I brought my son in to find a car, upon my first visit I left dissatisfied with the level of customer service. It was definitely your typical, just sales guy only coming to talk to you about money & only able to devote his attention to you when asking for your duh own payment! It was definitely a NO for me. However, Dennis from fishers location reached out to me to find out why we did not purchase the vehicle. I explained to him in great detail what took place & why I had no intentions on returning. Dennis listened, did not try to out smart me & because of this I told him we would reach out once we were ready to purchase again. About 2 weeks later I reached out to Dennis and told him about the 2013 Mazda Cx90 my son was looking at Dennis made sure to keep my request in mind when searching for a deal and the result is he got the sale! Three weeks into car inspection checks out and myself and my son are very satisfied with the level of professionalism & respect. Definitely give Mr. Dennis a call I can t say the same for all

Buyer beware!!!! I purchased a 2013 Infinity QX56 truck on June 25th. Initially I was pleased and gave a 5 star review before I even left the lot per request of Lilly. They were nice and pleasant and got me approved so I figured why not. However my thoughts on that quickly came into question because the truck would not start up and had to be jumped for over 30 minutes before it would start. This was immediately after i signed all the paperwork. Get it started and head home. On the way I notice a check engine light came on and it was sputtering. This was a Saturday and they don't service vehicles on the weekend. So i take it to auto zone to be put on the dx machine. Code comes back that it could be the catalytic converter. I call and take it back to Picasso that Sunday night. Go pick it up Wednesday morning they declared it was fixed and it was an O2 censor not CC. Drive off and it's still sputtering, call them to let them know they say bring it back take it back that Sunday. This time they keep it for a week. Finally they declare its fixed again... they say it is the O2 censor again, that it was bad andv they put another 1 on and " cleaned" a few other parts. Truck is STILL SPUTTERING! Wev suggest that the issue is maybe engine related, spark plugs, coils.... and the like, however this was never addressed. I requested that they put in writing all the things they have done to work on the vehicle so i can keep track for my records. They refuse to do so and tell me that they do not writeb anything down or give guarantees on their work because the vehicle was purchased as is. However they declare that they will fix it. ATP I'm skeptical and tell them I'll get a 2nd opinion. Fast forward about 1 month, over 2k and 3 car payments, a replaced dribers side ball joint, oil change, all new filters, spark plugs, ignition coils, crank shaft position censor another oil change, $675 dx from Infinity that took them almost a week to figure out all the things that were wrong It's finally running. (I pray it starts this morning). They said they were seeing more vehicles come thru there from Picasso that were faulty as if they are just selling people sub par vehicles. The 1st mechanic I had look at it said he was amazed by all the loose wires, random screws missing and the fact that it looked like someone was just in there tinkering who didn't know what they were doing. Oh and to top it off I still can't get my plates because that haven't gotten their paperwork in. They were due July 18th. It's August 23rd. I've driven the vehicle a total of maybe 3 weeks since purchase. It's been faulty since day 1! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PICASSO. THEY SELL YOU CARS THAT LOOK NICE ON THE OUTSIDE BUT THEY ARE FALLING APART ON THE INSIDE. Oh and lastly the truck had the engine replaced with a used engine in 2020 that they didn't inform me of either. Don't buy from them!

I flew in and purchased an almost $50k car from them and all they did was lie from beginning to end. They told me the seats were expensive carbon Fibre "that I could sell to get the seats I want" when I asked if the were cheap ebay seats... lie. Asked if Tires were bald... lied. Asked if it had catalytic converters multiple times on the phone and in person... lie. I have in writing and recorded the sales and mechanic telling me it had catalytic converters. Had to pay over 5k to have converters put on and they strung me along pretending to care and help and they did not help in anyway. They broke the law and deceived me in many ways. The lady told me she secured financing at a certain percentage but when I arrived it was a different story and she said "well you're going to refinance anyway" These are not stand up people and have no honor or integrity. There was so many things wrong with the car and I'm still trying to straighten them out. This wasn't a project car. This was a 50k car when said and done. Do not trust the sales guy or the finance/sales lady or the mechanic. They had cleared codes on the car so my scanner did not pick them up. Total disaster I still had to pay 2k cash when I got it home because they did the paperwork for indianna taxes not ohio. Still trying to find a lawyer in indianna to straighten this out. They took advantage and lied and knew it would be more trouble for me to sue since I'm out of state. Beware!

I purchased a used Nissan rogue and called the day following with a complaint that the car was shaking. Was directed to take to their shop, who said the problem was a wheel bearing, fixed it and was told there was no further issue. Vehicle still had vibration so I then took it to another mechanic who determined the axles were in bad need of repair which was an expensive repair. I was told by Picasso that the car had passed a 27 point inspection and there s no way they were not aware that the problem existed prior to me purchasing the vehicle or after taking to their shop! Very dissatisfied customer and would not recommend this business.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROMTHIS STORE OR THE WESTFIELD LOCATION. Just bout a truck there last month and they had obviously deleted all the codes on it. After a little over a 1,000 miles driving the engine breaks down and all they could say is that s how it is with used vehicles. Mind you, this was an almost $16,000 truck and will be more than that with interest. I own a construction company and a lot of vehicles and have worked with many dealerships. ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER

This could be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The manager at the service center did not communicate at all without tirelessly bombarding him with texts and calls. Right after purchasing the vehicle, the battery needed immediate replacement. The following week the engine light went on. He fixed it but charged me $120 for diagnostic right after we purchased the vehicle for thousands of dollars. In a week, the light was on again. Was told to bring the vehicle in on Friday the following Thursday. Come 2 Mondays later they didn't even look at it nor communicate with me about it. I had to call their westfield dealership multiple times to even find this out. Ended up picking up our car without it being fixed. Please, please, please shop and get your vehicle services ANYWHERE else. Horrible, horrible experience!

Lily was wonderful and willing to go beyond the Call of Duty until the day came when the vehicle's true colors came out.I update many apologize for the delay been going back and forth with this company regarding the vehicle I purchase. They did not have a diesel mechanic to thoroughly review this vehicle the owner flaked on us and wouldn't even buy it back after a day or two of having it told us that he won't even put it through an auction where he got it from. Personally he should have his dealership license pool because he does not practice fairness and safety when it comes to his vehicles and he's a liar. The sad part about it as well as he was not paying his employees.

Saw a truck online I was interested in. Online sales person said it was still available and to call to schedule a test drive. Called and spoke to a sales rep who said it was at the Westfield location and scheduled the test drive for that day (Wednesday). When I arrived, the truck was in the lot. When I went inside and talked to the sales rep another rep spoke up "I sold that Saturday". My sales rep said it was still in their system as available and was on the lot, and checked with the owner. The other sales rep was rude and unapologetic. Understand mistakes happen, but it was extremely frustrating to drive 45min to look at a vehicle that you're told is available only to show up and be told it was sold 4 days ago, just that the sales guy who sold it didn't bother to take down the listing and not have that person own up to the mistake of leaving the listing online. Won't be dealing with this dealership in the future.

I had a car throw an engine rod and was careless for a few months. I kept trying to look locally but unfortunately the market here is terrible. Just before I gave up hope I hoped on CarGurus and found my dream vehicle was for sale. I showed interest and within a couple of hours I was contacted by Lily from Picasso motors. From the beginning Lily catered to my specific situation. I lived 5 hours away and was iffy about purchasing out of state. Regardless of that fear Lily was very understanding and did everything to make my purchase smooth and comfortable. She has a great balance of salesmanship and understanding. Not once did I feel like I was being persuaded to make a decision I would regret. Once I decided I was going to purchase her and Gino (the owner/husband) took an even bigger step and drove halfway to me to get the vehicle. That is when I decided my future purchases would be through them again. This place is one of the few places around that is ran by honest hard working people who want to help their customer. This is why I will recommend them to anyone and I stand by them. Super grateful for the connections made by CarGurus. DONT PASS THIS PLACE UP! Look at this amazing car!TL;DRSuper awesome and honest people. Super awesome purchase. 10/10 would purchase again.

My husband and I spend 2 days with Dennis out outstanding and amazing sales gentlemen. Everything Dennis said he would do he did we was in a bad deal with our other car which left us upside down. Dennis and his team worked our deal got us out that car and into a better truck at a lower interest rate and carnote was about $84 less then the other one. It was totally worth the wait and the drive from Chicago to Ft. Wayne . Highly recommend if you need to get out of a bad deal Picasso imports is definitely the place to go. Thank you Dennis and your team for the deal, the lunch and gas.

Buyer beware!!! Do not do business with Picasso imports. They sold my wife a completely patched together Audi Q5. We have had a consistent oil leak that we noticed the day after she purchased the vehicle requiring us to top off weekly. We had purchased an extended warranty and reached out to Picasso to have repairs done. First off, they were nearly impossible to get a hold of because the number they gave us went to a full voicemail box. We ended up going out to the lot a couple of times to try and get in touch. One time they were not open even though their website said that they were supposed to be. When they did finally take the car in for repair, the mechanic sprayed what what I was told was the equivalent of expanding foam insulation in place of the required gasket. Needless to say the oil leak was never resolved. Upon having our trusted mechanic inspect the car, he discovered that we had a faulty water pump. Failing rear brakes. A stretched timing belt that could snap at any time. And a host of other repairs totaling over $10,000 that he recommended be done immediately for fear the car would fail outright. Also, keep in mind as you read other reviews that the company had my wife write a positive review prior to taking delivery of the vehicle initially. I ve read similar accounts on other reviews. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

Just gonna give a very honest review, I left a bad review about this dealership previously and received a call saying that if I took it down, I'd get my complaint resolved. Well I did exactly that, and took my vehicle to the shop to get the problem resolved. When I got my vehicle back over a week later, there was a scratch left on the back of my vehicle, my passenger door could no longer be opened from the inside of the vehicle, and I cannot lock my vehicle. Not sure if it was because I left a bad review, or they just truly are that bad at working on vehicles... but either way, definitely deserving of 1 star.
