Shout out to Gino Arcoleo for being a kind, helpful, and knowledgeable salesman! He's the best. Gino sold me a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid back in March 2023, and I've loved this car!Honda of Fishers has the best Honda vehicles in its inventory. They will sell you wonderful new cars at a reasonable price, and they will fix it up right for maintenance and inspection.5/5; highly recommend!

We went there Saturday afternoon before they were about to close. We thought they would not show us much respect as we came at the last hour. But the representative Daniel Schubert showed us what we want to buy within short time, explained everything politely. He didn t misguide us like others do most of the time. When we told him that we are switching from Toyota Rav4 Limited to CRV- Hybrid, he explained everything about CRV. He also explained about financing and lease clearly to take a decision. We were pleased with his approaching capability and behavior. We went the next working day( Monday) to buy CRV sport-L Hybrid. After doing all the paperwork Daniel also explained and showed us the CRV features nicely. He is so nice and gentle. I wish him good health and prosperity in life.I would like to mention the attitude and behavior of the finance officer. It took approximately 30 minutes doing the paperwork and within this whole time he was singing a song, whistling and dancing sitting on the chair. How can an officer do this when someone sitting in front of his desk? As a customer, we felt disrespected. After signing the papers we forgot to return the pen. He then called us back to return the pen and mentioned that the pen was expensive. Can you imagine? His look and face telling that we can t afford a pen like that though we were buying a $45000 car.! We were totally shocked with his behave. It happens with most of us, after using a pen we forget to return. That doesn t mean that we are stealing his pen.!(?) I can t remember his name. But I m sure the Honda higher authority will find that officer and tell him to be well behaved and professional.

After many months of deciding to purchase a vehicle, I got my new Honda Civic at Honda of Fishers last week. I could not be happier. I truly went from enjoying driving to loving. Rob was patient with me and answered all of my questions. He really went the extra distance to ensure I was happy with my purchase. After I drove the car off the lot, I heard a rattling noise from the passenger side that got louder with the winding blowing or the car going faster. I came home to find the underside cover had been torn. Rob replaced the part and gave me a loaner vehicle without hesitation. They really do care about your purchase. I got the best deal they could offer me and it was genuinely worth it all. If I ever need a vehicle in the future, I will be purchasing it from Honda of Fishers

I cannot speak more highly of Honda of Fishers, more specifically James Schubert! He didn t try to get me a car. He tried (and succeeded) at getting me the vehicle that was perfect for me, my lifestyle, got my likes, avoided my dislikes, and for a price that is worth raving about! I will definitely be back for my future Vehicle purchases!

I made my first trip to Honda of Fishers to test drive a new 2023 Honda Civic Sport and I'm glad I did. When I arrived I spoke with James and I asked him if I could test drive a new 2023 Honda Civic Sport and he said I think we have one left and he pulled it around for me to test drive. At first I wasn't too sure on the bright red but then I saw the black rims and I was sold. James was fantastic to work with on making my second new car purchase. If I need to buy any cars in the future I will for sure return to Honda of Fishers. James is a fantastic salesman and a valuable asset to Honda of Fishers.Thanks,

Over the past ~25 years, my wife and I have purchased or leased 9 vehicles from Honda of Fishers (formerly Honda West). We area Honda family, and while there are other Honda dealers much closer to our home, there is a reason why I drive all the way from the Westside of Indianapolis up to Fishers to do business with this dealership .we consistently receive the highest quality of service, and the buying process is clean and competitive. We have worked with Rob for the past 3 vehicles, and couldn t be happier. So now we are a three-Honda family and our 2 daughters are driving safe, reliable cars and they are learning the value of Honda products and Honda of Fishers.

I still bring my car here even though it s no longer the closest dealership to my home. I ve brought my car here for a long time and they ve never let me down. I don t know and can t say if it s necessarily the cheapest place to bring my car, but whenever I have a problem or maintenance work that needs done on the car, they always get it done right

Great Experiance. Stopped by this past Friday when I noticed they had a couple of automobiles on their lot that were in my budget. I was greeted by James upon arrival and we chatted about what I was looking for and went to his desk to review the options. I took one of the vehicles for a test drive and decided to make the purchase. James presented me with 3 options based on different down payment amounts. After I decided which plan I wanted he passed me off to Brad to complete the finance. Brad presented final payment options which included explaining additional warranty plans in good summary. Overall I was there about two hours for a major life purchase and boy time flew. Susan told us we could only get "auction" Kelley blue book value from a 2022 Honda Pilot. She told us many customers are upside down in their Honda vehicles. She also kept trying to force leasing on us. I would stay away from these crooks. Flat out liars.

I have 2 kids and they're under 5. I was there for my lease on my car, getting the basics done. So nice and understanding over the kids. Let them see the race car, hot chocolate and even a kid zone. People there where kind and fast when getting the car in and out of the bay. Make sure you schedule appointment though!

I bought a brand new Honda Accord Hybrid from Honda of Fishers in April. By May I noticed that the drivers side door is rusting in the drain hole. A quick google search indicated that it is a design flaw and happening to other 2023 Honda Accord owners. I have tried going into the Service department twice to get help repairing the issue. Each time they tell me to "Call tomorrow". I have called sever service techs including the service manager and never get a call back. I have emailed the service manager Ed Cueto several times and he is not returning my emails. At this POINT I will NOT be recommending anyone to use this dealership for service or for purchasing a new car. It's a shame because I have bought several cars from this dealership. I will NO longer be giving them my business. At this point I am now going to have to escalate it to corporate with NO help from the dealership to help me make this right. I am deeply disappointed with HONDA of FISHERS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using them for anything.

I can t speak for everyone at Honda of Fishers, but what I can tell you is that James will absolutely take care of you at Honda of Fishers. My wife and I have been dreading buying a car since an experience we had a couple weeks ago at a Toyota dealership. We went to look at some vehicles that we had seen online and ended up at Honda of Fishers and we found James when we needed more info about a vehicle. A test drive and some paper signing later and we drove off the lot in a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. Crystal Black with black wheels. This car is a beaut! I was so frustrated when I got to the dealership because of the way Andy Mohr Toyota did me that I considered not getting another vehicle at all. If you need a car and you don t want the pressure of someone trying to force you into something you aren t ready for, go check out James and he will take care of you! And don t forget to tell him if you re military, they love their veterans up there!

Isn't so much for the staff experience but the vehicle itself. 2022 Honda Odyssey with two factory recalls, one passenger side door that would not close, (remained open and kids were stranded at a shopping plaza for a while), a p/s front window would not go up on a differnt day. After this most recent recall, ("idle stop software update,"), on 2/24/2024, the passenger side sliding door once again bound and shattered the rear quarter panel window- causing me a large deductible to be paid out for window replacement. Find it odd it happened to be on the same day it was in this shop but the staff here takes ZERO responsibility. I'm considering Indiana Attorney General's office to report a lemon as I'm just under 18k miles.

I highly recommend Nick Duffy, he was very helpful and patient as I test drove 3 different vehicles to find what I wanted. Although I didn t end up purchasing a Honda vehicle because the HRV felt like a sedan and the CRV felt too big for me, I d recommend Honda of Fishers for incredible service and follow up.

Bought a BRAND NEW 2016 Honda Civic touring from Honda of Fishers not even two weeks ago and within 12 hours of driving it off the lot the car turned out to be a total lemon. Have had 31 different issues such as the car slamming on the brakes on 465 when it thought it saw a car in front of me, it doesn't always start for 30 minutes at a time, etc etc etc. I have attempted to get this car fixed through Honda once already with no success and when I talked to the sales manager about simply returning the car just a few days after signing for it because I didn't feel safe he said there was nothing they could do even though the title hadn't even been issued on the car yet because, again, I JUST BOUGHT IT. Now clients and friends won't even ride in my car with me because they do not feel safe in it after seeing it act up randomly. The car generally sits parked because I don't feel safe in it. I've been a completely loyal customer to Honda of Fishers for over 3 years now and all I can say is I wouldn't NEVER treat my loyal clients like this. I have already stopped 7 people from buying from this dealership so far after they heard my story since Honda of Fishers didn't want to simply take my car back. The service center is nice but if they can't find the issues than it's on Honda to make it right in my opinion. I used to truly love Honda of Fishers. They knew me by name and were always accommodating but now...I don't know what to think.

Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Ex on August 26th.. 5 days later my car starts jolting, head lights start flickering..and then all these issues pop up on my dashboard. This is concerning because I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car which is supposed to be a car that is in perfect condition with no issues & on top of that, I haven t had the car for not even a week. I will update my review once this gets resolved cause I am very displeased. Also, I drove off the lot after purchasing my vehicle and there were no temporary plates on my car . Thank God I noticed before I got too far from the dealership. & Gino was nice but how do you forget to put temporary plates on my new car?? He clearly just cared about the sale.

I bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey 2 weeks ago. It drove fine during the test but the second I drove it off the lot it wouldn t start right. Had to spend $1,000 getting fuel pump replaced. Now I m having issues with power steeling. Would expect better vetting from a Honda dealer

GO SEEJames!!!! He ROCKS!!! I don't make hurried decisions. He was patient and helped us with our purchase. We went test drove it. Left to talk about it. When we went back he was able to help us finalize our purchase. There was zero pressure to buy. He wanted what was best for us. Please go see him for your next car purchase. You don't need a high pressure situation to buy a car. You need someone who will advocate for you, answer all your questions and do what is best for you and your family. GO SEE JAMES!!!

Sept 14, 2019 - Brought 2002 Civic in for airbag recall. Service Rep was friendly and polite and the work was completed within the time quoted. I chose to wait for the service to be completed and the waiting area was clean and roomy with access to wifi.Sept 21, 2019 - Bought Honda Certified 2014 Accord with Rob Wolf. Good service, knowledgeable able to complete the transaction quickly and with no surprises. The Finance Manager was informative, explaining anything we questioned.Would definitely recommend Honda of Fishers and we'll definitely be looking here for our next vehicle.Nov 4-5, 2019 - Check engine light came on. Stopped by the dealership to see if I could get it checked. They were booked up but Sean Campbell said they could squeeze it in and at least take a look. They were able to squeeze it in and actually were able to take care of the issue and return the car to me the next day. Sean provided a description of the issue as well as a couple other observations and gave me enough information to make a determination as to which items should be taken care of immediately and which could be put off for a little bit. Their quote for the work was consistent with what my research indicated I should expect to pay.Again, would definitely recommend Honda of Fishers for a vehicle or for service.Feb 28, 2020 - New front struts, appreciated the ability to follow the service process online.May 27, 2020 - again great service on a pre-road trip checkup and sanity check on a perceived noise issue. Quick, polite and thorough. Thanks Robby for looking out for us.

The Sales people lied about the price. They jacked up the price upon arrival. We drove a few hours to a specific car we wanted to buy and they were dishonest. Not recommending to buy .

Super-pleased with Honda of Fishers and, especially, with James Schubert who went the extra mile to make certain I purchased the car I thought was right for me. I had some concerns after driving it a couple of days so I called and re-visited James who answered my questions and, with the help of their service department, took care of my concerns and sent me on my way extremely satisfied!
