I got a flat on my car on the interstate on my way home to Ohio. Southern Tire Mart were SO UNDERSTANDING and SO HELPFUL! They helped me buy a tire nearby, even shuttling me there to get it, and installed it in no time! They inflated all 4 tires and made sure I was good to go! They are wonderful, kind people who do great work! Many thanks to Jake, especially!

Our car had an unexpected flat tire on a Friday night. I found Southern Tire Mart via google and spoke with Becca. She was patient, friendly, and helpful. We were able to receive help to get our car with the spare tire and eventually a new tire from a nearby shop. Ty and Tucker were extremely helpful in making sure we got back safely on the road. Thank you so much for all your help from the entire team. You are in good hands here.

So came in for 4 new trailer tires formy Conestoga trailer, long story. Eyriaha was the tire tech/mech on duty along with Austin, & Trent.Kim at the desk, all were EXCEPTIONAL in the duties. Made me feel really comfortable with all of the information they fed me, ensuring I was able to make the best decision for me and my equipment. Given that I purchased EIGHT new tires rather than the Four I initially came in for, these guys knocked it outta the park. Hooked me up with an all matching set.Would definitely recommend this store specially, but more importantly, Southern Tire Mart overall.

Very great customer service , had a flat the owner not only helped looked for a new tire because they didn t have my tire in stock but TOOK ME THERE TO GO GET IT?!! really appreciate him & his customer service if I could give this business a 1000 star review I truly would thank you so much !!!

I brought my car in for a persistent low tire pressure and the kind technician was able to efficiently fix the problem, explain everything thoroughly, and get us back on the road safely

Sat here for 4 hours to be told I was first in line for when they open at 6am. At 615am they rolling in another truck before me. I call I get told your truck is sitting in my shop and I said no. Then get told oh well your second. Someone lied somewhere
