Very fair, friendly, knowledgeable, can work on older vehicles, ( 1950 needed A-arm bushings, and alignment) from ohio would recommend 100%, reasonably priced.

Went in for a repair estimate and tire repair. Made an appt for 10am they got me right in. Plenty of comfy seats in the waiting room. Friendly staff. Got me an estimate and got my tires fixed quickly. I would recommend this shop.

I just had my daughters car towed in from Indiana Wesleyan University to Bo's Tire and Auto. They replaced the battery and checked the charging system. They took excellent care of her car and offered her a ride and everything. They genuinely cared about US to make sure that WE were taken care of. The service was fast and the price was more than fair. Excellent communication and every detail was explained to us. Thank you!Service: Battery

I was on my way from Missouri to Michigan when I snapped a U-joint on interstate 69. My husband called this shop, they were able to get me in the next morning, worked with us to find a drive shaft in our price range, and got us back on the road without hurting our pockets! CANNOT thank them enough! Highly recommend them and appreciate their help!

My husband took our car to get a new fuel pump and was told it would cost like $500-$600 when he went to go pick it up he was told that they put on a new throttle body and that would now cost him $800 they never called him and told him that he needed a new throttle body or even asked if they should put the new throttle body on. They just did and then expected him to pay for it. Then when we took our car home it was still having the same issues that it was having when we took in to the shop. We take it back and they say they can t find a issue and have no clue what we are talking about. The car was literally dying while we were driving it and slowing down when we pressed on the gas. So we take it home again just for it to die on us while driving on the interstate. My husband take the car back to the shop AGAIN and asked that a mechanic drive with him so he can show them exactly what it s doing. The mechanic agrees that there is something wrong with it and they keep our car for 4 days just for us to get it back with the same issue. We are never going back there again. Such a nightmare.

Great folks reasonably priced.Honestly serviced my truck. Didn't try to tell me alot was wrong. Highly recommend and will return!

They worked on my truck the day my alternator failed. I was able to get it back that afternoon. I was impressed with their service was prompt and friendly. I mentioned a problem with my brakes and they took a quick look and found a brake line that was leaking and replaced it right then! I will go to them as often as needed.

Over $800 to change a water pump, when handed the keys back it ran like crap, I took it back in and asked why it didn't run as well as when I dropped it off. I was told they would look it over and make sure they didn't leave a hose off or something to that effect, 1 WEEK later with no phone call I went in to ask what the deal was, they had just finished it up and said it could use a tune up and that's the reason for it's sudden change in running condition.They will say they went above and beyond for me, but I will suggest you go out of your way to have your vehicle serviced elsewhere.

Another place said we needed new brakes. Bo's checked and said that our brakes were fine, saving us the cost of a repair that we did not need.

Services i didn't ask for! I took my vehicle to be repaired and when I went to pick it up they had done a repair that wasn't authorized! I still got charged for the repair even though I wasn't asked if I wanted it repaired.
