I live 2 hours away and my tire shredded on the highway. I called around and everyone wad so outrageously priced and/or couldn't get my tire size in but Tire Barn was reasonable, fast, and so professional. They handled my car with care and explained everything perfectly. The reviews are legit. My car runs so smooth. Thank you!

I just had new wheels put on my Mercedes c43, and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best tire shops I ve been too so far. the gentleman behind the front counter was extremely nice. The car was pulled in carefully and put on the lift correctly to make sure no damage was done. The sales manager Chris Rediske was very professional, and took the upmost care to make sure my wheels were put on correctly with attention to detail. It s hard to find this nowadays at most tire shops. Chris and Tristan also went above and beyond to stay late after the store was closed to finish my vehicle. Needless to say, I m extremely happy with the service and their willingness to work with me.

My visit was not planned, it was an emergency fix for a flat and the customer service was awesome. The crew at the Mundy Drive/Fishers, IN location made an unexpected uncomfortable situation humerus and easy. They were friendly, hospitable and gave prompt service. 10 star experience!

My first experience at this location was awesome! Assistant manager (lost his business card ) was great with getting me taken care of last minute before close. The team were all friendly and very efficient. This place will get you taken care of for sure!

Went in on a Sunday with no appointment. Needed a new tire since we had a blowout on the old one. Austin Bauer was top notch!!! He explained everything we would need and matched the other tires we purchased elsewhere about 5k miles ago. Although they were short staffed due to illness, he treated us like we were his only customer! He explained that there were a few cars in front of us, but he'd be happy to fit us in. Never had a nicer gentleman than Austin! We recommend him and this location to anyone in need of great service!

Bought aftermarket wheels for my vehicle and ran into a litany of issues upon having them mounted. Chris and his staff were absolutely incredible to work with! Chris personally took the time to resolve the issues on multiple appointments to make sure the vehicle drove as it was supposed to. Will bring all my future business here.

Staff here were great. They let me know quickly that there was a delay in the delivery of the tires that were ordered. When they arrived our van was taken care of in no time

If there is a zero star that s what I would give them. This happened twice .we bought 4 new tires 3 years ago. One of the tires kept leaking air. Long story short they determined irreparable and must buy new tire. They wouldn t put the tire back and I was forced to pay over 300 to buy new tire.this happened to another friend as well.

Had a flat and the dealership where I have a warranty couldn't get me in for 5 days. Tire Barn got me in within a half hour. They didn't have the tire I needed in stock but ordered it in the morning, aired up my tire so I could go home, and called me back in the afternoon. I was flustered and overwhelmed and they were kind and warm and took great care of me. They made a frustrating event a pleasant experience. Thank you to the gentlemen working today!

Took car there to get a nail out and a patch told them I upgrading soon. First guy looks at it and tells me it will be a while so I leave. Second guy calls to say he will sell me a new tire but won t repair my tire because it s too old. Car dealership said my tires were fine one month prior at my oil change. If you want help go someplace else if you want new tires maybe they can help

I was impressed by the professional and personal interaction. My wait was short and the repair was completed in less than 30 minutes. Wow! I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family. This type of customer service is really awesome. Thanks.

Walked in the door 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night - these guys attacked our car like a pit crew! Fastest 4-tire purchase I've ever made. Had the tires for a couple months now. No complaints. Great ride.5/20/2023... second set of tires, second time back for balancing. The stick-on weights keep falling off. Tires are nice but can't do a road trip with a vibration.

We had a bolt lodged in our tire while on our way home from a road trip. Amanda was great from start to finish! She quickly got us checked in and diagnosed the problem. She explained our options and answered all our questions. We were in and out in under an hour. She was even great with our kids! We had a great experience here.

Received great service today! I had picked up a piece of metal in my back tire causing a slow leak over the weekend. Tire Barn fixed it today for no charge as I had purchased the tire at Tire Barn. Thanks to Greg and the entire team at the Mundy Drive Tire Barn. I ll be back for my next set of tires when needed.

I had a great experience here. Austin was very friendly and helpful. They were able to replace my tire within two hours even though I didn t have an appointment. I highly recommend this place.

I had a very frustrating experience. I made an appointment and spent an hour there waiting. Then finally they came out and they told me they would not do the work. Very exasperating!Jan 2024 updateHad a tire issue on a Sunday. My choices were limited, so went back to TB. Plus that they are open on Sunday when most places are closed. Tech seemed attentive to details. Price was about 25% more than I expected. Not sure if TB is high or inflation across the board

Was able to make an appointment for 8:00am today. I waited for my car versus coming back and waited 40 minutes, just as I was advised. The staff was very friendly and professional. Even though they only had one kind of tire in the size I needed, my car drove great after. Will happily contact this particular Tire Barn for my future needs.

Excellent and fast service. Found a bolt in a tire during our road trip. Every place in the area was either closed or booked up the on a Sunday afternoon. This place had immediate opening and we got two new tires put in within an hour. Customer service was wonderful too!

Took my car Sunday was only vehicle there and still took four hours to get four tires which by the way one person can do in hour or less I use to work at tire shop

Absolutely the worst experience with any retai business I think I've ever had. The tires this store sold me are subpar quality and two of them have failed with under 15k miles on them. The first one simply shredded while I was driving. I was told by the manager that tires don't just fail. All of the tires have had issues with holding pressure and I have been back in to have them checked out but was told that no problem could be found. I brought this tire back again today at 11am and was told to leave it and it would be ready in 3 hours (2pm). Five hours later at 4pm I called to check on the progress and was told that they were just starting on repair. I live 30 minutes from this location so I decided to go ahead and start back. At 4:40pm they called to tell me the tire was ready. Thankfully at this point I was a little more than 5 minutes away. When I got there I was told it would be another hour to put the tire on the vehicle. The manager was anything but polite. He and the other associate at the counter felt the need to do a fist bump when he felt he had sufficiently shut me down from expressing my frustration. Nothing was done to address my concerns about the other tires not holding pressure. Both the manager and the other associate did agree that the set of tires they sold me were indeed cheap tires. Oddly enough it was the same manager who sold me the tires originally and praised them as quality tires at the time. I remember him because of the large holes in his ear lobes. Customer service is certainly not a priority at this store unless you drive a late model high dollar car. Problem with that is if I can't trust you to treat me well with my older car why would I bring my newer car to you. I will give credit to the tech that put my tire on and delivered my car. Tyler was very polite and calm unlike the manager who refused to acknowledge me further. As far as calling Teresa at the 866 number, well she has a permanent message that she's in a meeting and can't take your call. So any real response to a complaint is nonexistent. After purchasing 4 sets of tires at Tire Barn for all four of my vehicles I have learned my lesson and will not be back.Follow Up: I have received two messages from Teresa to return her call, but as expected, when I called back I got her voicemail.

The staff is always respectful, courteous and flexible to render great service. Mgmt is willing to research and investigate issues until resolved. Always a pleasure working with the Team.

They have good customer service but they seem to mess up a lot. My first time here I went in due to a flat tire. I went ahead and(last year) bought four brand new tires. A few days later one of the brand new tire started deflating, so frustrating. I went back in there and they fixed the issue. A few days later my Tire pressure sensor fault light came on, I called they estimated an additional $100 to fix it, I didn't go back in. Fast forward under a year later, a tire started to deflate again. I promise myself that I will never go back but I had no choice, this is the closest place. I told the guy that my front passenger tire is deflating. He checked it out. I saw him go out there and look at the front passenger tire. He came back. He told me something about the sides are screwed up and I need a new tire charge me $160 for it. When they were done I went to get into my car. I looked at the tires first and noticed it was still deflated! They had exchange the wrong tire, a tire that I had no issues with. He stated that he must have misheard but that he noticed metal coming out of that tire that they accidentally exchanged. He showed it to me. I saw a couple white lines, no metal but urged me that this is dangerous, I have a newborn coming kids on that car. I don't know much about cars or tires so I went ahead and kept the new tire. They looked at the tire that I originally came in for stated my rims were cracked sealed it and I left.Never again

My initial experience was super frustrating when I arrived after having made an in-person appointment in person, just to arrive and not only not be on the schedule but they also didn t have the tires I needed in stock. However, the manager was very apologetic and went above and beyond to call around to see if they could get tires in within the hour, and when they weren t able to, he provided me higher quality tires for the originally quoted price of the tires. Because I appreciated his level of customer service, I brought my other car in today for new tires as well. The technician that helped me today was also very helpful in providing a quote and explaining the differences in the quotes, she was very nice, and was able to get me in for an appointment the same day.

Visiting from Michigan and experienced a blowout while starting our trip back home. Three different tire shops had no openings for today. Called Tire Barn (wish we had started here first!) and not only was my tire in stock, we were back on the road within 15 minutes of arriving. You guys seriously saved the day! I can t thank you enough for your fast, friendly service. I m extremely grateful!

These guys are seriously life savers! I got off work and saw that I had a rip in my tire that is not reparable. I came in with 12 minutes before close and told Chris my story and they had me taken care of in 5 minutes. Seriously the best service ever.
