This place is a great find. Quality service and customer experience. I called them 3 times and someone always answered. They got exactly what I needed, offered to pallet and ship the item (for a small fee) and got me going with my project car that's been on pause. Great job guys!

Amanda is absolutely amazing! We had an unfortunate situation with our rims and she moved mountains to help us. It's not often you find people that go above and beyond and she did, which we deeply appreciate. Great service all around! They also had rims that no other salvage yard in a 50 mile radius could help us with.

Amanda is completely worthless and driving this business down. As her family did to Tammy's Towing, you know how they had to sell out to Parker, the owner of this business. Her political, personal, and religious beliefs should have nothing to do with business but she's proved they do. We tried to buy car parts, they said absolutely we'll get them pulled and call you to pick up. She doesn't want to sell to us because of her personal opinion, oh I didn't realize she was that valuable of an employee to impact the money flow. And the fire the consumed this building is very suspicious.

They always have what I need at a reasonable price. Needed an A/C compressor that would've been $400-500+ brand new for $40ish after installing it works perfectly. God bless this business

Absolutely outstanding customer service. It is hard to say this about any business these days. Ryan was very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. Hands down best scrap yard I have dealt with. Even though they are not local to me, I will be paying for them to ship my parts for any of my future needs!

Lowest prices anywhere,including eBay. Respectful employees that are very helpful. I have had autp part stores employees act disrespectful because of my gender. That's not the case at Legal Chop Shop. The shop is easy to locate. It also has easy access for all vehicles. Parts can be ordered and shipped if needed. I definitely will be back and use this business. 30 day return policy if any part is defective.

First time trying this business. Called the night before to make sure that they had the part that I needed. They did. Came the next day to fast and friendly service. Definitely will be returning again. Very very price friendly! Wish I would have found you sooner!

Quick turn-a-round time, fair prices, great work, and excellent people. This place exceeded my expectations. The people who work here are helpful and friendly. I even heard one guy say, as he was leaving for the day, "I don't consider this work, because I love coming in here every day!" I will be back!

I had a great experience with this place, they came highly recommended.They gave me a quote range over the phone pending an inspection of the car and set up a time to meet and have the car towed. When the driver showed up he looked over the car and made an offer that was within the range I was quoted.It was quick and easy and I feel like I got the most I could out of my old car. I would recommend them anyone.

Safelite quoted me $400 dollars for a new window. Legal Chop Shop was able to pull one from their inventory for $45. That same day they pointed me in the direction of a professional installer making my total $120. Their staff was kind and professional. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services and wants to be cost effective.

I broke my car on a Sunday, and they got me in and the car back inside of a day, despite difficulty in finding parts. Added bonus was the ability to rent a van from U-Haul to get us the 105 miles to home for the night.Incredibly good people! I almost hope another car breaks down nearby here.

Never buy from these people order a 3.6 gm engine and got a 4.6 Northstar sent it back for a refund and they don't even want to admit it's the wrong engine.. going thru a hassle with ebay to get my money back right now.. I hope ebay bans them when this is over

First I would just like to say this is second time I have done business with the good people here at Legal Chop Shop and couldn't be happier. The prices are amazing and so is the joyful, fun loving staff. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them for all if you car care needs.

Absolutely phenomenal. These guys do all of our automotive work. Great guy to deal with and he is honest. Now be warned, he will not give you a garbage part just to make you happy even if you see it on a car behind him, if its not good you wont get it. I was trying to get a part for my BMW and the one that was on the car he had there (which i saw when i pulled in) was shotty, so he refused to sell it to me. I was upset at first and got upset, then it turns out they can order any part form any place in the US. He found the part I needed in perfect condition and got it to me the next day. He didn't give me what I wanted, he gave me what I needed, and it was quick. Which was far better and the same price. Kudos to you guys.

These guys got me the passenger door trim and glass I needed to fix my brother's Honda this afternoon. Made for a quick repair and was darn cheap for not having to pull it myself at another local competitor's yard. Will definitely be back.

Took our car here just before going on vaca with a chow inside to get air fixed! Told us your set, all fixed, lasted two states then went out and had to get hotel to get chow out of heat if summer, ruined Vaca!

They had the battery I needed for $35. I went everywhere looking for a used battery, new they were about 120 and that was the cheapest. None of the junk yards had the size i needed but luckily i passed these guys one day and decided to stop in. They had one! They checked it before they gave it to me and its still staying charged! It's been over a month. It's comes with a warranty, I think a month. But I will definitely be back if I need anything else.I think they also do service to vehicles and you can rent uhaul here.

order throttle body part online, received quickly and in great condition well packaged. part numbers matched what was shown online. installed on vehicle and works as should, good part and place to do business with. A+

The mechanics are great! I've always been happy with the diagnosis, explanation, and quality of work. BUT, the woman who handles the U-Haul is easily frazzled and is quick to spout off her politics and religious views, which is completely annoying and unprofessional. The also have a guy who handles the incoming customers who is completely lost and useless. Not the older guy, his name is Stanley I think, but the younger smaller Irish looking guy. Anyway, he spouts off customer service terms with absolutely no way of knowing how to follow through. Bottom line: mechanics awesome, U-Haul and customer service personnel incompetent and annoying.

horrible customer service. they dont care if you come back as long as they get your money the first time. they lie about whats wrong with your vehicle and damaged the inside by breaking off knobs. i also have a few things missing. i had 4 new tires on it when i dropped it off n came back to 2 front tires that were bald and flat. not to mention that the battery was swapped out for a bad one. amp was stolen from under my back seat. several things dont work like 2 of the heated seats, 1 tv in the back wont power on neither will my back up camera. blower only works on high, no headlights due to the switch being broke off. the owner is a crook and allows this to happen. he is very unprofesional. a few so called mechanics were standing next to my vehicle smoking pot. professional, huh

Emily was VERY unprofessional. Which shows in your reviews here AND DEFINITELY in your UHAUL reviews. Paid roughly $155 plus the gas I put in to fill up the truck before drop off for 3 trips in the same city BECAUSE I dropped off at a different location at 1am in the same city. I woke up and they charged me for 4 extra miles, and said I dropped it off at 8:04 AM the next day. Then when I called and asked about why I was charged for two days, and Emily at Goshen Rd said she should've charged me more?! I have the phone call recorded and am waiting for a higher up to get back with me on the email I sent. She was mad because I turned it into the Washington location in town, and not the Goshen location. I ONLY turned it in to the Washington location, (which was out of my way in the first place), because UHAUL texted ME to drop off at 808 Washington! Not to mention, we had to clean out the back of the UHAUL we got anyways, cause it has black powered all over the ground in the back of it which got all over our beds when we loaded it up. Have pictures of UHAUL, millage, screenshots of the texts telling me where to drop it off, and luckily a recording of Emily at Goshen location saying she should've charged me more. ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR THREE TRIPS IN TOWN! I HAD THE UHAUL JUST OVER TWELVE HOURS!!

Great to work with. I believe Mike is who I was working with. Always helpful, easy to work with and has a great attitude. This is the only parts place I have enjoyed going to every time I go.

Great listing of Parts good choices of Parts quality pieces to fix your car lightweight van or truck if you're renting a moving they also hadn't rent you a U-Haul truck and size including ones you can tow behind your car check them out today.
