I am writing this review with a mix of disappointment and hope. My recent experience with your U-Haul rental service was not up to the standard I have come to expect from your organization.The issue began when I attempted to check in the rental truck electronically from my phone, but the process did not work as expected. The next day I proceeded to the counter to complete the return in person. Unfortunately, the young desk clerk I interacted with was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional in his demeanor.Unprofessional BehaviorThe clerk used profanity and was rude in his interactions with me. This type of behavior is unacceptable, as your employees are representatives of both Kevin's Automotive and U-Haul. They should understand that their actions directly impact the reputation and customer experience of your business.Potential for ImprovementHowever, I believe this was an isolated incident and that your organization has the potential to provide excellent service. The older employee I worked with for the pickup was pleasant and helpful, which leads me to believe this was the result of a rogue employee rather than a systemic issue.I am hopeful that the rude employee will take this feedback to heart and use it as an opportunity to improve their customer service skills and professionalism. With the right training and guidance, I believe they can become a valuable asset to your team.ConclusionIn conclusion, while I am disappointed with the negative experience I had, I am willing to give Kevin's Automotive another chance. I believe that with the right focus on customer service and employee development, your organization can provide the high-quality experience I have come to expect. I look forward to seeing the improvements in the future.

U-Haul rental. Kevin tried working with me for a car dolly rental and a truck rental but due to U-Haul s policy. I couldn't rent both together. I was traveling 150 miles there and back in one day and returned the rentals. I was told that they cannot rent the dolly and truck together because it was considered a local run. I ended up having a buddy rent the truck and me rent the dolly. Which I considered VERY unnecessary. I paid roughly 500 dollars for 8 hours of usage. It's ridiculous but I needed to move that day. Don't be like me and plan ahead.

Everything about my experience was great. I had to get a U-haul last minute. The customer service was fantastic. Picking up and dropping off was super easy. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!! I will certainly be back the next time I need something!!

Highly recommend! The staff was friendly, informative and patient especially for not a car savvy person. They were able to hear my concerns with my car and go above and beyond to get the correct parts while maintaining communication throughout the whole process. They even inspected my car and let me know any concerns they saw. Prices were reasonable (main cost is parts but that s just inflation). Also, I really appreciated the care they took with not leaving a fingerprints or any dust in my car. Will definitely being going back for future services!Service: Auto brake repair

Kevin was very friendly and very thorough on explaining my Uhaul rental .It was very pleasant to have him call to confirm the date one week out ,just to make sure everything was good.Great customer service with a smile.I would recommend his service again.

Forgotten what Great Customer Service is? Bring your vehicle here and you will be reminded! Brought in a car that was in need of brakes, and was displaying a "check engine light." Being prepared for the oxygen sensor to be replaced (Code reader from AutoZone indicated this), the mechanic showed me a badly cracked vacuum hose that caused the "check engine" light. They fabricated a solution with new material and charged me nothing. Later, the same mechanic showed me a scratched caliper missing two bolts.EIGHT out of ten shops would have tacked on a $230+ sensor replacement charge, and another $350 for a replacement caliper. Kevin charged me for a brake job, and $6.13 worth of bolts. Less than $700! Thank ypu!Services: Electrical, Auto maintenance

TERRIBLE SERVICE.I scheduled a U-haul pickup for December 15, 2019 a week in advance. a week. I was told they were going to give me a call a day before to confirm my reservation. Never got a call, I was the one who called about an hour before they closed.Once I called I got a woman with a rude attitude. Which had to give me a call back, she did but was rude. Second time I called I got a man with a rude attitude.I asked for the steps to picking up the u-haul since I was picking it up on Sunday and they re closed. They both explained that I was going to get an email with the steps. I got the email and followed the steps.Sunday morning at 7:50 am I went about to go pick up the truck. I got there, opened the app and tapped on the Pick up my truck option. Nothing came up other than a message stating that I had to wait for the place to open at 7:00 am in order to pick up the truck. Again it was 7:50 and they are closed on Sundays. I then called Customer service and they were as helpful as a rock. I was on hold for 30 minutes and got redirected to the wrong department 3 times.Turns out that absolutely NO ONE from Kevin s Automotive took the time to set up my reservation as a self pick up (which I did when I reserved it a week in advance and they also had to do it. At least from what the representative told me) and so that s why I never was able to get the code to get the key from the lockbox.I then called Penske and they were able to help. Great service, pricey but definitely a much better experience than U-haul. So I would say it s worth it.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great place !Had a Trailer Hitch installed on my vehicle and he was able to order the one I wanted. I seen install videos on doing it and they usually run the power wire under the outside of the vehicle going to the battery for the wiring harness. I was surprised when he said he ran it inside under the trim out of the elements.So happy he did that !Professional job, no shortcuts.

Rented a truck from them to move when my girlfriend kicked me out of her house! Very good price to begin with! Brought the truck back almost six hours late! They let me slide with no extra charge! Either they re really cool or just felt sorry for me!

Was led on to believe would be able to get one way truck all the way up til the morning of. Then tried to say they didn't have a reservation for us. In the end they rented us a local truck we had to bring back. Just be honest if you can't do it you can't do it. Let us decide if we want to try to take our business elsewhere if possible.

Rented from them on 1/12/19. Kevin and his family were awesome! They made sure that we had everything we needed to make our move as smooth as possible! 2 thumbs up!

They do amazing work. Not to expessive they will work with you. They don't mess around they get stuff done. The owners have two kids that work for him and his wife the kids are amazing as well.

I didn't repair my car here however I drove a one way uhaul to this location and happen to forget the ipass in the vehicle. upon calling back SEVERAL days later to inquire about the ipass. the owner told me it was safe in his office ready to be picked up.Now you tell me, would you wana trust your vehicle with someone like that? absolutely.

This place is the worst. I have been renting the truck for a while, but my experience with this place is just wrong, starting with the owner asking me questions that had nothing to do with the car I already picked online before I got there and moving forward to him charging me a cleaning fee for a truck that was clean and after hour drop off. I don t advise you to go here just terrible experience.

I left my backpack in one of the pickup truck went there next day to pick it up stuff from the inside of the backpack were missing call the lady and right away she gave me an attitude don't waste your time going to these people. You're nothing but thieves

Seemed very nice & professional at first but then they kept stalling with the truck , had no gas & was dirty and then tried to raise the price . Would not recommend .

Closed before returning uhaul at 6pm. I confirmed that they were open until 6pm. 530pm and business closed.Plus not friendly at all.

Great place to go for mechanical work,also rent a U-Haul,there's even a notarizer!( person to go to to get a letter notarized)"O" & u can buy a 5 gallon bucket of laundry detergent there also!!! I 100% recommende Kevin's Automotive

Never ever again use them ..they charge you for everything....we put gas in the truck and they say we never put gas in the truck.....my advice don't use them at all
