Traves did great working on my Suzuki M109R. Bike had a lot of issues from sitting a long time and a poor transmission from factory. He made it better and stronger so i won t have to worry. Communication was great and bike looks better then when i dropped it off. Appreciate it!

Cool place to get your power sports toys worked on. They were the only place within an hour+ drive that had the mikuni vm32 carburetor main jets i needed.

Unfortunately my experience with Platinum Performance wasn't ideal. Hired them to specifically remove my carburetors and reinstall them after having them rebuilt and sync them. So remove, reinstall and sync. That was made clear from the start. My first issue was in removing the carbs they were scratched most likely from a flat head screwdriver. My second issue and my biggest gripe was we agreed on $360 start to finish. Well when picking the bike up suddenly my bill was nearly $450 because they took it upon themselves to drain my tank , clean my tank and refill my tank all of which I never would have agreed to because it didn't need done and that wasn't our agreement. They had my phone number so if you think you need to do something that's going to increase the final bill and is outside of the agreed work to be preformed then a simple phone call would have prevented this. Additionally I run high octane fuel and a certain brand. They refilled my bike with cheap 87 octane. Which I later removed and replaced. My complaint is about the lack of communication and increasing my bill without my okay for work I never agreed to. Come on now those are simple commonsense business practices. This also could have been corrected at checkout by owning the mistake and not charging me for the work I didnt agree to. No attempt was made at that.

I had not rode my bike and I had .two of them and took both over to be repaired just before winter in 2021. I spoke with the owner Travis and let him know that I wasn't in a rush and wanted everything checked out. I also said that since winter was coming that I also wanted my bikes stored. It gave me time to not rush him and for me to pay him on a agreement that worked for both of us. I got both bikes out this year and sold one to a cousin and had it shipped. I did not have any problem with any diagnosis or price and I felt like after getting to know Travis, he is a great and honest business man and I would recommend him to anyone because I think he's very fair on his prices and very knowledgeable in his work. If there's something that he doesn't do, he will refer you to another place that might do that type of work. I first started doing business when his shop was about 20 miles away near Garrett, Indiana wand and was happy when he acquired a new shop in Fort Wayne on Highview Dr, near Hugenard and Washington Center Road.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

GREAT communication and service. I told Travis what I needed done on my GSXR and he went above and beyond. He kept me up to date with every step and provided pictures. There were things on my bike that needed to get fixed that I didn't know and Travis provided his opinion and cost effective ways to get the job done. I will definitely return and recommend him to anyone looking to get work done from an honest and reliable shop. Could not be any happier. You wont be disappointed!

I had a great experience here. I got everything fixed on my bike that I wanted. The work was very high quality and I was very happy with the result. Traves is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knows how to fix anything I ve asked him to, including a motor mount that needed welded back together. He always asks before he buys new parts for issues that weren t apparent at first, so you won t get any unexpected expenses. Traves is great at going through with you about what needs fixed and what may need to be fixed. I ve learned a lot just from talking with him. Traves did a great job fixing my bike for me. He was super friendly and affordable. He got my bike done in a timely manner and kept me updated along the way. He fixed all my issues and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend platinum performance for all motorcycle repairs.

Nothing like honesty and a job well done. This business has been growing before my very eyes. Have had work done in the past and was very satisfied.Glad they have moved to Fort Wayne. I would not consider having anyone but Traves maintain my vehicle.

Needed spark plugs changed and Quickshifter installed on my R1. Traves took care of it and it runs great and quickshifter works as it should. I am very pleased. He also Identified and fixed some cut wires from my radiator fan.I will be bringing all my vehicles to him in the future.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair
