Q was super helpful getting me into a truck a wanted and at the right price and this review does not reflect him as a salesperson.While Q did a wonderful job with he buying experience everything after was terrible but not his fault. During the walk around process I noticed quite a few scratches and broken fog light. The manager agreed all of it would be taken care of. After driving the vehicle for 1day I noticed a few other things. Brakes shook when braking and there was a terrible air leak causing a whistling noise when driving around 50. Again the manager agreed they will take care of all these issues. I drop my truck off and they have it for 4 days. When I got it back I noticed right away that not all the scratches were taken care of. There s about 5 scratches still in the bed of the truck that the manager even took pictures of before I dropped it off. They said they took care of the whistle noise which they did not. Lastly, I asked them to mount my 4 tires for me and they mounted 3 white letters out and 1 black letters out, how the heck do they even do that? No attention to detail or care about customer service.Now I need to go pay a tire shop to flip my tires around, a service shop to find the whistling air leak and a body shop to actually detail the truck and fix the scratches.Again Q did a great job getting me where I needed but everything after him was a terrible experience.See pictures for scratches and mix match tires.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Napleton Kia dealership! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I'm absolutely in love with my new truck, and it's all thanks to the amazing team at Napleton Kia. Easiest experience I ve ever had, getting a new car! I was immediately greeted by not just one but two people. They politely asked all the right questions to really materialize my experience shopping for my next car! I ve never had a sales man ask ME what my experience is with dealerships. I was so happy he asked that as I was able to let him know my mother s been in the business for 30 years. From there, we were able to talk business, he gave me the facts and answers I asked for on each vehicle - no tiptoeing.After talking it over for a while I was greeted by the sales manager Adam, he was friendly and understood I wasn t here to play games , just to buy a car. After just a few detail changes we were able to make a deal! Adam and Brad ( GM) were both super helpful and respectful of my own personal knowledge. It was the first time I ve been to a dealership and DID NOT get belittled or have someone man plain a bunch of details to me. Very honest and helpful staff, clean and nice dealership, made my experience easy and secure. 10/10 would recommend!

Adam Koehl turned our whole experience here completely around. We said after our previous experience in November that we would never come back or give business here. Adam was very understanding of our issues and gave us a great experience. He worked with us to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. He was very friendly/ personable and knowledgeable about everything we asked. We will tell our friends to visit him here when they re ready for their car.

I highly recommend taking your business the Napleton Kia Fishers! And ask for Connor! From the fun environment to the friendly staff! I went in and presented some strict parameters to my sales rep Connor and Lester in finance. Not only were they friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but they got it done ultimately for less than I stated! Fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

I frequent the Napleton Kia location in Fishers, however, this was my first time encountering Leon G. I always receive great service from the technicians here, but there was something special about Leon. He was very thorough and attentive. He noticed the lengthy service I was seeking and offered and arranged for the courtesy shuttle to take me home to continue my work day while versus waiting at the dealership. The shuttle has never been offered previously. I am very grateful for the 10-point/5-star service he provided!

Extremely positive experience at this location! The process from finding what I wanted, to test driving, to finance, to out the door was streamlined and efficient. I can t say enough good things about Sean, Carlos, and the entire crew. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and got what we wanted. Adam Koehl (sales manager)I wanted to shot out this awesome guy! I came into the dealership looking to be heard and understood, Adam did just that! He did his absolute best job to do everything in his power to make sure I was completely satisfied. He was very open and honest. He was willing to make a deal and did not mess around!! He deserves to be recognized for being so kind with us. He is very much the definition of a person that is for the people and not just there to sell you a car. We need more people like this guy in the car industry. Very satisfied. Thank you so much Adam!!!Carlos Romero (salesman)I have been looking for cars for quite some time. Most salespeople often bombard you or do what they can to get what is in their best interest instead of the customer. Carlos is the absolute opposite. When I came to the Napleton of Kia to look at cars I knew I wanted to make a deal with him. He made the process so comfortable and did not rush anything. Let me think everything through before jumping right into just anything. With me being a young female I feel like it can be overwhelming in the car industry, I always keep aware of any potential of getting taken advantage of. There was no funny business with Carlos. He is very great with customers on a personal standpoint as well, a great guy all around. He knows how to make a customer happy! Give this guy a raise. Marquis and Jay are the BEST! I basically had nothing to offer but a vandalized car and yet walked out of here not owning my damaged Sportage anymore, a payment that really works and EXTREMELY satisfied! What a great customer experience. Go in and ask for, Q, (Marquis.) You will be amazed at the quality of character, the level of detailed customer care, and the outstanding knowledge of this young man. He and the entire team at Napleton KIA in Fishers, Indiana will make you feel like you matter. I d like to make mention of Jordan. This young salesman knows how to step up and show anyone how to use each and every bit of technology that comes with the cars. He s a sweet young man with a lot of energy, automobile knowledge, and a great heart. One more nod to Joe, one of the managers. Joe Knows Customer Care. He s the kind of manager that works all day on a freezing and snowy Saturday that even after the business closes at 7:00pm he s still patient, kind, and energetic at nearly 9:00pm to help ensure that a customer is well taken of. Overall it was just a bad experience. I made and appointment for a test drive, show up at the agreed time. When they bring the car, the gas light is on so they tell me we re only driving around the block. I open the trunk and it is completely disassembled- the panels are off, the door sealing halfway off sales associate tell me they re missing a part but he doesn t know if it s there. I ask about the price and they come with a used car inspection fee of $2500. Manager Juan and sales associate stumble over what that is exactly. Manager starts explaining they had to do air filter change when I stopped him and said that s not my problem, I m not going to pay for something they re supposed to do anyway and he said it was a mandatory fee. I got up and left.

Showed up with cash to buy a pristine 2014 Silverado with 70k miles. Drove 90 miles to see it. Bumper pushed up into the body, fenders rusted through, oil leaking onto the exhaust manifold, interior very rough, lots of dope smoked in it, finish on all trim extremely worn. Proceed with caution at this dealership. If they consider this pristine I m concerned. What an absolute waste of my time, mileage, and energy. I m only posting this I m sitting here bored while they won t give us a price on a newer truck. Use caution!!!

BUYER BEWARE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHEREI really tried to avoid this review, but I still am having on going issues.This was the WORST experience I have had buying a vehicle. I came into the dealership with pre-approved financing through my credit union, only to be hassled into applying for financing through the dealership. The salesman didn't do much to help me, with bouncing around to 3 different customers. No price negotiation from the managers and no one seemed to know what was going on. My wife, I, and kids drove 1.5 hours away to purchase the vehicle. I waited over 2 hours in the dealership constantly being reassured it would only be a few minutes. I was told if I wanted to go to lunch and come back that every thing would be completed and we would be on our way. When I got back, nothing was done, my wife and kids ending up heading home. I SAT in the dealership from 10 AM (my scheduled appointment time) till 4:30 PM. In that time the only decent person from this dealership (Adam) offered me a free tank of gas for the inconvenience. Since getting the vehicle and leaving this hell hole, I waited the 30 days they have to file the title paperwork. I went the DMV today to plate the vehicle and they said dealer paperwork has still not been submitted. Called the dealership only to be hung up on twice, and eventually find out they did not process the paperwork correctly and never reached out to fix it. Now putting me at risk of paying the penalties from the state. Still waiting on the gas card they said would come in the mail. I wouldn't waste my time on this place.

We purchased a car on 6/19 and worked with Yassine Bukhari. He was so nice, patient, knowledgeable and really worked with us to get what we were looking for in a car. We had a not so good experience at a previous dealership so we were kind of defeated before going in to see him, but he changed all of that for us. It went from a not so good day to a great day! We felt extremely comfortable with him because he didn t come off as someone who was disingenuous or that he was just there to sell us a car. He even took the time to teach me how to use some of the features in my new car. We would absolutely purchase another vehicle from him and will send anyone who is looking to purchase a car his way!!

My sales associate, Trevor, was very professional and knowledgeable about the Kia product line. I really enjoyed talking to him, he was a good listener and seemed interested in getting to know about me and my driving needs. If I asked something that he didn't know, he said so and did the necessary research to find the answer. He has been very responsive when I call with questions and has followed up via phone, email and text.
