Never had an issue with this store before until now. I asked about battery testing and the guy behind the counter said they have to remove the battery to test it. Since when? They test it without removing it just fine at other places. So what about replacing it for me if I purchase? Again, maybe and only if it s easy to get to. And this is all in spite of the fact that the website says there is free battery installation when a battery is purchased. Helping a customer do what the store advertised is apparently way too difficult. Off to another store where people are actually helpful. Maybe hire some people that don t treat customers like they re an inconvenience.

Came here to get a battery replaced. I had one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I usually go to AutoZone for my car issues, but came here this time. Adam went above and beyond to help not just myself out, but the customer in front of me. Without his help, it would have likely taken me double or triple the time to replace my battery, but he was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'll be coming here exclusively for my auto parts needs.

Went in bought a belt for my 02 Tahoe. They gave me the wrong belt. I came back tried to return said belt. They said they can't because the parts numbers don't match what they "sold me" on the receipt. They looked up my parts. They handed them to me. Fix the problem you created instead of calling me a liar.

Walked in to have a light on my dash checked. Both guys behind the counter looked at each other and one said it s your turn to which the other sighed. Neither wanted to assist. When I explained that the light was on for about a half hour today but had since gone off, he said oh then we can t scan it, it won t show us. This employee did not want to help. I ll take my business elsewhere. There is an AutoZone less than a half mile away.

I called looking for an Air Compressor and they told me they could have it the next day at 11am. I told them I might call back because I have a guy coming to fix it at 8am. He said I'll go pick it up and will have it at the store in a couple of hours. Amazing experience! Thank you so much!!!!!

I have been a certified auto tech for over 20 years, I have been in several shops and used countless different venders and distributors. Nothing can compare to the service like Orileys on Allisonville, I ve known Jack (gm) and Darby for quite some time and nothing stands in their shadow when it comes to reliable service and great customer satisfaction. These guys really come through like no one else in their industry. Delivery times are outstanding and sometimes unbelievably fast, always honest Courteous and always respectful and responsive. Napa, advanced, Autozone, all needs a lesson from these guys and Jacks crew at Oriley auto parts, you guys get my business and will continue to for my reminder in the industry. I appreciate you guys!

Best service ever!!! Randy was super duper nice and talkative and helpful! He helped show me where the oil I needed was and looked up my car to make sure I got the right kind and right amount! He also helped me get the right steering fluid, too. They have a new computer system they re learning, too. I also got signed up for a rewards card which is helpful! Thank you RED!

The ladies that work here are so helpful and kind!! I brought my little boy in (who is obsessed with cars at the moment) and they gave him a little car to bring home . You would have thought he got a million dollars!! This location will always have business... I m in customer service as well, and know it is the little things and the people that make a huge difference!! Thank you Holley!! You are awesome!!!

This place is awesome!!!! Went in to pick up two quarts of oil to hold me over a few days and the gentleman working, Tom, went out, checked my oil, helped me pick out a good oil option, and then actually put the oil in my car for me!!! Customer service like this is hard to find and much appreciated. They just gained a customer for life!

Despite having a mask mandate and even posting that masks are required in the store, the employees were NOT wearing them!Being a safe and trusted store goes much further than what is on the shelves these days.Do better.

Exemplary customer service! I took my rotors to another O'Reilly location early on a Saturday morning, and someone must have overslept and didn't open the store on time. I called this O'Reilly location, and they said I could come right over to have my rotors resurfaced. Aaron, the store manager, took care of me and didn't even charge me for the rotor resurfacing because of the issue I had at the other store. He was kind and friendly, and my brakes now work perfectly. Thanks, Aaron!

My check engine light came on in my car. I went to O'Reilly's and was greeted with great customer service. They scanned my vehicle, explained exactly what the report diagnosed, and helped me find the right type of parts to fix it.

Walked in was greeted. Asked if any help needed. Told ryan i need a good metal cleaner. I brought 1 of the three choices they had. Good place clean and people are great.

Do not rent tools from this place. I rented a wheel bearing puller and on the second pull with a slide hammer it broke. I'm still being charged over $100 even though the part broke on my second pull. Not to mention when I brought my part in to get the right tool in a condescending way I was told I had the wrong wheel bearing and hub until I showed him a picture of the one that's already on my vehicle and he went oh. No apology for the condescending way he was talking to me beforehand though. I will never be coming back to this location or any O'Reilly for that matter ever again.

Went into this store on 10/20/18 to purchase a $4 throttle body gasket and it was not in stock at this or several other locations. Ordered it in store and was told it would be coming from their warehouse and would be there the next day at 1pm. I needed this item for the car to run. I called the next day around 3pm to verify it was there before heading over. I was told it was not there and it will be there at 4pm. I arrived at 5:30pm and they spent 30 minutes looking for the part all around the store as the person behind the desk said he had seen it and it was misplaced. I ended up driving 25 minutes one way to a competitor to purchase the part so I could use my vehicle today. Wasted many hours of my time. Will not be returning to O'Reilly's.

Great guys, they took the time to test my battery, and help figure out what was wrong, even though they couldn't ultimately help me cause my car requires resetting the computer after changing the battery... customer service was great, will definitely be back for other needs!
