We had a great experience at Omega! We were looking for a reliable first car for our son, and they had the best selection compared to all other places. Jermaine was very patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable on the inventory they had. Everyone else there was also great to work with from start to finish, and they make things very easy. Friendly, low pressure environment and will recommend to others!

The only reason they get one star is because there s not an option for 0. Buyer s beware!!! While on a test drive I asked the salesman if the vehicle had been in an accident he told me no LIED to me said no so with that information I buy the car only to find out a few days later it had been in 2 not to mention other issues they didn t disclose to me. I would never buy a car that had been in a wreck. GM Mike said he wasn t authorized to give me a refund of my 1000 down payment and still haven t heard from anyone there.

Stopped by this weekend to look at a car listed online. I reached out to schedule a test drive, and they had it waiting at the front door for me. Jermaine was very respectful, kind, and ended up helping me select a completely different vehicle than what I had originally gone for. The GM Mike was extremely patient while I decided what payment method to use, with no pressure to use their financing. They offered me fair value for my trade in as well. We were finished within 2 hrs of selecting the vehicle.If you re looking for a laid-back, patient dealership that will respect your priorities and make your car purchase as painless as possible, stop by Omega!

Great help and hospitality! When leaving the lot with the car, the tire pressure light turned on, but they helped me right away with making sure the tires were filled up and that there was nothing wrong.Jermaine did a great job of communicating with me and being so patient while checking out several vehicles on the lot.Mike was also very patient, helpful explaining everything, and understanding of my situation.I only wish that when they said they would wash it up before I picked it up that they would have done a detail clean/wash on every part of the car and would have filled up the tank to at least half or more.

The Guys here are Super nice! Their place is nice and very clean. No pressure sales - you can test drive as many cars as you like - they were able to work with me financially to stay in my budget and there's a good variety of vehicles to choose from. Wish they had a place in Bloomington but still worth the drive. I ended up with a really nice 2014 Honda Accord with only 72k miles on it! I'll definitely be referring friends and family there.

We had a great car buying experience at Omega Autosports. Jermaine and the rest of the team at Omega do a great job at running a low-stress environment, which is greatly appreciated with how stressful buying a car can be. Everything was smooth start to finish, even maintaining their end of the deal with a we-owe while we waited for parts to come in. Highly recommended!

Bought a car from them that I can t even drive now within less than a month of having it. I bought a 2011 Subaru Impreza. These guys seemed really nice and honest. I couldn t get an inspection done due to my work schedule and I trusted them when I asked their mechanic to do one for safety issues. Turns out after I took it in to Subaru for something I thought was small, the brake lines are completely rusted. I thought I was getting one step forward ahead in life but these guys just pushed me two steps back with a $3,000 fix I can t afford. Hopefully the warranty they sold me answers the phone, because they still haven t after Subaru tried for two days. Thanks for nothing, guys. I ll be walking to work and doing overtime to get this fixed all because you weren t honest

Easiest and most down to earth experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Our last car was totaled and we needed a new car fast. We went into Omega Autosports after finding a car we liked online. Test drove it, came back, and made an offer lower than the sticker price that we were comfortable with. Instantly accepted and we were had keys in hand within an hour.The experience with Omega was much better than my previous experience with Penske Honda. There, we likely spent 40 minutes with Penske sales reps haggling and going back and forth to their managers. Not to mention that in that case, the car they sold me broke down one week later.The car we bought from Omega had near 200,000 miles when we bought it, so we were prepared for it to need some work. Following a trip or two to our mechanic to get some things tuned up and replaced here and there, it runs great and feels reliable.Thanks guys!

I would buy from them again. The facility is very clean, quiet, and professional. The staff were great people and Jermaine is a super nice salesman. I would recommend if you are looking for a car, they have a very nice selection. We love the RAV4 we just bought. Thanks again.

This was my first time financing a car, which made me very nervous. I'm so thankful for the patience and professionalism I received at Omega Autosports of Fishers. John, Jason, and Jermaine were all very helpful and answered every question or concern i had with a level of understanding and confidence that reassured me. I'll be back for my next car purchase. This is a great company, with great people, and not to mention great cars.

Highly recommend! Jermaine was so patient and friendly. Great selection of lower mileage vehicles with extremely reasonable prices. Very welcoming, accommodating, and more than worth the hour drive we took to get there. We did weeks of looking at our local dealerships and shopping online. The Omega website was easy to navigate and provided all the info we needed. The whole experience made us feel like we were making the best choice for our family. We will definitely be returning customers in the future!

Bought a car about a week ago and received kind service and a great deal! However, when I was driving home many warning lights popped up on the dash. Nothing mechanical, but many sensors needed to be replace. Called Omega right away and while they couldn't fix it for free, they offered me the parts at cost including labor. I live in Bloomington, so I did not end up returning to get the sensors fixed, but I really appreciated how the staff tried to help me and remedy the situation!

Jermaine was very helpful and patient with us as we test drove multiple vehicles while deciding on a new car for our daughters to drive to school. We settled on a low mileage 2016 Camry and couldn t be happier with the car and the service that Omega provided. Our next used vehicle will be purchased from there.

Omega did a great job for me this week! The front axle on my car snapped on Monday morning, and I have to have a car to get back and forth to work. I searched on the internet and found a clean looking used Honda Accord that said it was from their dealership. It was fairly priced compared to all the other Honda Accords that I found on the internet. I applied for it that night. Jason Quick got with me right away the next morning, and was very kind and responsive and answered all my questions. I got everything lined up with him before I went up to the dealership which is 45 minutes away. When I got there, the guys were nice, and the car looked exactly like it did in the pictures and had the same mileage they had listed online. There were no tricks or gimmicks. They showed me the carfax report on the car when I got there. Jermaine was nice to me and let me test drive it, and him and Mike walked me through the process, and bam! Back in the game and back to work in the morning!! I want to say a special thank you to Jason Quick, Jermaine Dearman, and Mike at Omega Autosports! They are straight shooting businessmen!! Thanks again Guys!

Jermaine Dearman and Michael Galford were professional and friendly from the beginning of our car buying experience. We took 6 cars out to test drive over multiple days to find the right one for our needs. They followed up but weren t annoying. Once we decided on a vehicle it was quick and painless, less than an hour to get everything signed and off of the lot. If you are in the market for a new car, check these guys out first!

Omega auto is the best place to go for cars! Jermaine and Mike were some of the kindest people I ve meet and both of them worked hard to help me find the best deal. All of their cars are priced amazingly fair and they always try to give their customers the best price, quality, and made the process painless and enjoyable! 15/10 would recommend!

This is the worst place you will ever buy a car . The cars looks nice but their parts are rotten and fake / duplicate . When you buy a car , they will use sweet words talking to you to capture your attention but after buying the car it s done . If the car gets any issues they will not help you at all they direct you to the manager who is even not available when you call. If you buy a car here , be ready to spend more on repairs.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano and it has been the perfect car. Omega has kept all of their promises and have made it so easy for me to switch over the paperwork with the BMV for the ownership of my car. Their customer service is second to none! I ve had a great experience with them.

We had a great experience with Jason and the team at Omega. They were friendly, prompt, and went out of their way to play with our 1-year old so we could focus on our purchase. We got a GREAT deal on our Odyssey as well. Highly recommend!

I came in to look at a 2016 Silverado today. I was greeted my Jermaine and Mike. After looking the truck over, I agreed to purchase it at a reduced price. Told them I was off to sell my car and asked if they would possibly be able to pick me up? Jermaine stepped up to the plate and said he yes, he would. When I got back, my truck was washed and the paperwork went fast. I was really blown away at how nice this place is. A well kept secret indeed! Great selection of rides and fair prices. Proceed with caution. They will sell a car that is unsafe with significant mechanical issues and use the phrase as is to cover their liability. Buyer beware - this place is the type of place that gives used car salesman the reputations they have. And this place deserves it. I m now forced to pay $2700 repair bill after only driving less than 25 miles. Please take your money elsewhere

Jermaine was great. He was personable and knowledgeable. We test drove 6+ cars and never felt rushed or pressured to purchase. The financing was the quickest we have experienced. Once we knew the car we wanted, we were out the door within an hour. No back and forth nonsense. Overall great service!
