They were able to get my car in for an oil change quicker than the other places I called. They were very friendly, had good pricing, and their waiting area was spacious and clean. All in all a good experience, and I will definitely return.

My Monday morning began by trying to start my truck with no luck. Seemed like a dead battery. Another local place said it would be Thursday before they could look at it. Called William s Service Center and Matt said even though they were pretty busy, they would work it in. Sure enough Monday afternoon got the call that the battery was shot but because alternator was shot. Got a call first thing Tuesday morning my truck was done. Top notch customer service. Afraid the other local shop has lost my business! Well done William s Service Center. See you again.

Very pleased with Williams Auto from the first time I used them four years ago.Like that they take appointments and that they are timely with the appts.I not had a single issue with their auto work and their prices are fair and reasonable.Would recommend to family, friends and strangers.

William's Service Center is my favorite place to take my car. I have lived a lot of places and driven a lot of miles; hence have been to a lot of places for work on my vehicle. The people at William's are very personable and friendly which is often hard to find these days. Beyond that they are knowledgable, fair, and appear to have integrity. Tough to beat.

An honest shop, anywhere else would've charged to "diagnose" an engine light on. They filled my tires, cleaned my gas cap and said come back in a week if the light comes back on.. "I'll get a new gas cap by the way too" but they are a great shop you ask me. I've had 3 vehicles in there and always good work.

Worse experience I can ever recall having at a business.First repair service: I took my car in because it was leaking some kind of fluid. After keeping my car for a week they called to say it was ready and charged me $1700(!!). Except, it wasn t fixed still leaking! I took it in a week later and they now say the leak is somewhere else, and they want to charge me hundreds more. They seem very unsure of how to identify the problem so $1700 later, I left and nothing has changed.Perhaps equally as upsetting is their (lack of) customer service. I spoke with John on the phone and in person. He has no ability to interact professionally with a customer. He was rude, condescending, and lacked any sense of professionalism. He worked on my car both times and instead of acknowledging that his first efforts were ineffective, he told me I was welcome to come back and look at the car and see if I could figure out the problem!It was clear I was going to get nowhere with him so when I left I called the owner (who was at the other location). I expected that a business owner would want to know they type of person who is representing his business bottom line, he was not bothered in the least by his employee s rudeness and lack of professionalism. I suppose this attitude would be acceptable if they could deliver on their product, but that was not the case. As far as I can tell, the only thing William s Service Center is good at is taking people s money (without remorse) and providing very poor service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I recently bought new tires for my car and I've always heard to get an alignment whenever you get new tires. So I made an appointment and came in. A few minutes after pulling my car around, a mechanic came in to talk with the front desk. To my amazement, he told me that my car was already in the "green zone" and didn't need an alignment today. They could have easily kept my car in the back for 30 minutes and I would have paid the 75 bucks none the wiser. I walked out with no charge and no question about where to take my car the next time I need service. Five stars for honesty.Service: Wheel alignment

I spoke with Joe on the phone about some blinker and exhaust issues I was having with my '02 Cavalier. He was very professional and gave me a quote for fixing it. I dropped the car off Sunday night and it was done by Monday afternoon for less than the price quoted. The building is very clean and professional looking inside and out. Highly recommend!

Great group of employees. They are very friendly and trustworthy! Definitely recommended for good quality service. ATTENTION LADIES: if you have the option to take your car here for repairs or service, DO IT. They are honest and will try to save you money and have competitive prices. A lot of repair shops in town will try to rip women off that don't know a lot about car repairs, but this IS NOT one of those places!

Quality service that I trust. Was honest and did not charge for extras that I did not need. Place was clean and staff professional and courteous. Called to let me know what was going on with my vehicle and asked how they wanted me to proceed. Had 1 place that said my brakes were shot & had to be replaced. They checked & said they did not. Would recommend highly. Joe was very nice.

I recently moved to Fort Wayne and William's was recommended to me by a good friend. I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, quality of work, and the overall ease and enjoyability of the entire experience. One concern that I had was that many shops are not willing to, or not qualified to work on Mercedes Benz, not a problem here at all. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to anyone who needs auto repair or service. Great job William's Service Center!

I LOVE Williams repair shop. I have been to both his locations and have had great experiences. We have been bringing all our vehicles there for years and can't imagine going anywhere else. The staff at the Dupont location goes above and beyond. They are very through and answer all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to ANYONE in need of car repairs.

Prompt and super easy to schedule. Usually get my oil changed here regularly and recently had my battery fail me and needed something ASAP. I took my car to William's when my AC in my car stopped working. They were all incredibly friendly and nice. They explained what was wrong with my vehicle very well and had me scheduled to come back in for the repair in less than a weeks time. They have wonderful pricing and did an amazing job. I had such a good experience I plan on taking my car there for all services including oil changes from now on. Highly recommend.

I called this business to see if they could help me fill my car with antifreeze. They told me to come anytime. When I went, I got right in and they filled it up as promised. When I went to pay, the service mechanic told me there was no charge. That was not something I was anticipating. I would've been happy to. My car took 3/4 of a gallon of antifreeze. I am beyond grateful. Then he gave me professional advice about my vehicle. I will return here for service when my vehicle needs it. A big act of kindness goes a long way. Great people!

I highly reccomend. I had some weird stuff going on with my car, that all my man friends said were huge issues. Being the procrastinator I am- I let it get so bad it wasn't safe to drive any longer so I called them and they were able to work with my schedule -which is pretty crazy. Their hours are nice -being open till 6 instead of 5 is super convenient. I told them I had no idea what was wrong and that I thought I needed some things completely replaced. The man was super reassuring and told me that they would call me and let me know and they did exactly that.Something that I thought was going to be extremely expensive was a very simple affordable fix. This was a relief as I was prepared to eat ramen noodles for the next decade to cover the expenses. They explained in detail what was wrong and broke down the price for me which I really appreciate. I got really amazing customer service and my car seems to be running better than it had been since the last time I had work done to it in 2017. Also- the drop box was super secure which I also appreciated. I will now be a loyal customer, which is lucky for them because I hit a lot of curbs and pot holes and really am a horrible driver. Maybe now I'll get my oil changed at the recommended mileage!

I have been bringing ALL of my cars here for years... From routine maintenance, oil changes, brakes... to major repairs. I always get great customer service, honest and fair pricing, and quality work. And I have trusted them with ALL my European cars that I have owned throughout the years (Mercedes, Jaguar, Mini.... )

Had some problems with my rear brakes. Called and got an appointment within 3-4 days. They got me in for a "FREE" brake inspection! And did just the work required to get me rolling again! Very professional and very personalized. Thanks William's Service family!

Quite possibly the worst repair shop in the tri-state area. I took my car in there with a power steering leak. I was told by another mechanic (i didn't use them because of scheduling) that the low pressure hose had a leak. Williams said they couldn't find a leak but replaced it anyway. Why would you replace a part that isn't broken you ask? Me too. Well, I took the car home and low and behold it was still leaking. I took the car back and they still couldn't find a leak. I took the car in a third time and they said that i needed a new rack and a new power steering pump. $1,300 later and I'm good to go, right? NO! The power steering started whining again. So i took it back to the original mechanic and i now have video evidence that the low pressure hose has a nice leak and is letting air into the system which is causing the whining. I had heard good things about Williams which is why i gave them a chance to begin with. But now? The only thing i trust them to work on is my last nerve, which they apparently are successful at. Took car in to have plugs changed on Monday. They never called. I called them around 330 to see if car was ready. No. They broke plug wire. Again never called. Car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. Charged me for new set of plug wires. $400 later my car was done. I should be happy they didn't charge me labor to install the plug wires. Not going back

Had a oil change and rotated my tires. Prices were reasonable and the service was great. I overheard a conversation between a customer and front desk and I was really impressed on how upfront and personable they are. Will be a return customer!

We got a flat tire on Mayhew Road near William's Service Center. When I inquired of them about my predicament, they not only were helpful, but they even came out to the car to assess the situation. The tire was severely damaged and had to be replaced. They were able to get the car to their shop (so I could avoid a tow), found an exact replacement and put it on the car at a very fair price (no price gouging from these guys!). They were kind, friendly, and professional. Thank you for helping us out in the jam we found ourselves in. You were a blessing to us!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down the best customer service experience of my life. I came in for a safety check on my vehicle. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and they didn't even question it (I'm early for everything). Then they got the test done in 10 minutes and told me that I needed a new serpentine belt. I think the desk guy's name is Joe, he knew I had to be at work soon so he had napa bring the part over and the belt was changed in 35 minutes. I seriously have never been so satisfied with a mechanic in my entire life. Everyone and their mother should go to these guys when they need something.

They had my truck in and out in about fifteen minutes or so for a battery replacement. They did only what I asked for; they didn t spend twenty minutes inspecting it to create a list of work it might need in an effort to drum up more business. They ve earned my business the old fashioned way by doing what I asked for in a quick, efficient manner, doing so in a polite fashion all at a reasonable rate.
