Very polite staff, little bit of a wait but services take time, and ya can't choose who gets there before ya lol. so its no big deal, great for oil or tire change

Literally never bring your car here for tires. I brought mine here a few weeks ago and they put brand new tire on the front passenger side. Well the tire never did hold air so I brought it back since it was under warranty and they told me that "the rim was bent and it never would hold air" and I said "well the rim was bent before I brought it here" and she went into her notes and said "yeah they made a note of it you sure they didn't tell you" I was like "well they should have told me or I wouldn't have bought the tire I would have had the rim fixed" and now they won't do anything besides try bead seal.

Great price, personable providers, and prompt service with an appointment.

Hours changed at auto care center but not reflected on their Internet site. Also, you must have an appointment -that takes two weeks- before you can get a leaking tire patched; even if you have purchased the Walmart road hazard warranty for your vehicles tires.

The woman and guy who run the auto center at this location are awesome and very informative. The work they do is great. However, I did see them taking a fuel pump out of a box that was in my trunk and they were just looking at it but due to that some of the bolts I needed were gone. Not sure if they fell out or were stolen. I'd like to think they wouldn't be stolen but needless to say, it is not okay to rummage through someone's stuff. I'm unclear why they did that. I only got an oil change and a deodorizer treatment.

This has to be the worst service ever. The fact that the Service guys just stand and talk would explain why it takes almost 2 hours for an oil change. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had a flat that needed fixed. I couldn't get it off and put the donut on so they did that for me so I could get to an appointment while they fixed the other. Then they swapped them out again when it was fixed. Great customer service and accommodating .Service: TiresService: Tires

Absolute trash service. Went in for a simple oil change. No one , the managers especially, acts like they have a clue how to run a business. Waited for nearly 3 hours in the waiting area while other cars were serviced before mine that arrived after me. By far the worst oil change experience ever. Go elsewhere with your business.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Have had my oil change done here for the past year, no problem.Bought 2 tires, when they balanced them, apparently they didn't get them on very good. I was driving down the road, felt n heard something. Then noticed the car was steering different. Went back, they said they had not done anything wrong. But after looking they seem the weights were gone. Otherwise they are not bad.

1/7/19. Got an oil change and was told 45min to complete. 2:30 hours later and they still haven t finished. There were only three cars ahead of me and they and a couple behind me are done but still waiting on mine. Such a joke. If it s busy at least be honest and say it s going to take 2:30 hours so I can plan accordingly instead of BSing me and wasting my whole day. Very disappointed.

I ve had gotten my tires replaced late January 30th, 2021. After, talking with shop manager when checking in on what you would like serviced and hand your keys over to them. Give you a shop ticket number, advice you that they page over store intercom when complete. Time had go on seeming longer than should be. Van was park why out in the darkened area and was snowing extremely and my van was covered. On the order I paid to have serviced 2 front tires, battery replaced, wiper blades, oil changed, check fittings for grease normal inspections. So I was unable to inspect the vehicle condition after serviced. Drive 2miles and the muffler come down drag it. Wipper blades replaced fell off, two or three days later had front spring snapped and had to pay repair on. Looks like the van hunched up in the center floor and vans body is stressed. After future investigations, since the weather is better. You can see where the floor lift used on my vehicle had crashed the same distance on both sides. I believe that Walmart service center is responsible for the damages I incurred and has bent the body frame. Of course they telling me I should have reported sooner on the day of. Long story to sum up, please inform your service tech or before bending into a contract agreement on service rendered. That the vehicle is not to be moved out of the service bay until you fully expect you vehicle for damage and you service had been actually completed. That s how these shops get away with damages rendered from their negotiation

Dropped off my car for an oil change and got it back in an hour with two people ahead of me, no appointment (first come first serve). Cost was one of the cheapest in town and Anthony the Department Head was really helpful and friendly even though they were short staffed and he told me about my car without making me feel pressured into buying anything.

I have only used this facility twice and both times I had a issue. The first time I needed lugs nuts and they didn't have them in the right size. I had to go buy some and come back. I feel I should have been reminbursed. This time I bought a battery for my lawn tractor and it was the wrong one. I live over 20 minutes away. It is not convenient to drive back and forth.

One other vehicle there at the time and waited over 2 hours for tires. Get home and notice that one of my OEM lug nuts is now some new shiny round lug nut. Is it a big deal they had to use a different one? No but, yes. Did they lose the other one? Did they cross thread my post? Good questions. Had they mentioned this at the time I would have looked at it and known what was going on. Next time I'll ride on my donut an hour to go somewhere else.

Mechanic was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Was going to purchase new windshield wipers that were pricey and a brand I've never used. He suggested I go with different wipers that worked better & were lower priced. They are the best wipers I've ever used. I TOTALLY recommend getting your car serviced here.

Pulled in for an oil change at 3:00 in the afternoon and there were four cars in the bay. The people behind the counter were rude and didn't seem to care. Told me it would be an hour wait which I thought was acceptable however after an hour went by I was told it would be at least another half-hour wait... I hope their shop guys are more professional than there customer service people.

Worst service ever received in years. I waited for 3+ hours to get one tire patched. Worst of all, the other customer came two hours after me got his tire done half an hour before me.

They said an hour, after an hour we checked in on it and we got told another 45 minutes. Would not recommend to anyone that actually has plans

They did a great job with my tires. It took longer than I was hoping, but that's because they were busy. And busy is a sign of good work being done.

I called and asked for goodyear tires that was $50 I seen on the internet they said they didn't have them when we went to the store and after they already started I seen the $50 good year tires when leaving the woman at the front desk is completely rude I will never buy any tires from this place again to the lady if you don't like your job find another. It's not that hard

Got an oil change. Took 1 1/2 hours because there was a line. I was able to shop while I was waiting.

The team here stayed almost an hour late on a Sunday night to help me after I had popped a tire 200 miles from home and 100 from my destination. I seriously can t thank them enough and wish there were more I could do more than write reviews and tell the manager what a stellar group they have

The reviews are right. Takes about two hours to get an oil change and I only had ONE car in front of me. Watched them through the window and they were so slow. Wandering about like lost puppies.
