I rate Napoleon Body shop 5 stars hands down! The customer service I received was incredible! They did excellent work! I got my car back really fast. It looks like a brand new car and runs magnificently! Shout out to the manager Caesar that made me feel comfortable and walk me through the whole process step by step! I highly recommend this body shop!You re in great hands!

Body shop work was performed professionally and timely. I was always informed of the progress of the repair and any parts issues that occurred. Any delays that we experienced was generally due to disagreements between the shop and my insurance company over OEM and refurbished parts and I was even included in those conversations. Bottom line, repairs were excellent without question. We are very pleased.

Napleton Cadillac in Hammond IN does an amazing job! My car was pretty bang up and needed some paint work as well as dents removed and Caesar and his staff did exactly that, they brought my 2021 XT6 back to looking brand new. NCH also does a great job with detailing as well. NCH completed my vehicle in a timely manner.

This collision repair shop is outstanding . Having dealt with other shops in the past , I can tell you that this one is super efficient & they get the work done incredibly fast & the outcome is excellent . The manager in charge makes all calls & arrangements & keeps his promises . I highly recommend this collision repair shop to everyone who wants their car fixed right & having to spend the shortest amount of time possible without the use of your car . I have dealt with several other body shops in the past & they were all terrible .

This place does perfect work. 5 weeks for minor quarter panel damage? And lie. Originally Caesar said 7-10 days, then another week, another week and so on. I would not let them work on a roller skate.

Do not go here!!!!! You have been warned. This place is a scam and all insurance companies needs to ban them. Your car will be here for months before it is even worked on and once it is it s always something not quite finished. Cesar is a fraud and I wouldn t recommend this business to my worst enemy!!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Cesar gave my insurance company an estimate to replace a moon roof . MY insurance company paid them in full. so Cesar tells me several months later and dozens of phone calls he cannot fix it because they didn't know how. My Mercedes was transported to Napleton Mercedes in Schererville Indiana. After Several months there my car was finally repaired. My Mercedes was shipped back to Napleton Hammond Body Shop. Here is the kicker After having my mercedes almost one year and I heard every apology from Cesar he wanted an additional $1000.00 if I wanted to pick up my car. After My insurance paid them in full with no deductible . To end this nightmare I paid $1000-.00 . So yes I don't think Cesar is honest nor truthful in the words that come out of his mouth. Napleton is not a shop I would return to. I also tried to report the to the BBB guess what they are not registered. What a surprise!

Amazing experience w/this body shop! My 18 Mercedes Benz AMG was rear ended by a careless driver, and the insurance company took 100% liability for it. I took my vehicle to this shop upon recommendation of the dealership I bought it from.The individual who assisted me throughout the entire process (Patrick) was an absolute pleasure to work with. I dropped it off on the 2nd, and got it back on the 12th in perfect condition. The entire process was pain free, the quote was very reasonable, and the quality of work was up to par from what I expected w/the recommendation from my dealer.Fast forward a few months, I decide that I m going after the individual who hit me for diminished value on my new vehicle. I stop by, and Patrick gives me all the paperwork I need to prove my claim + more.Hopefully I won t have to bring one of my vehicles to a body shop in the future (Hoping and praying I don t get hit again), but if I do, I m taking it here to get repaired - thanks Napleton!
