Had a recall on my car for headlight relay. 15yrs ago+Well after all that time I realize why they had a recall. The lights one day won't come on...Calling Every Ford dealer close around was at least a month out.Called Yoders Talked to service.Told them my situation.Got me scheduled for the following week.Great facilities. I was pleased with my oil change. However my car was done and I waited for almost a half hour while the employee had a conversation with another customer about hot rods. I finally walked to the service center only to find out my car had been done all that time. Easy to schedule an appointment with, and they respond fast to emails sent. Only took about 30 mins for the oil change and they checked all fluids, air filters, brakes, and tires. Had them install an awesome tonneau cover on my 2022 Ford F-150. Install was well done and in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with my visit to their service center and will return again for any services that I may require in the future. Excellent people and superior products. I had a factory recall for an airbag replacement done and the resistor for the AC fan replaced. They returned my old parts, explained the repairs and even got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. Nice job, guys.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I went there for recall work. Service Manager was not friendly. I asked that they also reset the oil change light for me since I had the oil changed but could not get it to reset. They said they would. Car was repaired quickly and seems to be working properly. Oil change light was NOT reset like they said they would. Seems like they didn t care for my business since they weren t getting paid. Went there since it was my local dealership. Don t know if I ll go back.

They diagnosed the problem with my seatbelt light and promptly found the parts. The customer service was exceptional. They were accommodating with our schedule and reasonably priced.

Vehicle purchased in another state and they were willing to take care of a recall even under this circumstance along with no service history with them. This is an example of doing the right thing. Outstanding service and commitment!!!!

They treated me very nice. They got to me to do a recall repair very quickly and i didn t have to wait very long. One other staff member stopped and spent time with me showing their interest in treating me well as a customer
