A little tight backing in but a good place for tire service! Way way better than a truck stop! No six hour waiting period to get a flat repair done! In and out, you're done! I'd highly recommend them instead of the local lazy truck stop employees!

We were pretty far from home and got a flat tire.We got there right before they closed. they ended up finding a tire and changing it pretty quick and efficient.!

We were road tripping and felt something strange happen to our tires. We pulled off the freeway into the closest tire shop not knowing where we were. The guys at pomps were so amazing and helpful. He checked all of our, assured us they were all safe and sent us on our way. Great place.

My company had sent me here once for a trailer alignment. Was told it was all good and they got me the paperwork after my company paid. Maintenance had me send a picture of some axle bolts. They told me they didn t torque them and go back in. The alignment guy argued and said it s not his job they should be when they were installed. Got back on the phone with my maintenance manager to let them talk to each other. He explained they are a sheer bolt, and you have to torque them after they are aligned. They are a one time use and so if you loosen then to adjust the alignment, you can t torque it properly because the head or something on it breaks off. Otherwise you have to replace them. The alignment guy complained and really seem like he didn t want to do it. His argument didn t really makes sense vs what my maintenance guy was telling me. He did it eventually but I don t think he understood why he should be doing it. I called back to my maintenance after it was done and tried to understand better, and he told me it can come loose and damage the trailer if it s not torqued and the axle can break free while driving. Pomp s needs to train their techs better this could have caused a major accident!

Originally told 2 hours or longer to get a service tech to me. I was hopeful that 2 hours would be my max. I received a call approximately 1 hour later from Paco. To say he was polite and quick with his service is an understatement. I truly believe NASCAR pit crews should be scouting this guy. Great service, well spoken, and genuinely cared for his customers. Thanks Paco!!!!

These guys were fast and they treated me well, even when they were busy. I thought it would take hours- I didn t even have an appointment. I am very happy I went to Pomp s for used tires for my 53 dry van. The guy who changed my tires has the best attitude and laugh. I highly recommend them.

My experience at Pomp s Tire was excellent. Mitch and Joe worked with me to find the right set of tires for my budget. They were both very kind and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The entire process was easy and quick and the service was great! I am very pleased with my experience here and will definitely be returning!

What can I say, they re simply the best! When it comes down to customer service and the work done finding and installing the best tires, these guys get it done! I especially rave about Joey and Mitch, those two guys are superb employees and helpful in every way possible! Pomps is my only tire service after my experience there.

I worked next to them for a while and while they specialize in big tires... they were able to help me out with passenger car tires. They always took care of me and were super easy to deal with! Great place to do business with!

They mostly deal with big semi trucks but can easily accommodate for any vehicle. I thought they were extremely professional and fast. They've earned my business in the future. I highly recommend.

I got a flat tire on my RV on a trip through the Indiana and was lucky enough to call the Hammond store. They got me right in and determined in short order that the tire was not repairable (side wall damage). They did not have my size but located one and another one of their stores. I had to drive my tow car the next morning to pick up the tire (it was late). They changed the tire and moved another one to better match the drives and tag (3 axle) and had me on my way shortly. I could not have asked for better service from Mitch, John?, and Randy (who actually did the work) as well as the team in Lafeyette where I had to go to pick up the tire. If those two stores are an example of the service level that Pomp's gives it one time customers they have a great corporate cultural and hire good people. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Great company. The manager that helped me was Mike. He did an amazing job. My tires were on and off in a very timely manner. Prices are very competitive. Definitely going back for future tire needs!

Brakes siezed up on me and I m from out of town. These fellas got me in and out within 4 hours so I could get back on the road!! Excellent service and all the guys there were very very nice!!!!

Chose to come here because of the good reviews. Hopefully next person doesn t get the same bad experience I had with a small patch job. The manager was nice to refund money back.

What an excellent business, finding me new tires and getting them on in no time at all, with such excellent prices!! Joe and Mitch had a amazing customer service and are a main reason Pomp s will be my main tire service in the future!
