I had a oil change scheduled. As usual, the service techs greet me with smile and interest. They are always on time for my appointments. I like the cleanliness of the service area and how professional they all are.

Zach serviced my car and listened to everything I had to say, took care of what I was in for and told me some things I might want to have done in the future. It was a pleasant experience and will definitely be back.

The Service staff at Don Ayres is super! They always work with my schedule (shuttle rides or Uber, if needed), are always friendly, and are honest about what repair(s) are needed and when they need to be done (not pushy). Ron Conner is my advisor, and I highly recommend him!!

Brought my van in for an emission system light on the dash. The problem was quickly assessed by Jeremy Sullivan and the technicians. Repairs were made to my van and I was back on the road in a couple of hours.Even during all the construction going on in the service bays and dealership, the service was outstanding.

So sad! How can you charge someone 900 dollars to change brake pads and calibers in the rear only. It is honestly the most I have ever been ripped off in my life! It is just disappointing and says a lot about who you're as a service department.

Recently moved out of Fort Wayne and had a nightmare experience at a different Honda dealership that made me really appreciate how great I had it at Don Ayres! My family has bought several cars from here over 20+ years and gone here for most of our service. Their service staff has always been so incredibly attentive and professional. They stay on schedule and keep you in the loop about everything. They ll tell you exactly what they re observing, how certain they are of the cause, what your options are, etc. Earlier this year, they did a lot of detailed diagnostic work to replicate and identify an engine issue I d been having and had narrowed it down to something they d never seen before, involving a specific part that was fairly expensive and needed to be ordered, but I was willing to do it because they were confident it was the source of the issue. They were right about that, because it s never happened again in the 6 months since they worked on it. However, what really impressed me about this experience was that, while they were installing the new part, they realized there didn t seem to be anything mechanically wrong with the existing part, and it turned out to be a turn it off and back on again kinda thing where just the process of de- and re-installing it, cleaning things off, etc. seemed to resolve the problem. And they were honest with me about this! They put my existing part back in and only charged me for the time spent diagnosing it. They care about building trust and relationships with their customers. When I called them last week after going in for routine brake maintenance at a dealer in my new city and getting hit with a $10,000 quote for a bunch of urgent major repairs, my service advisor from that engine repair took time to look into his files and discussed with me whether it was realistic for any of those things to have gone from completely fine to catastrophic failure in 6 months, as this place was claiming. In general, Don Ayres has been willing to be realistic with me about what s worth fixing on a vehicle as old as mine instead of just trying to get as much money out of me as they can. Cannot recommend them enough!

Not a fan. I know too many people who have bought cars,vans,SUVs, from them. They are always taking them in to be worked on. If their shop damages your vehicle they say it was the tow company or anyone but them. Good luck

Purchased a new Honda Passport two weeks ago. The service department/prep department was supposed to put on running boards. The wrong brackets came in so they took ones off another vehicle and put on ours. They also were supposed to put a wax coating on the paint to protect it. Had I not taken it to get the undercoating done at ziebart I would have never known it wasn't done. I have spoken with people there and they in turn had a " meeting" with the GM. They have decided that they are NOT going to reimburse me for having Ziebart put a coating on the car . It's pretty much Sorry about your luck and don't let the door hit you on the way out!! They are in no way offering any help with the issue. DON'T BUY FROM DON AYERS IN FORT WAYNE IN!!! Especially if you are a senior citizen and a widow

Thank you Ben Rose for being on time and friendly. Service center was buzzing yesterday morning and I saw happy energetic team members everywhere. I got to work fast because shuttle driver Ted was ready to go. Thank you for another wonderful experience!

Our service technician, Ben Rose was very kind and knowledgeable. He arranged for me to come in to have an issue looked at when the schedule was full. He checked my van and assured me that it would be okay.

Repair rep told me the oil change, tire shift, and car wash would take an hour. Took exactly 1h and 2m, I was quite impressed. Nice service too! Highly recommended.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR HONDA HERE.I was just bilked out of $300+ for them to do what appears to be nothing...My experience is as follows:I called to set up an time to bring my car in for a check & to have some maintenance items quoted. The scheduler was pleasant & was able to get me in quickly but I knew something was off when the service tech Chuck called & attempted to hard-sell me on a $700+ dollar set of tires (elsewhere the exact same tires cost $250 including install). I still dropped off my car at night for them to take a look at it the following morning.After getting a message from Chuck in the morning I called back to discuss some of the issues including some pricing, I told him I did not want the tires, he then told me he would have a full list of items & prices around lunch. He called a left another message w/ additional issues & what do you know the original prices had gone way up due to parts that were unavailable & needed to be ordered (which were extremely overpriced; y'all know we have the internet right?). I told him to hold off on basically everything except for a few minor items a light, air filter & wiper blade and told him I would pick it up later that day.I get to the Service department around 5:30PM & Chuck is gone for the day but I am instructed to go pay which I do. I come back out to the service department where another tech who briefly goes over their inspection, asks me if I have any questions, & sends me on my way.I walk out to my car & hit the unlock button and it is obvious the indicator light which I approved for them to fix & paid for does not work. I go back into the service department ask the tech about the light. He walks out to the vehicle with me and suggests that they just "changed the wrong light" and I would need to bring my vehicle back in. Initially making it sound as if I would be paying for this service but after noticing my dismay he just turned & walked away.I'll check but at this point I'm not sure entirely sure that they did actually changed the air filter. So what exactly did my $300+ buy me other then a chance for Don Ayers to try to gouge & up-sell me on tires, brakes & cooling system hoses (which they admitted were working)? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.Off to file my BBB complaint, Yelp & any other review sites someone might see this experience to help hopefully help them in avoiding this place.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair
