of those guys who only trusted the dealership but I wish I had given them a chance years ago. I would have saved several thousand $$ and a lot of frustration.My full name is on this review. I took my 2013 VW CC to get the front suspensions examined. Through out the repair process, I was kept informed on both parts availability and the repair work completion day and time. Furthermore, they found other issues with the rear suspensions that wasn t identified at the dealership.

My steering wheel was loose. Apparently the stereo installer removed the wheel and didn t tighten it properly. Euro was quick to repair it and gave me a free loaner car for the day

I was out of state and my sister-in-law recommended making an appt. I was greeted quickly and friendly by Lauren. I told her the issue and that i needed it fixed within a couple of days or not at all bc of travel. They had the problem resolved and I picked up my vehicle at lunch. I then received a courtesy call asking if everything was ok. Wow!!! Never had that before in car service. I was blown away.Making all my future fixes with them.

As is always the case after my car has a checkup at EMW, she's running like a top again. The level of service that I always receive at EMW makes me very happy. Yes, I could probably cut some corners and save a few bucks having my BMW serviced elsewhere; however, the decline in the level of service I would most assuredly receive would not be worth it. The team at EMW makes me feel like family and that is actually priceless.

Unfortunately Google doesn't let you give zero stars. You have to give at least one in order to post or else I would give zero stars. I've provided many reviews for many different types of businesses and unfortunately this will be my first negative review and I'm sure the worst I'll ever have to provide. I feel very much that I have been completely ripped off. It's sad to say but true. They had my MINI Cooper S in to perform an inspection to determine the source of an oil leak. I had already had one mechanic look at it and make a determination. I needed a second opinion so I took it to Euro because my research indicated that they were the best for European autos and the service manager assured me that they had very experienced MINI mechanics. They determined it was a rear oil seal. Probably the most expensive job you can have done on this car short of jobs that require cracking open the motor. I put it off until we could afford it. The day they checked the car in but after they had already started the job so I couldn't tell them to stop, the service manager called me to inform me that after the job was complete and after spending $2500 dollars I was still going to have an oil leak because a different part was leaking. Interestingly enough it was the part the first mechanic said was the problem and when I brought this to their attention at the time of inspection they said, "no", the evidence of the leak that the other mechanic identified was from the rear seal which they identified and it was slinging oil on the other parts. Again, I emphasize that it was a more expensive repair. At any rate, it was too late, they were moving on with the job. I insisted that I wanted to see pictures of the failed part. They said they would provide them. Guess what, that's right, no pictures. At least not until the day I went to pick the vehicle up. All I saw in the pictures was evidence of the other part leaking not the rear seal. Yes, there was some dirt but not the leak which they insisted it had. They also took a full day longer than they said it would take. Instead of letting me know earlier in the day, they waited until 5:22pm to text me that my vehicle was done and that I could come get it. As if I would've had time, they close at 5:30pm. There was obviously no time to get there. He did mention that I could call and pay over the phone and they could arrange after hours pickup but I didn't even see the message until well after 5:30pm. By the way that was a Friday so I went the entire weekend without the car as well. So a total of 5 days without the car when it was supposed to take 2 days which I made arrangements to deal with. Suffice to say, this was a terrible experience and I want everyone to be forewarned. Take your car somewhere that is trustworthy and not as expensive. By the way, I am having the other part repaired at a savings of over $600 so not only are they not trustworthy but they overcharge for their work.

This was my first visit, and I was very happy with the whole experience. The service advisor was straightforward and addressed all of my concerns and kept me informed along the way. I had a PPI done at Euro Motorworks. It was more inclusive than the Porsche dealership but did answer all the questions that I felt were important. For a pre purchase inspection, some of the questions I have are the condition of the following transmission, AOS, water pump. These items can lead to catastrophic failure and make it a poor purchase choice. But service at Euro Motorworks is great and I would definitely come back.

Took in my Golf R for misfiring issues and a ticking noise. They took care of my issue within a day and had me back on the road with no worries. Will be back for future services.
